The best Persian food in LV that I have eaten so far. The bread, wonderful; the aush, tasty; the yogurt and cucumbers, the BEST; the rice, perfect; the stews, delightful; the Chicken Kabob with bone, really good. I will return.

What a wonderful place. We went shopping in the attached grocery and then had an early dinner. My husband, who doesnt like hummus at all, tried this one and said it was really good, actually.

Cozy little neighbourhood Mediterranean market and eatery. Fresh pastries. Well-stocked inventory. Good prices, wide variety! Very clean. It should be emphasized just how well-stocked the store is. Not a single empty spot on the shelves.

This place is delicious! If you like Persian food or want to try something different then this place is a must. They have a small dining area so get their early before the rush if you want to eat their. Great place to take a date or the family. Prices are reasonable the food is delicious.

Delicious persian food, friendly environment and staffs.First time dine in in Zaytoon resturant and we had soltani chicken and barg kabab with basmati rice and it was very delicious and tasty. Also their fresh out of oven bread was crispy and delicious. At the end we had persian black tea and baklava which completed our orders. Thank you for your great food and service, we recommend Zaytoon resturant to everyone.

Authentic Middle eastern foodFood taste - 5 stars.Most tender and delicious chicken. The bread that they offer before the meal comes out - AMAZING.Hospitality - 5 stars. The staff here is very attentive, respectful. You wont feel like you are at a restaurant. Feels very homely.They can work on one thing though - The official menu availability on the Google Maps would certainly be better. As more customers would be able to know about this place. I almost missed this amazing place coz I was sceptical since no proper menu on Maps.

Persian grocery, delicatessen & eatery with everything one would expect from a Persian spot. Great quality middle eastern groceries with many hard to find Kosher & Halal items including some Persian Ice Cream from Mashti Malone (worth it).The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Even if you arent Persian / Middle Eastern its a really welcoming and high quality eatery with the usual suspects, the Kabob wraps are a good place to start!

Zaytoon receives five stars from me as a delicious Persian market restaurant; nothing fancy, just yummy Mediterranean food.We had chicken kabob, falafel, hummus, and pita. Everything was simple and delicious and the service was top notch and super friendly.

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews here. Some folks think they are kabob aficionados and have unreal expectations. I have had the pleasure of going here several times when I’ve been to Vegas. The food is very good and very fresh. The atmosphere is low key and no frills, but you won’t be disappointed if your craving Persian food.

Love the authentic mediterranean food. We do almost all of our specialty food shopping at Zatoon. Yogurt, dates, bread and olives (Zatoon).Things that you cant find anywhere else youll find at Zatoon.

Zaytoon means olive in Arabic and this Middle Eastern style fresh food and restaurant has an amazing inventory for a relatively small store.All foods are fresh or preserved and all authentic representation of Middle Eastern fanfare. Olives, dates, stone oven flat bread, yogurt and other favorites, sometimes, can only found here.

The food here was pretty good, I will probably be stopping by here more often whenever Im in town.

With all honesty I dont know if the people that rated this place as five star are family members, friends or never had a good kabob in their life, the barg kabob was not good at all, koobide was decent. But the gormesabzi I should admit was very good, a very portion of rice and not restaurant quality, very expensive for the quality, definitely overpriced

Decent selection of middle east foods, but it is a bit claustrophobic in there. Also, they are closed on Sunday, which isnt a negative, just be aware.

Great food and run by quality people. My daughter had a bit of a tantrum immediately after we sat down. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind to her, giving her a lollipop to help calm her down. Our lunches were also excellent; the lamb shank was one of the tastiest dishes Ive had in a while.

You can find meditranian food stuff here. A muslim owned shop with verses in Arabic posted over head at cash register.So if youre looking for Halal food you might want to check it out. It is an Iranian place though. A religious owner. Once I overheard a customer argument with this guy which he successfully defended Islamic Republic of Iran and told his costumer that Shah was a thief.Prices are OK for Vegas however is much higher than Prices in LA.

Zaytoon is a family owned business. There is a small dining area attached to their Mediterranean store. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh and hot. I was served ice tea made with spices and Jasmine. I have never had such wonderful tea. I bought a quarter of a pound. I highly recommend zaytoon for authentic Mediterranean dishes

I have dined in some of the best Persian restaurants in the world and very well familiar with Persian kabobs. I tell you Zaytoon either needs to stick with groceries or close shop and stop imitating kabob making. No taste but just meat is not Persian. Persian kabobs and its aroma is not found in this place. The service was good but no taste of kabob. Was sorry taking family there.

The worst experience ever The lady and the friend I think she is part of the owner family not the Mexican one they Iranian one she is a bully my recommendation for her not to be in the restaurant for customer service too expensive for a little food and not the right food we ask her to change one the The order to go she took it and she’ll bring a bag after we open the order is the same wrong one so you got a watch out from her very bad customer service she should work in McDonald’s kitchen so you can see her face 👎👎👎👎

We went as a family a few weeks ago with our Jewish Mother and two uninterested teens. The teens steadfastly ordered fries and soda and the gentleman waiter was a bit pushy to change their mind. We had a wonderful time otherwise. We all (including Mom) learned something new about bread and the hummus was absolutely delicious. We couldve sat for hours eating just that and the bread.Dishes were ordered: kabobs, lamb shank, beef sandwiches, and I ordered Fesenjan. A chicken dish with a pomegranate and walnut sauce. I was warned it would be sour, it was, and I loved it lightly mixed with the rice. Everyone was happy with their selections and Mom is wanting to go back as soon as we come back to visit her in Las Vegas.

This store has many surprises and little luxuries. It is a culture bomb to your senses. Very reasonable prices very friendly service the restaurant it shares space with is delicious as well. Do not hesitate to step in.
