So I came “hear” solely based on reviews! Let me say I was not disappointed! I’ve never had my ears professionally cleaned before and now I highly recommend it. From the moment I entered until I left I was totally put at ease and made to feel completely comfortable. The 2 ladies that run this place are amazing! The amount of garbage that was removed from my ears was insane. I definitely hear better now, in fact, in the middle of the process I started hearing better. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Do yourself a favor and have this done! I’m so glad that I did!

Due to severe issues with ear wax, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with my family or even to go on the most simple of errands like shopping at the local grocery store. I found myself living in a very quiet world indeed! ‘Helping U Hear’ has done that and more, they restored my hearing back to me! Placing my appointment was extremely simple, and Tami was friendly, efficient and very helpful! Sonya took the time in explaining each step of the process and is someone who is a true credit to her profession, the cleaning procedure was quick and painless. She handled her equipment with deft skill and a gentle hand. When I left their offices, I realized that it’s actually been a very long time since I’ve been able to hear this clearly. The offices for the practice itself are clean, comfortable and very easy to locate within the front portion of Wal-Mart. I highly recommend ‘Helping U Hear’, because this dynamic duo does just that!

Helping U Hear was a Great choice for my husbands hearing aids.Sonya and Tami really took the time and provided the Best Customer Service. They were very knowledgeable of all the products and what a difference this has made in our life. We do not have to turn up the TV loud, we can go to restaurants without screaming over the table. The blue tooth capability was a great choice. It provides noise reduction and he can even talk on the telephone, actually have a conversation. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Helping U Hear to anyone who has even the slightest hearing loss. It completely changed our lives.

When I arrived here for my appointment, I could barely hear anything. Very frustrating. When I left the office I could hear every single sound clearly again. WOW! I felt rejuvenated again after Sonya cleared years of wax buildup from both my ears. Sonya and Tami (her assistant) were very comforting throughout the whole process. Both very nice as well. If you are in need of ear wax removal or simply an ear canal exam, then this is the place to go. I had a problem with ear wax such that it times the hearing was reduced. I had tried to remove the wax on my own, but nothing helped. I called all over Las Vegas and the ENT doctors were booked out for two months and not willing to help. Others just seemed too busy to care. Out of desperation, I began calling all places in town and finally decided to give HELPING U HEAR a call. A very courteous receptionist answered the call and made an appointment within a week. I showed up for the appointment and after a short wait was ushered into the exam area where the specialist examined both ears and removed some wax and dead skin and it only took about 2 minutes and most of all...NO PAIN!!! The bonus was unlike the other places I called, their setup was such that you could actually see the exam on a monitor via a fiberoptic scope. It was very interesting. Instant relief. Both of the young ladies were wonderful and put me at ease. They also advised to have the ears checked once per year to stay ahead of wax accumulation. They are also great with hearing aids. Great customer service. Thanks ladies! I can hear now.

This place is AMAZING! Sonya and Tami are the sweetest people ever and cleaned both of my ears that were so badly clogged up, one I couldn’t hear out of at all! They left my ears sparkling clean and walking out hearing better than I have in years! Seriously if you have wax problems or hearing issues these ladies are the best in the business. I won’t be going anywhere else if I need my ears checked or cleaned ever again. Thank you ladies!

I cannot say enough great things about Sonya and Tami. My wife was suffering from pain and discomfort due to impacted ear wax. We were fortunate to be seen on the same day we called. Tami, the office manager, was extremely friendly and professional when greeting us. I was able to go into the treatment room with my wife and we both met with Sonya who was extremely patient and took the time to answer my wifes many questions. Sonya reassured my wife the cleaning procedure was in most cases painless. She used a camera and a large monitor to show us what the inside of my wifes ear canal looked like and explained the procedures available to remove the accumulated wax. With Tami assisting, Sonya at first used irrigation on my wifes ear and then finished by using a curet to remove the remaining wax. Throughout the whole procedure, Sonya explained what she was doing it as she was doing it and we were able to watch on the monitor as she removed the wax. The whole procedure lasted 10-15 minutes which included Sonya checking my wifes other ear to make sure there was no issues with such. At the end, my wife kept repeating how the pain and discomfort she had been living with for the past few days was now completely gone!! I wholeheartedly recommend this business and these two fantastic ladies to anyone suffering from impacted ear wax!!

We could not be happier with Sonja (the miracle worker) and Help U Hear!!!My 62 yr old husband has been having hearing problems for a few years now but would not resort to hearing aids ( no matter how hard we tried). Finally on his own he contacted Sonja at Help U Hear and she fit him with the perfect hearing aids. They have changed his life and mine ! He now engages with our family more since he can hear the conversation, he can enjoy movies and no one has to repeat themselves. His golf buddies didn’t notice for many Rounds of golf but when one did they all admitted they could all use a pair and need to go see Sonja. He admits he should have done this long ago. This place is amazing! My left ear was clogged for a few months and it only took them 5 minutes to find a wax ball and dead skin in my ear and remove it all using advanced technology. Very quick and painless and the women working there were very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My ear had become waterlogged while swimming a few days ago, and after trying to few different recommended at home remedies (white vinegar and tea tree oil), I had made it worse. I called Helping U Hear and they were able to get me in the NEXT DAY for an ear wax removal appointment. It was affordable, the receptionist was very sweet, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. Since she used a special camera that could be inserted into my ear, I was able to watch the whole procedure, and i am so glad I came in when I did as my whole left ear was almost closed up from using q-tips! I highly recommend this convenient friendly operation for any of your ear needs. Since Im not working right now, I really appreciated the price as well.

My wife had ear wax removal done here today. Lots of wax came out of both ears. The process was very fast, under 10 minutes total for both ears. The price was only $35 per ear. Highly recommend them. Friendly, fast, and very budget-friendly.

Me and my bf came in because we had never had our ears professionally cleaned and was starting to lose hearing, I saw this place at Walmart and decided to make an appointment. We got an appointment within the week and I am so glad we did, we saw everything that was blocking our hearing and feel brand new after we got our ears cleaned out! Highly recommend

Absolutely love the care we receive. Thoughtful questions and careful listening to our responses. My husband is a techno guy and Sonya and he have a dandy time addressing issues. When I want the version for me, she makes a friendly non pretentious switch and I am readily back in the loop.Sonya uses an awesome program where she shows us what our ear canals/ drums look like; she gently clears wax while we watch. She patiently showed different techniques to put our hearing aids in and pleasantly repeated when I ask for a refresher at our follow-up. She is committed to assuring we are using all of the functions of our hearing aids optimally... she reminds us ( especially me) of functions I had forgotten.When I got a phone upgrade, Tami was super at making it happen. If I could give more stars I would. My hearing loss is moderate, I had No idea how much Id actually lost. We had to stop watching news, the CC was way behind and even with loud volume they spoke gumble. Could see birds, now I can hear them. My husband has the worst habit of making a comment while watching TV. Very frustrating!!! My first night with my aids we had on Maria Montoya (she speaks VERY soft and lowers her voice at the end of sentences) I could UNDERSTAND every word and the comments my husband made. WOW. I am beyond thrilled. I must add the staff, Tami and Sonya are fantastic. Sonya has so much experience, the testing and the fitting of the aids were a snap to her....

After enduring mediocre service and knowledge from two other hearing centers, it was such a relief to find this office. Scheduling was a breeze. All paperwork was painless. Sonya is amazing. Thank you for helping my wife’s ear pain. Sonya and her team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! She’s very caring, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. On subsequent visits, she made all of thenecessary adjustments to fine tune my hearing aids. I had an excellent experience at Helping U Hear. At my initial appointment, I was greeted by a competent, caring professional staff who helped me get over my ambivalence about getting hearing aids. They were knowledgeable and skillful in their delivery of pertinent information, which helped me to realize that I needed and wanted hearing aids. My position changed from one of resistance to actually wanting hearing aids.In a sense, I was somewhat coerced into getting hearing aids by my wife. This place was life changing for me. I’ve been having problems with impacted wax since I was a child and have had horrible painful experiences with wax removal in the past, she could tell I had anxiety she promised it would not be painful and there was 0% pain.
