State Flower is amazing!!! I just tried Flo White flower and its now one of my new favorites. It put me in a creative mood and its great for outdoors. I also want to complement the swag. These are some of the items I got recently, I like the appreciation State Flower gives to customers. This place is just so amazing! The staff and security are so friendly & they have amazing deals! I went for halloween & man it was just awesome I loved all the different art they had on the wall a big chair you can sit on! Pumpkins that the staff had created just a beautiful experience! I have not looked at the other reviews on this dispensary, but I did notice only a 4 star rating. That surprises me!!! I have been loyally going to this dispensary for about 18 months now and have been nothing short of completely satisfied with their products, their deals, and most importantly the employees. From curbside tenders, to inside tenders and the store management, all have been incredibly helpful and nice. I have only had 2 issues, if you would even call them that. I have had 2 different cartridges not work properly, and both times they took such great care of me. I have never ever been disappointed with any of their flower, shoot, any of their product period!!! I highly suggest this dispensary, it is open 24 hours too which is fantastic!!! My First stop when I come to vegas. I love this place. Guy has helped me several times. While visiting yesterday I had no idea about COOKIES of course Guy gave me the scoop. He sold me on several of COOKIES goodies. He explains the newest products. Guy Compares products for me and explains. Guy’s suggestion are always spot on. He doesn’t make me feel stupid with all the question. I always hope he is working when I’m in town. Yesterday I met Tiarra at checkout. So sweet and explained a few of the pipes for me. I love the tips she shared with me while picking out a new pipe. Must visit you will not be disappointed!

Awesome place with a knowledgeable staff and great selection of products I shop here often but had to give a shout out to John & Ken for great customer service, they went out of theyre way to make sure my order was correct and also a great deal they gave me on some danky products thanks again guys good looking out be back soon. Save your money and don’t waste your time. The staff, specifically the female supervisor on duty on 9/24/21 at 12:45 a.m. was abrupt, impolite, insulting and unprofessional. Because she didnt know how to accept constructive criticism, she hung up on me for making her aware of her lack of professionalism and poor conduct of business. Additionally, instead of dealing with the root cause (which should have been to say that she’d coach, monitor the progress of, and/or retrain her untimely, underperforming employees and/or drivers) she offered me a puny 15% discount which I refused, because like that’s going to correct their internal problem.

The building and setup are beautiful! Our Budtenders Andre & Dom were great and were knowledgeable about all the products we asked about. The store has a large selection, so be ready to buy everything 😂😂

Its clean, its g modern the products are great the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.There is always a deal on something,they give various discounts and they deliver. My roommate wasnt feeling well her shoulder was hurting her and she didnt have a ounce of engery and asked me to go. I explained as I did now and she they had just what she need I asked if it could be in a smoker like a vape. It was perfect. She loved it and felt so much better. She is 74 and I hated to see her suffering. So if you know of someone suffering thats needs relief now thats the perfect place to go. Excellent service. Ill definitely go there again for her.

I find the products a little pricy and high quality. The best service Ive had at any dispensary and I ve tried many. Most dispensaries provide a good experience and this is very good. I have two herniated discs and have almost died three times from accidental over dose from my own prescriptions then kidney failure when I switched to alcohol to try and treat my pain. Cannabis has literally saved my life. I don’t even have to take my blood pressure medicine anymore that I have been on it for 15 years. I don’t even smoke! Lol I do edibles and cbd drinks. I am going to buy a volcano eventually because this is getting expensive. I only go to the Apothecarium because I order their curbside and I love every one who works there. My guys when I come in at 8:00 a.m. before curbside is available are usually Kevin or Tiger and they hook me up with all the latest things they have in, but they also know I need to get in and out. I have mixed feelings about leaving this review because I don’t want to blow up my spot! 😂 but they deserve the success that the store service and knowledge bring to Las Vegas. So if you are just in Vegas and don’t want to wait 7 hours to get your smoke on get, and get right back to enjoying Vegas hit up all the great people at my local Vegas spot, written by a local who is there pretty much everyday. If I can figure out how to load up a picture you can see I am not playing and that was just yesterday! 😂🤙❤️

Their products are amazing, but I’ve been disappointed by their customer service, so much so, I opt for delivery instead.Most recently I needed to purchase in store and was tended to by a wonderful, young lady by the name of Bianka. She was polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately very kind. She made sure I received my discounts accordingly and packed my bag neatly.If she is an example of the improved customer service and improved employment hire then they deserve my 5 stars. I went today on my birthday to get some cbd cream, they were out of the one i usually get, so I was getting another kind, Kevin and Kaya who assisted me, went to get the cream I wanted and when they came out they told me that it was my lucky day, the cream I was getting, it was the last one in stock so the manager agreed to give it to me at a very great discount. That was so nice of them and Happy Birthday to me. KEVIN AND KAYA WERE very helpful and nice, everyone here are helpful and nice.

Love the flower, hate the customer service. I was ordering from here for the first time and was not pleased by how the employees treat handled the situation. I order a curbside order, and after waiting an 1 and 30 mins I was not told when I could pick up my order. And upon calling the store they said oh just come by and get it and gave little to no explanation of why the order took so long in the first place. And I all I have ordered was an 8th. I will not be going back solely because of the poor customer service.

This is my go to place for medicinal marijuana. The staff is friendly and always helps me find what I need. Dont be afraid to ask questions. They will have the answers. On my last trip they recommended some Ice Cream Cake by Polaris MMJ. Very high in Limonene, which is exactly what I needed.

I suggest finding another dispensary. I was a frequent customer until a staff member arrogantly and irrationally decided not to sell to me including recreational, after I couldn’t find my medical card. Staff usually doesn’t check the curbside pick up medical cards when medical patients receive there orders at curbside pick up, when it’s busy. when it’s not busy, sometimes they check. I told her I didn’t have it and she refused to sell to me Including recreational. The staff was extremely difficult, petty, irrational, demanding, and the manager got in my face within inches which violates social distancing rules, I guess in an instinctive way to challenge me instead of resolving the issue rationally. There was no arguing and everyone kept there distance until the manager broke that rule. it was totally unnecessary for him to get so close in such a manner. We stepped outside and he than told me they can’t sell to me out of choice not regulation.. One day you will have to deal with similar behavior if you shop here long enough.. And us customers shouldn’t have to deal with idiotic, petty employees who selectively enforce rules based on if they like you or not!.

Update - we do just want to note that within the order confirmation messages you receive along the way, we note that drivers are not able to give change.If I could figure out how to post pictures here, youd see texts and emails I received from the store and delivery service with absolutely no mention of drivers not providing change. Although I appreciate a response from the store, the above statement simply isnt true.They do not tell you the delivery drivers will not provide change. The drivers are 3rd party, disconnected from apothecarium and happy to take whatever change you are owed as their tip.Min order is $75, I order $125 worth of product. After numerous purchases here I earned $50 worth of credit. I ask to apply this credit to my order, but am told it drops the total to $74 and therefore does not meet the minimum order. The options given to me at this point were to buy more product to get up over $75 or not use the credit on this order. Really?!Do the math on how much one has to spend at this store to earn $50 in credit.I dont understand the customer service on this one.

Every time I roll to Vegas I always stop here. They usually have a good selection of bud, concentrates and edibles. They also sell accessories as well. Shop is clean, operations are orderly and they have a sweet rewards program. Been a customer for years and I definitely like this place a lot!

Favorite dispensary in town for 4 years ♡ I always order online and have it delivered to my car, Ive seen people complain about the wait but its worth it as the budtenders dont rush anyones decision making and theyre often answering questions for newbies.

Worst management in town. Richard if you did a mistake advertising your online prices on your website assume your responsibility and honour the discount to your customers. Especially if they have been buying these since the store opened. It was your mistake so you should have fixed it in another way. I advise everyone to start to take screenshots of the prices because the deal was updated to the price they were saying after they remove the phone. Of one other person in front arguing the same. For my part I will never come back to this store.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Received the first text stating that they received my order and that a subsequent text would follow shortly. Waited 2 hours before going on their site to chat. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to come chat with me, I was told that it would be another hour or two before Id get my text. The catch is that the next text was going to tell me WHEN to pick it up. So basically I would have had to wait 4 hours just to find out when I could pick it up. I told them to cancel my order and they told me they couldnt find it (even though I got the original text). My time is more valuable than their overpriced weed (go to Planet 13 for cheaper prices and efficient curbside). Im done with amateurs.

I honestly love coming here, I always get some of the best customer service here. No matter if I have looked at the list or not each budtender recommends the best bang for my buck. I am particular when it comes to my terpes, so the fact they hit it right on the head Im thankful for. Big shout out for the recommendation from Simon for that XXX OG nailed it on the head with that strain. I tell everyone to come here just because of the vibes and the people alone. If I could put more than 5 stars I would.

The worst place. Never no deals only on 420 and that’s not that good! State flower is weak and you can go to ShowGrow or Oasis which give way better deals! To service summerlin area this dispensary get a 1! FYI: there also the slowest around town!

Was a customer for a long time, but their service has gone down over the last few months and after being treated like I’m trying to cheat them over a cartridge that stopped working with 1/3 of the liquid left in a gram cartridge, I will never go back. The Source is 3 lights East and they have better prices with Managers that have been there since they opened. I have never been treated anything less than a valued customer there. Once upon a time I could say the same for here, but with a better choice just down the road, I’d recommend treating your customers better.

It was quick, not many people inside, and Jacodie helped me with a great attitude, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended good stuff! I loved the fact that he didnt make feel rushed at all. I have been a long time customer here at the apothecarium, and have made several purchases along with bringing others in to buy. Im not sure what has happened on the last month but today coming in was a terrible experience, not the friendly atmosphere I have gotten before. I have a faulty cartridge, and have bought every single cartridge from this store but was basically told I was lying, which I take very seriously. I would not come in to ask for help with something I didnt buy from this store. I dont think asking for a replacement cartridge is asking too much, especially when I brought it on before I was told I had a faulty Battery, so I bought a new battery only to find out it wasnt the battery. So more money spent at your store for something I didnt need to spend on. Its disappointing that you would argue over a cartridge when you literally had me buy a new battery I last month thinking that was the issue.Iwill be taking my business elsewhere along with advising others to do so as well.

Disappointed in the Apothecarium and won’t go backI went to the Apothecarium on Sahara last night to get my meds, a disposable and a half gram of resin sauce. When I arrived to the dispensary it was THE MOST empty I have ever seen the parking lot, I walked in, and I was the only customer there besides my cousin with me. We were called immediately to the back and RUSHED and stared down by our bud tender(I really wish I got her name) and expected to know everything we wanted. When we told her we didn’t quite know yet, she got upset and explained that now she actually had to do something and get us a menu? Once she finally got us a menu she continued to stare and tap her foot while folding her arms just waiting for us to order. When I finally ordered and got my live resin concentrate, she held it up for me to see. When I looked at it, it seemed to be missing all the wax? So I asked the budtender if it leaked or has been turned sideways. She ASSURED ME IT WAS NOT. And I even told her it would not be the first time I bought a leaking defective concentrate from them. But she still didn’t seem to care to get another one or anything, she proceeded to scan the product and sold me a Half Gram resin for $50, A HALF GRAM. And when I went back all the way home, I was completely right, wax all over the lid, all over the sides of the container, in the bag, leaked everywhere. I called the manager and the Manager told me that basically I was screwed and I had to deal with it. I asked him why it was like that and told him it was defective. He proceeded to tell me it is not defective I cannot replace it with the new one and I cannot return it either and there was nothing he could do about it or nothing I could do about it. All he told me is sometimes they are just sideways and sometimes they just leak. So I asked him when it comes from the company is It turned sideways? He said no they never get Defective product from the other companies and if they do then they get replacements, which contradicted himself. And apparently they didn’t know concentrates shouldn’t be warm or stored sideways or upside down. I will NEVER GO BACK! The manager never even had the decency to even apologize about the product, no sorry’s or anything, he just proceeded to act like it was my own fault. I spent hundreds if not thousands here and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE HIPSTERS THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WEED ETIQUETTE.

I’m in town visiting, the place overall is great! However the lady that helped me was rude and was rushing me so she could go on break.

This is the third time in a row that I have used the QR Code that they have posted at the front so I can view their menu and an item that is said to be available is not.Also, after politely notifying my bud tender that this is a frequent occurrence, the response I’m given was, “Oh, well. You have to deal with it. Just get something that we have.” Delivered in a very short and condescending tone.What is the point of having a menu, if you can’t get what’s on the menu?

The best dispensary in town! From the minute Chris greets you at the door until you leave EVERYONE is so professional, knowledgeable of all products and extremely friendly! Great service. If your questioning the source or Apothecarium, hands down better service and better quality here. Lower delivery minimum, and much nicer employees. #1 Its a breeze to talk to the manager and its more like talking to a friend. Usually have had good experiences but today’s curbside pick up was not one of them. Arrived to pick up my order and message the number the spot I’m in. No reply to the text. After 20 min speak to an employee who’s out doing orders. He apologizes and says they are going in order of people arriving. Watch 2 more cars get served that came after me while waiting another 15 min. Still nothing. Just left. Suggest not doing curbside and just going in till they get their systems down. Disappointing for sure.
