About nine years ago Hometronics installed a burglar alarm in my office. It was very professionally done and the service was excellent. Had them also install an alarm in my home along with a home entertainment system. Loved the sound and the quality of the picture.Later I moved to a larger office and they installed a burglar alarm and audio visual system allowing me to monitor the office from anywhere 24/7.Later moved to a larger office and they put a new system in, again allowing me the ability to monitor what was going on 24/7.Moved to another house and had Hometronics move and upgrade my home entertainment system. Not only where they on time, professional and left everything looking great, Cox did not show up and when I called Cox they told me it would take two days to come out but they were very sorry. The Hometronics people fixed everything including Coxs problems.Friendly, fair priced, professional. Best I have every used.

I replaced a 2000 model M&S extensive system for a client. Zack at HomeTronic pulled together specifications for a replacement updated system. There were a few glitches during the installation process with the Bluetooth component. The team at HomeTronic followed through to the end and an awesome updated bluetooth, AM/FM system has been installed at my clients home.

I have had dealings with HomeTronic on and off for almost five years. They installed my surround sound, televisions, security system and cameras when we built our home. In the ensuing years, there have been various glitches that have caused me to have them back out. I have an intercom system that was installed 13 years ago when our house was built. It wasn’t working. I thought I was going to have to pay thousands to get it replaced. I had Hometronics do my home theatre installation, alarm system, and security camera system. The work for all systems was excellent. The one minor glitch was the security camera DVR, which quit providing remote access. Unfortunately, Hometronics vendor for the DVR went out of business, but they worked with me to get a new model and gave me a fair price for a new one and installation. I really like the personable and professional aspect the company shows. I particularly found David, the sales rep, very personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyed working with him as he was patient and answered all our questions on all our systems. Dean worked with me on getting the camera system up and running again with the new DVR, and he also was the one to provide a quality finish to my home theatre system. The tech we saw most was Michael, a highly knowledgeable, personable, and professional installer who worked with me several times to insure our system worked well. We are very pleased with Hometronics and the equipment they used. David confirmed my desire to have Klipsch speakers in our home theatre system and we are highly pleased with that system too. I would recommend Hometronics for your security, home theatre, security, and any other home system requirement. They have the experience and knowledge, but unlike some companies, are not so large that you get treated impersonally. I also know if I need assistance, they are always ready and able to help.

Hometronics was recommended to me, and I was extremely happy with their service. I initially had them put in an ADT alarm system in our home. Very knowledgeable and expert service. Didnt try to upsell me. I then, later, had them come back and put in an outdoor Ring system. Very pleased. Oh did I mention that they also did an excellent job with my Home theater system.
