Awesome place great service

Personal service and attention to detail. Will and Jack are the guys I deal with the most and they always make sure I have what I need. I went to visit them for a Plasma cutter and they asked me a bunch of questions to make sure I did not buy too little or too much machine, they told me the pros and cons of each type in my price range and they showed me the available upgrades for each to make sure my future needs were meet. The one they helped me select has been working out great and good thing I listened to them as we have expanded the use of that unit to more and larger tasks.

Whoever the gentleman was who was working on Monday, January 21st at approximately 3 pm gave excellent service over the phone. He was so genuinely friendly... U can hear it in his voice, I just love that. My boyfriend goes there regularly to fill an oxygen tank for his glass blowing. He says the service is always good. 🤗

Google says its open but S Highland location is temporarily closed due to Covid19. North LV & Henderson still open.

Won’t answer the phone, tried most of the day. Ended up ordering the plasma cutter on line. So much for supporting local business.

We have been using the Highland Dr. location for 3 years. Jack & Will are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If they can not provide the tools or service they are willing to help you find it!

Avoid this place like the plague double the price on gas cylinders and rude incompetent grouchy old manager that could care less

Very good over the phone customer service. I called djb gas first and decided to give air gas a call. It was really night and day the service difference. I hope to continue doing business with air gas.

Exceptional customer service. Was out here for work and Stuck in the field and the staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Any kind of air or tank size they have.

Come on now. These guys are fine. Known them for years. Blame the ancient computer system. Very good inventory. Just give them some trash-talk right back, thats what we do.

Very knowledgeable and helpful to a fault. After going to a competitor that was less than helpful and refused to recommend anyone else in town that might carry IN STOCK what they couldnt provide same day I switched to a new supply store. Praxair sux

Will is an awesome sales person

Absolutely the worst customer service desk I have EVER been to. Went there to exchange tanks on my cutting torch rig and, after waiting in an otherwise empty store for 20 minutes, the guy was on the phone when I went in. Took 3 more calls while I waited. In between the calls coming in he made 4 outgoing calls, 2 of them to his wife or g/f about bringing or going to lunch that day. The whole time not even noticing I was there. When he finally got to me, I was loading my empties back on my truck and he asked, You in a hurry, mister?.Without saying a word, I just secured my gear, got in my truck, and left. I have since closed my account, found a better gas supplier at a cheaper price and have not gone back there since. I would advise others to do the same.The suits at Air/Gas corporate ready need to take a good look at this place because it really sucks.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff regarding welding equipment.

My experience at airgas was horrible i feel exactly the same as the only other person who wrote a review of the store. I knew what i needed and had it in my hands but by the time i left i had bought nothing and will never return to this airgas location. Someone from corporate should definitely start paying attention to how their stores are run.

Should be more courteous even through the phone. Screaming at potential customers is not the way to go

The people that work here are extremely rude, they need to learn how to speak to customers and help with there needs . if a customer doesnt know what they are talking about you shouldnt laugh at them like there dumb with short word answers, you should be providing the proper information to them while trying to solve the individuals problems/needs. customer service 0/10

Will was great, been 30 years since I filled a tank, didnt treat me like a moron He saved me a couple hundred bucks.His store will make it back plus some,because I wont go to another store as long as Will working there
