When I want those home items that I cant find in the regular JC Penney store and I want to walk out with them in my arms, I travel the extra mile to the home store. Lots of stuff, friendly helpful staff. Kudos!

I had a horrible experience returning last week with one associate. Maybe she was seasonal. She was not impolite but would not call for a manager when I kept asking. I did have the receipts and my credit card used for purchase but her knowledge of what to do with all that was null. I asked several times for her to request a manager and all she did was smile and say I needed the tags but she just didnt ask anyone for help. My becoming agitated finally seemed to draw an experienced associate over and all was refunded correctly. zJCPENNEY DO NOT ADVERTISE EASY RETURNS WHEN YOU HAVENT TRAINED THE ASSOCIATES. ITS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. AND NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO CLOSE STORES AS I READ.

A good place to go for home items and furnishings. Friendly employees and agood manager thats very helpful.

Was the fast and easy place to grab stuff for the house in a lot of decent sales

Rainbow j.c.penny employees are amazing and so helpful lornea that works in shades is so knowledgeable on what we needed we dont need to go elsewhere she sumed it nicely and we will be back to buy more she was super.And we always find quality items that we find are priced to sell Weve been shopping at Penny s for over 35years and will always be shopping there.

Even though this particular pennys is closing I felt as though the​ prices was still to high.And it is very hard to get help. Im a 60 years old walking from front to back every time I wanted to know about an item is to much.

They have great customer service and a large selection of home goods

Needs to put its hours up. Drove out of my way on a weekday during what would be normal business hours and they were closed.
