First time going in this store. I was blown away with the care and knowledge from the sales associates. Who made my shopping experience beyond compare. A little pricey, but well worth it! I had an awesome time shopping for herbs at Herbally Grounded. Judy was amazing she patiently assisted me while I decided from over 100 herbs. While I am thankful Las Vegas has an herbal store, I went In and asked 4 different people if they could tell me the source of the bulk dried herbs and other than the country of origin listed on the can- nobody was able to tell me where the herbs come from or any details- ex: harvest date, how it’s processed, package date etc. As freshness and how things are processed is important when it comes to dried herbs.. I was even met with attitude from one older woman with golden hair, who first said “ we don’t know” when I asked more questions and asked to speak to the manager she said “ yeah it’s actually private info, so she probably wont tell you either.” She was pretty rude. I was very disappointed in this interaction. The manager was kind but told me they get herbs from a manufacturer, and she doesn’t have any details on individual herbs either nor knows how I can get the info…I would expect a big herb store to be able to provide pretty basic information about the dried herbs they carry. Such as a harvest date.. While I do appreciate the large selection of other products they carry I will not be purchasing any bulk herbs from them without more information.

The customer service and the products at this place are amazing I just wish they put all of their products online to order. What you see online is not even half of the products they have at the actual stores.

He used the breathe for about 3 years consistently after noticing he no longer at any point need an inhaler. Not even when triggered by cold air (he had bronchial spasms). Its cute and small but welcoming. They had herbal smoke blends, which is what I was hoping for. They also have a bulk section. Oh, and they have snacks, even vegan friendly snacks.

Just wanted to give five stars for customer service. Glenda was so helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed. I really like the herbal dreamer. I got Turmeric powder and several organic powdered nutrients to go in my morning smoothies. I didnt want to review until I actually used the products. I am very happy with my progress on this new healthier lifestyle journey.My joint pain has disappeared and I have much more energy than usual in the few months since Ive used the new replacements from my normal vitamin regimen. I will be returning and have replaced the vitamins with powdered supplements. I love the service you receive at this store! Herbally Grounded is one of Las Vegas best kept secrets, I get Macca Root, Bitter Lemon, Tumeric, Papaya on a regular basis. They are consistently supplied and are reasonably priced. I make my own capsules so I get the 00 veggie capsules from them also. Pharmaceuticals are mostly plant and flower based so try going directly to the source, its safer.

Found all my hard to find products right here and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store also has a library full of information, a discount section, a Red Mills products section and more. Definitely coming back.

I love this store its local and have a lot of natural/quality products. However, I gave 2 stars because I am always followed around the store by one of the employees. Followed to the point, where on multiple occasions employees have followed me the whole time I was in the store even though they were not helping me with anything. I have been in the store multiple times, so I know where most of the things I use is placed, yet still rare for a worker NOT to follow me. This is very irritating, so I do shop on iherb.com more for this reason alone.

This place is so cool and they have such a wonderfully broad selection of herbs, both powdered and whole. They also have honey, crystals, oils and various health drinks. An excellent option for the holistically minded or for the home mead maker like me. Definitely coming back!

I spent 20 dollars on there Irish cut sea moss, followed the directions on the paper and I had a terrible time getting the gel out, when I did there sea moss taste completely like SALT! I’ve had Sea moss a few times before from herbalists and never EVER did it taste like pure salt. I’m upset about wasting money for a product I can’t consume. Save your money on that, it’s not worth it!

One of my favorite places.. I feel like it’s selling out, couldn’t find pure magnesium for my health condition, only mixed with butters and things. Or really expensive for high consentrare. Also noticed the staff are only nice to male customers, you would think being a women they would be more kind. Last time I was there a women spent 20 mins helping a man, and couldn’t get me 2 herbs. Disappointed. Maybe expansion just made the store lose sight of things. Sage isn’t going to heal my health problems.

Excellent supply of herbs and herbal remedies. Staff is very knowledgeable. Highly suggest Herbal Defense and Herbal Fighter, esp during flu season, personally use this instead of over the counter meds. Angela, the owner is one of the most caring, informative, and generous people I know. A must place for your herbal remedies.

This store is a life saver. The Amazing Greens powder is really helping my family and i get through some tough times, and Im looking forward to seeing positive results from the Restore (liquid) for my postpartum hormones. I was told it will take some time to see results from the Restore because its hormonal, which makes sense. Its good to go there and get your things you cant at walmart but they are $$$ you can fi d things you cant other places but you will pay for them....lol
