Friendly staff. I did not try the ice cream, but the cookie dough looked out of this world. Opted for key lime truffle and chocolate dipped s’mores. Buyers regret, wanted the ice cream instead.
Terrible customer service. Manager is grossly incompetent, and needs to get over herself, or find another place of employment if she hates her job so much. Went across to the Gelato spot and had a much better experience.
Definitely must have. It is located inside of The Venetian hotel
Good ice cream but refused samples for my 8yo daughter so thus the 2 star review.
Vegas’s infamous Ice Cream parlour located in The Venetian is straight out of a fantasy world or the Wonderland. The décor is super cute with pink walls, twinkling chandeliers, moving trains and magical glass bathrooms. They also have two little adorable pets. They looked unreal first but, when we saw them closely, they were actually breathing lol.We checked out this place after dinner, but didn’t have the room for an ice cream. So, i settled with their Dark Hot Chocolate. It was perfect for the ones whose palate requires low level of sweetness.Overall, I Loved the thick and luscious hot chocolate at reasonable price with good serving size.
Frankly, the ice cream was some of the most mid dessert material I have ever tasted. The strawberry tasted more like ice and the it seemed like they mixed up the birthday cake with cookies and cream. The service was horrible as well. Reminded me of what it feels like listening to a lil baby album- not very pleasant.
The ice cream was good (not the best Ive had, but pretty good), however customer service is lacking and they were out of several different flavors and toppings. Im blaming COVID for some of this, as it appears the bad reviews are all recent. Perhaps they are short staffed and having supply chain issues like some other companies? It didnt help that the guy in front of us kept holding up the line to ask 4 separate times if they sold anything sugar-free, to which the answer was consistently no from both employees. This doesnt full excuse the poor customer service we received and the melting ice cream though...Also, their hours are incorrect on Google, they are only open until midnight on Tuesdays. I suggested the edit, but wanted to post here to save you the disappointment.
The ice cream was excellent. However an employee would shout about social distancing about every three minutes. People were wearing mask and for the most part staying distanced from other groups. Kind of sucked the fun out of the ice cream shop.
Lots of options. Cute shop, took get a sugar rush just walking in
Ice cream was good but wouldn’t say it was the best I have ever had. The staff moved pretty quickly which was nice. It’s pricey but that’s what you get for purchasing anything in that location so what do you expect?? I liked how the employee offered samples. Good staff. Would go back to buy baked goods.
When is the best ice creams but bad customer service. I ordered my ice cream and they didnt finish completing my order. And they charge three people waiting in line the other employer noticed she didnt finish my order so she finished my order for me then when I tried to pay they took somebody elses order and had her pay right away. Then when I was next she tried to take another order when I was trying to pay I literally waited 15 minutes just to pay for my ice cream my ice cream melted. I had to speak up or I had to wait another 5 minutes for the other person to get her ice cream right away. This happened last night at 11:00 p.m.and they took simple orders like cups and cones at the last hour.
They were out of whipped cream & cherries for a $13 banana split!! They should be shame a multi million dollar company and out of ingredients!! They didnt even offer a discount or more Icecream. I wont be back.
My wife loves the candied and caramel apples here. Daughter loves the variety of ice cream too.
Nice place but customer service was horrible. They let me go through and make my order and waited until I got to the cash register to tell me they cant except cards due to net work issues and they didnt take $100 bills even though my order was $56. Smh It will be a while before I go back!!!
Not open until 1am on Tuesdays as stated on the hours. It’s midnight right now. I hate this town so much. For a “party town”, everything closes around here like we all have church in the morning.
The worst chocolate ice cream I ever had. It literally had chunks of ice in it and the waffle cone was hard as a rock. $872 for an ice cream cone, it should be better.(I exaggerated on the price but Im sure you understand what Im saying).
Varieties of flavours. Very tasty. There are no chairs or table.
So light...and its ice cream. Heavenly.
Service was great ice cream not to much
Great little place for ice cream late!
Vegan strawberry ice cream was ok. Not great. Not bad. The waffle cone I had it in was the hardest Ive ever had. Why would anyone make a cone that thick and hard? Definitely wasnt worth the $9 I paid for it. I had to throw it out only halfway through because I got tired of having to chew so hard. Also, it wasnt ideal that they had 1 person scooping and working the register. Made for a very slow process and line.
For dietary reasons we asked for a very small cup of water to take a lactaid pill. We were told to buy a large bottle. They were rude and lost 3 sales. They were extremely busy and didnt miss my money.
After a nearly 40 minute wait in line, we finally get to the counter and we were ignored by staff for a solid 5 minutes. Eventually the guy asks us what we want and it took him more time to get us 2 ice creams than the young lady who proceeded to make 4 ice creams for the next family and they checked out before our two were done. The two guys behind the counter do not want to work and that’s made obvious by the wait and the experience. 0 stars would not patron again and made a review just because the service sucked that much.
Not Covid-19 compliant.I got an overpriced mediocre banana split last night. It was ok.I was very disappointed that all 3 of the employees had their masks down and noses out of their mask. Breathing and talking all over my food.
Great ice cream and a very easy going atmosphere. Also very professional and clean during Covid times. Would 2100% go back again.
Good ice cream liked that they provide big pieces Im the ice cream. Tastes good too 😋
Great ice cream and great prices for Vegas.
Enter through either casino, Venitian or Palazzo, parking garage. Go to second floor to Grand Canal Shoppes. Closest to the Venitian.
Came in at 10:20 and was told they were no longer making sundaes because they had already cleaned their equipment and wanted to leave for the day.
Closed 15m early, change hours if closing early
It was very good but the long line to order takes forever.
Lots of different souvenirs and great ice cream but surprisingly you have to get at least 2 scoops which isnt great for me who can only eat one...
Visited about four, it was not full. The bill was reasonable.
Wonderful place. Try the next similar ice cream to Rocky Road. Two flavors, chocolate and vanilla. Delicious.
I bought stale fudge..a Carmel apple and the caramel was so hard like taffy. No wonder they have no returns or refund signs! I asked the girl if the fudge was fresh and she sad yes. Lies!!!
Excellent ice cream shop located at The Venetian. Went twice during our visit. Ice cream is made fresh with quality ingredients. Delicious!
Its pretty but dry and gross. Definitely was excited for nothing. Paid $6 for a jumbo donut that was dry and gross
Okay. I wouldnt recommend anything besides the cookies because I havent tried anything else but their peanut butter cookie was AMAZING ! Warm with melted peanut butter chips and topped with Reeses. It was delicious.
Did anyone else have to pay by credit card only? We went in before attending a show to get a cookie and was told they dont accept cash. We paid by Credit Card and left. Got home to a call from the credit card Company that someone in Vegas took the info and tried to purchase $500 from a sporting goods store. Funny thing was we only used the card here and the Alamo Car Rental. Watch your cards here since this is a card only facility! 🤣
I think this is a very nice unique, small ice cream shop inside of a Venetian Hotel all kind of sorts of candies and goodies what a sweet tooth
They were rushing people through the line so fast that we didn’t have time to look at all they had to offer. When we finally ordered I picked something they were out of and they replaced it with another ice cream without asking. When I said something the girl just looked at me like well what do you want me to do about it. Refuse to be treated that way.
I love this store. It has a great variety of ice cream and it always tastes fresh. Hard to choose just one scoop.
There are 4 other, better ice cream shops within the same area. Pick any one of them.
Ordered the Smore’s sundae which took the lady so long to make that it was basically soup by the time we received it. Additionally, it didn’t even have the three correct flavors that we had ordered. For $10, it should have been perfect.
A reasonably priced double scoop waffle cone, for being in a hotel, able to share with small kids. And ice cream was really good.
We ordered two small cones 1 with chocolate and 1 regular cone, only the empty cones were a half dollar each. After we choses cones we picked ice cream and I chose raspberry with gummy bears on top and the raspberry ice cream had a taste of strawberry and milk... The other ice cream was ok but we paid 8 and a half $$ for the smaller one... Waste of money.
The ice cream selection is somewhat large while the cups are kind of small with the large size being regular to what you would see elsewhere. However the price is relatively not as expensive as something would be on the Strip. Some would probably go across the bridge to the gelato stand in St. Marks Square to get about the same experience if you just want something cold and minus pink décor.Overall its a good place if you have a child with you because of the candy collection and assortment of sweets.
Yum, ice cream
Great exciting store but no rum and raisin ice cream
Good desserts, extra big donuts and candy apples.
Me and my friends baught a jumbo donut, but it was damn plenty of sugar, you eat the half you cannot finish it.And one of the employee was really rude. I give 2 stars because an other employee was really kind.Anyway I wont recomand the place.
Fun little place in the canal shops. Donuts as big as your face!
Yummy! Must try it!!
I bought a single waffle cone of the Tracys special with peanut butter, carmal, chocolate, pretzel ice creme and it was not ice cream but huge chunks of peanut butter. I took it in to show them and the worker said sorry but thats just what you get. I spent over 8 dollars on this, and could not even eat it. The worker showed me where the garbage was if I didnt want it.Will not return to this store and do not reccomend.
Ever heard of two faced?! That is this company! Pretty on the outside and terrible when you really see the true colors. Over priced and by reading the reviews on the poor past employees really says something.
So good !!!
Good flavors and taste
I came in on a late Thursday night while aimlessly roaming the strip and came across this SUPER PINK store. I said what the hell I’ll check it out because ive never seen the place before I was greeted by a young man with a blue cap I think his name was “nyire”? He caught me looking at the hilarious oven mits and offered me a sample of some “mystery ice cream” and I gladly accepted. I was was surprised to hear it was carrot cake ice cream! And had no choice but to take a Sunday (apple pie, dulce de leche and carrot cake) Like holy snap very unexpected. The place is very throw back with razzles and pac-man candies. I would highly recommend to stop by and visit while you’re here. And thank you NYIRE!
I had the peanut butter cup double scoop and it was fantastic! Excellent service and ice cream!
So sweet so bad only sugarImpossible to finishPersonal rudeI won’t recommend except if you want to eat sugar and sugar and sugar
Horrible service, stood up over 10 minutes waiting for service.
Best ice cream in vegas
I wouldnt visit again. Felt really rushed to pick a flavour and it was so expensive for what you got.
Really cool atmosphere and friendly workers.
Ice cream was forgettable with child size scoops. 4 spoonfuls and its gone. Our tastebuds couldnt even recall what we had. Save your money
Delicious ice creams but 5.99 for kiddie scoop is a bit absurd.
Not worth the hype. Rude staff.
Decorations look good, and it smells great but management sucks, upper management sucks, things changes daily. Dont wk here!!!!
Many yummy choices.
Excellent place and great service
Small portions and rude female “managers”. Just go get some gelato or Black Tap(top not sure what it is called).
Great ice cream
Excellent ice cream!!!
Better skip it.
Amazing place to visit!
The BEST Ice Cream!
Great flavors, bit expensive...
Decadent
Love it
