DO NOT BUY HERE! Inept, ineffective, uncaring and just plain rude. ZERO responsibility for the errors and they blame the customer. Tired of spending hours on the phone arguing about THEIR dumb mistakes. Tired of botched orders and VERY rude customer service who get defensive on the phone, raise their voice to provoke you to lose your cool respond in kind. I just got hung upon by Patricia, a SUPERVISOR FCOL, after she yelled at me for THEIR ERRORS! SHE BLAMED ME! And shes done this one too many times.Patricia USES INTIMIDATION with a nasty tone she yells MAAAAAAM! in my ear, and blames YOU, the customer. She is just plain nasty and a poor representation for this company.I have had enough with them! Use iHerb or Amazon for all your similar needs, Sprouts or Whole Foods also Walmart, Target. Never done business with such rude customer service, never seen a company mess up as badly as they do, then BLAME YOU, THE CUSTOMER! Avoid at all costs: what you think youll save in money you will soon pay dearly!
The prices might be great and Im sure the customer receives there product as they expect. But the way they treat there employees is ridiculous from management to HR there all dishonest and will lie straight to your face and cheat you there employees out of there money.
Great prices .. im in newfoundland canada and its still cheaper to buy and ship from here than get in a store here and the shipping is always quick and very helpful staff and courteous . Great packaging also
This vitamin store has very dishonest practices. Discounts are applied when totals are done.After payment information is applied the discounts are removed and you end paying the full price.When trying to contact them to cancel order for refund they do not respond!Do use this company!Dishonest unethical practices.
I love this place! Yes its small but full of gems!Their price is good i found this place to be the cheapest from other competitors.I also love ordering from online. i have not had any issues infact they carried stuff i could not find especially during this pandemic.

I love this company! My daughter has to follow a very strict diet and we get so many great products from Vitacost that make it her life so much easier. The prices are great and they periodically send out 20% off on top of the great prices. They also ship fast and if there is any problem with the order they take care of it no questions and immediately. I am a loyal customer.
Love the selection and price, but our first order contained two items damaged in shipping. The shipping box was poorly packed and one box of tea was crushed, with teabags spilling out, and a glass jar of honey leaked.
Two order in a row with smashed tomato jars. Before Virus, delivery 2-3 days, now two weeks. I live 12 miles from Las Vegas store, now I get deliveries from Arkansas. Dont answer phones, e-mails or chats. Been with them for eight years., never again!!
This company is a scam. It is I,possible to reach them by chat, email or phone number. They sent me something I did not order and it is impossible to contact them for a refund. I will never use them again.

Their phone number, email, and chat aren’t working and haven’t worked for a while. Also I just received my order, but it didn’t have some of the things I ordered. When you call it leaves you on the line indefinitely.
Vitacost has a great supply for vitamins and supplements. If you cant find an item, the staff can order it and have it delivered to the store.

During the extremely challenging time Vitacost quietly changed the return policy and refusing to refund a product that i included in my order by accident. Ive been a loyal customer for years and never had these issues before. Ive spent hundreds of dollars for my supplements every year and will be taking my business elsewhere as my business is not appreciated here going forward.

I live in Las Vegas where they ship out of. Have a $900 order, 1 week later havent received anything!!! On that order its supposed to be 1 day on shipping. Also, have been calling them for a week straight SEVERAL times a day on hold for 35+ minutes each time no one answers. They wont call me back have emailed me with lies that they are busy. I have called the minute they have opened, requested them to call me back via email and been ignored even though they responded to those emails of me requesting a call.Okay had to add one other thing. They constantly send you discount codes that never work when you apply it at the cart at the end. These people are so shady they try to wear you out because they wont answer their phone. And you will never get a phone call back from them.

I went to this place to see if I could purchase the vitamins Id seen on QVC out of the warehouse. Unfortunately, they dont have a storefront for you to do this. Their vitamins are supposed to be top-of-the-line and top-notch. No problem Ill order them from Amazon. I found that the staff was very nice and accommodating and also very apologetic. I dont have anything negative to say about this place as I found that you really cant say anything negative about it.

Im writing to let others know that I, personally, had the reaction of HEART PALPITATIONS when I took Niacin 250. I did not mind the flushing feeling I got but, after I stopped taking the Niacin, the HEART PALPITATIONS stopped. This may not happen to anyone else but, I suggest that you buy only one bottle at a time, as a test. I have 2 bottles that I need to throw away because of being past the return date. They seem to be a strong supplement and may suit some of you out there. Thanks.
Ive known that they have a location here in Las Vegas, NV and when it came time to reorder, I thought I would just go down to their store. What a waste of time that turned out to be. First of all, they have a paper sign in the window saying cash only, as they couldnt accept credit cards at the moment. Fine, perhaps out of their control, so leave and drive to a bank and then come back. When I finally entered the store, it was small but seemed to have a lot in it. I had done all my shopping online the night before and just printed out my shopping cart, figuring that would save me time when I got to the store.Well, in total, I was there for 21 items. and walked out with 9. Girl at the register told me they only stock about 2% of what they have on the site, okay, I get it. Thats okay, she then told me that she could order in the store and I could come by and pick it up tomorrow. Why would I do that? Its not her fault but a poor business idea to have a store that doesnt stock even Vitamin B6 (But they had Vitamin B1, B5 & B12 in store!) and to promote local residents on their site to visit their store. I drove across town from the Northwest just to visit this store, and couldnt even get standard vitamins. Its not like Im looking for really specific things. Im not driving across town again to pick up what I should have been able to do in one day/trip.I would have been okay if she said we barely have all the products in the store but I can order it here for you and it can be ready for pick up in 10-20 minutes (It does appear to be attached to the warehouse). Okay, great! But to tell people that they need to come back the following day? Thats just stupid.The special online/in store right in is for the Vitacost Brand, buy one, get one 50% off. Even the things in store that were supposed to be on sale, some they only had 1 of and she couldnt/wouldnt (not sure which so benefit of the doubt) get me a 2nd one to take advantage of the deal.Seriously, just save yourself the time and order from the website and have it delivered to you. It will be delivered to you the next day anyway and you dont have to go across town (for local residents).

We bought 2 bottles of Vit 12 with Folic Acid (made by World Organic) and when we received the medicine on the bottom of the bottle there is what is looks like the expiry date and that would be October 2019.We emailed the company with a picture asking if that is indeed the expiry date. They replied that it looks like that is the manufacture date (October 2019????!! How can that be when we are in June 2019) and to give them the LOT number to check the expiry date. We gave what it looked like the LOT number. Their reply was that the medicine is out of stock and they cannot check the expiry date and they suggested to check with the manufacturer.First of all, the expiry date should be on the website next to the description. I would never purchase 2 bottles of one medicine that expires in few months.Second of all, is not the manufacturer that sold me medicine that is about to expire so I dont see why I should contact that company. I have bought the medicine from you, so I expect you have the expiry date of the products you sell, especially when you sell medicine.Or just give a heads up to the customer, before shipping the product, that is about to expire.

Went in for a job interview, after filling out application online. At least 100 people showed up. Wasnt enough chairs or clipboards. Total waste of time. Group interviews with like 2 questions each for each applicant. Seems like they already had there minds made up of who they were going to hire. If your last job wasnt warehouse, they basically rolled their eyes at you. Could tell some of those guys were exaggerating there experience. But why fill out the application online if they were going to go by a one page questionnaire. I thought I was going to get a fare shot, didnt even have a chance. There interview process was horrible, like a cattle call. After asking us 2 questions each, the two women separated us and one told me and 2 guys, thanks for coming in, and the other group of 4 guys went to get they paperwork, it was so unfair! No wonder they have bad employee reviews. After a 2 hr ride on bus, i felt disrespected, and my time and energy wasnt appreciated. I truly needed that job!

So if it happens again i wont ever spend my money in there again and i would suggest that all black people or people of color do the same if these people or anyone that takes your money and doesnt say thank you to you!!
