This is the cutest yarn shop I’ve ever visited! Everyone was so nice and there was even a little knitting group. I picked up some small locally dyed yarn (“Poker Chips”) for my friends and family, and bigger cakes for me (the orange one is called “Roll the Dice;” I don’t think the chunky people has a name). It’s all so squishy and soft!If you’re in town you should absolutely stop by this adorable shop. I’m so happy I did!

The shop had exactly what I needed- a ChiaoGoo US 6 40 circular needle! Was I a happy knitter! I received a greeting as soon as I entered the well-organized store from the masked clerk who was cheerful and thorough in her assistance. There were mask-wearing knitters at a table in the back as well. A great experience! I will be returning frequently.

This is a lovely little shop, with friendly service and absolutely gorgeous yarns. I was visiting from out of town. I like to visit local yarn stores and buy locally produced yarn as souvenirs. This shop has a great selection of local yarns, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here.

This was absolutely such a great experience. I recently had a baby, so I was itching for some alone time with just my oldest daughter and myself. Sin City Knit Shop was the perfect Mommy daughter date! Or teacher Barbara was even more amazing, she was patient, kind and sweet! Barbara made sure we fully understood every crochet stitch we did before we moved on to the next one. Barbara is definitely a pro with 61 years of experience. We cant wait until our next lesson with her! The shop itself is simply beautiful inside and so are the employees. They have every kind of yarn that you could possibly imagine and they even have garments for sell that were personally made by the people that work there! I recommend everybody go there to at least take a class or two.

Debbi, the owner, greeted me with enthusiasm as soon as I walked in the door. A knitting group was busy working but said hi as well. I was happy to see local hand dyed yarns front and center. Since I was on vacation, I had to indulge in the Roll the Dice hand dyed yarn that came with a free pattern for a sweet cowl. I also splurged some beautiful hand dyed silk. The shop had a nice selection of great yarn brands. Debbi invited me to stay and knit or come back later to sit and knit. I will visit this shop again on my next trip to Vegas and try to plan some sit and knit time there.

Elaine was very friendly and extremely helpful. Im a beginner and felt welcome. I came in with a horribly snarled mess of yarn and she helped me detangle it and now I know what a yarn swift is and how to use it to make NICE balls of yarn. Good selection of yarn thats nicer than chain stores and even local artists. Definitely coming back. :)

I love this place. Aside from a great selection of quality yarns, Debi, the owner is delightful. Shes very helpful and she knows her yarns. She has tables set so one can go to just sit and knit with other knitters. Its a great place to meet other knitters and trade patterns or get help with a pattern. Supremely recommended!!!!!

The owner here was one of the friendliest people I have met and extremely helpful. The shop had a great selection and some absolutely beautiful hand dyed yarn that is done locally for the shop. I had to buy some simply because it was too beautiful to resist. Will definitely come back next time were in town.

Its been a long time since I used to knitand I wanted to do a project. Debbie was/is outstanding encouraging, teaching, answering questions and support. She takes whatever time is needed to answer questions. I noticed that every time I came into the shop there were women and men knitting and crocheting and having a good time visiting. Everyone feels at home in her shop. It could not be more welcoming! I recently attended her Mothers Day Tea and demonstration of new yarns. It was so much fun and the shop was decorated beautifully. This is a fun place to recommend to my friends--even if they dont currently knit I think they would want to become knitters with the enthusiasm of Debbie and her staff and friends!!

I was amazed at the huge selection and variety of yarns, fibers and accessories. The store is well-organized and prices are clearly marked on each item. The owners are attentive and extremely helpful. Fans of yarn crafts will not be disappointed. Ill make a point to stop in any time Im in town, one visit has made me a customer for life.

Beautiful good sized shop. Went in on a Sunday, and there was a lively knitting group going on. Some local yarn dyers sold too! Lots of different yarn options with lots of color choices.

We went on vacation to Vegas. i found the shop on line. i walked in was greeted immediately with a smile ans a hello. i told the lady i was looking for.sock yarn. she has a huge selection of. beautiful yarn.i like the atmosphere of the shop. many were sitting around a table knitting. they spoke to me, and offered suggestions. .....the owner suggested i try new needles....cubic needles. i got 3 balls of yarn and the needles. i walled in an out of town stranger, left a friend. i was so pleased with the needles i went back and got a second pair

Great place to stop and buy yarn. Stopped on my way to Hoover Dam and could have spent many hours in this store.The staff were helpful. The selection was great. Would stop there again if I was ever in the area.

I learned a lot from the friendly staff while waiting for a pattern that was printed for me. They have classes and just come in and work on your knitting or crochet project. I will definitely be coming back!

Yesterday was the last time I visit this place. I went in to the smell of Chinese food, immediately thinking I was entering a buffet. I get the whole lets order food and eat together and all that but at least do it in the back.

Best yarn shop I ever visited. Loved the people that work there because they are so accommodating and so knowledgeable about products and techniques. Great selection of products. Hope to visit the next time we go to Las Vegas.

Absolutely awesome place. Ladies are friendly and helpful. Lots of fiber goods (beautiful yarns, patterns, plus all extras you may need). A must stop for traveling yarn-addicts. They also have classes and penty of sit-n-knit pace.

When I walked in to Sin City today there was a community of knitters around a table in the shop. I was impressed with the projects on display and the helpfulness and friendliness of the shop owners. I was also very impressed with the Las Vegas themed hand dyed yarn selection offered at SCKS. (OMG THAT NEARLY SPELLS SOCKS which is was I will be making with my special yellow, purple, and brown sock yarn) Thanks you guys!

I attended my first class on saturday and I had the best time . I got to meet beautiful ladies after my own heart. Barbera is a great instructor she was very patient and nice with all of us ladies taking her class. The owner Debbie is just a joy! Thank you Barbera for the great lesson and I cant wait to take more classes.

A lot of selection for expert knitters but Im a beginner and they didnt have Red Heart yarn. It also seemed that they were having a class or a meet and no one greeted me. Or said anything to me at all the whole time I was there. I left empty handed.
