Hubby and I have been looking for awhile to purchase a massage chair, and the Las Vegas market is limited. The few places you can go have limited inventory, so they basically want you to purchase, site unseen.When making a purchase like this, you really NEED to try the chair and understand the differences between them.We came across Kahuna Chair and are GLAD we did. Truly a diamond in the rough! Robert, or sales associate was extremely helpful. He is NOT a salesman, he simply allows you to try the different chairs and then YOU make the choice and what is best for you and your budget.Trust me when I say selection, there are rows of chairs to choose from! You can test sit them all. Robert never pressured us, he simply explained each chair we tried and between the two of us, we tried several.Their white glove delivery service and follow up is exceptional. We are extremely happy with our purchase and can not say enough about the chair!We just LOVE it! Go and see them, its worth it!

I’ve been doing a bunch of research online but with such a purchase, you definitely need to sit in a few different options. I stopped by the store and was helped by Robert. The level of customer service provided and his patience in allowing me to sit in each model and providing me with the important pieces of information of each model was extremely helpful. He never pressured me to buy a chair or up sell me and was extremely helpful in narrowing down my choices. The manager Tyler made sure we had a super informational and clean experience. Didnt try to oversell us on anything though we did make a step up to a higher end chair just because we liked it more.
