I am very happy with the service management provided. I recently acquired a house located in this community, everything went very well I received help from Melanie the community manager, she was always friendly, very attentive to answer all my questions regarding the process of buying the property, communication was always fast and effective overall great service, definitely recommended.

So every single week you are harassed by notices. You clean up one thing and they give you notices for other things. Now they are saying you cant park on the street. Ive been parking on the street for 7 years. Today they towed my car. Its gonna cost over 300 to get my own car back. Dont move here unless you want harrassed. Plus there is a pool that closes at dark like we are all kids. They own a few parks around here and there all trash

I’ve lived here for two years. Pay my rent in full, early when possible. When I moved in I needed a repair to the floor where there was a little crack about 4 inches long. Now (two years later) it measures roughly a foot or longer. The first year I was told since the house was new it was under warranty and they’d need to contact the proper people and go from there. The guy came. Fixed some other little problems(light fixtures. Cabinets)but wasn’t equipped to handle my floor repair. Follow up a few months later. Get the same response from management. Almost a year ago there was an overhaul with the staffing of the office. From a business stand point I can see the need and understand why. There’s been improvements with the overall look and I like living here.Today I went to pay my rent. Just thought I’d ask if there was any progress to my floor situation.*blank stare*It was as if it was the first time I mentioned it.It’s baffling how Mismanaged this office can be. But they seem to get rent invoices and violations out on time every month.Nice to know a the residents aren’t priority for management

Not impressed by the office so far it says they are open on Saturday from 10-2 and we drove across town to meet with them only to find the office closed. Waste of time and gas. They should have signage on the door and website stating closures.

I went in today to put in a application. My first inpression was the property was very quit and clean. The staff was fast and friendly, definitely had a comfy feel . I drove around and can say they do a great job at keeping the grounds well kept . 😀👌🖒

The staff are the best i have experience in las vegas. They really do their best for each person they deal with. They upkeep of the whole property is great. AND A FREE MONTH RENT!!!!

Ive lived here over a year now . The other manager never went over anything with us and Never fixed anything I asked to get fixed .Now we have new management and I have to say they are very good at getting things done, they never bother us nor do the neighbors, its a very quiet place to live, I would recommend this place to anyone...Thanx Carol!!

Not easy to find in the dark. My friend lives here and its a nice community. Gave me new respect for Manufactured Homes. Looks like there are improvents to the property going on too. Looks like it can only get better. Id stay there...and that says a lot. Ijs

The staff is very rude they like to pay attention to every detail like having weeds over grown and they dont let you have anything outside of your home. I had about 2 bags of clothes outside waiting for the garbage men to take but before the garbage men could come they gave us a 24 hour evictipm notice! Saying we had to get rid of everything by the next morning and our eviction was over the 2 bags outside of our home.

This place is going under a facelift as it was much needed lots of new mobiles coming in cleaning up lots of old marbles cleaning up the park as a whole management is doing a great job on Remodeling and revamping this park pool is nice club house is nice a little bit more time and this park will be perfection

This community is really beautiful and they are putting alot of work in to keep it that way. There are alot of families and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Management is my only issue. Ive received multiple 10 day comply or quit notices. Everytime its say remove household funiture and weeds from lawn. Everytime we weed wack and travel to the office to figure out what household funiture needs to be removed. Everytime we go to the office we are told that the person who makes those decisions are not available. So we remain unclear about the household funiture. Then we received a 5 day perform lease condition or quit. I finally get in contact with someone that makes the decision and she tells me that the kids scooters and big tyke truck were the violations.They want my kids to bring them inside. If I had the room I would comply but I dont. The rules never say anything about putting those items away. So now I have to trash my kids toys or move. Im upset because this is very unreasonable and I feel like the rules are changing and are very ambiguous. I perfered to live in a family community that this park can provide but regulating family activity and natural outdoor health. This is not family friendly. Please fix or fix your rules and regulations to reflect the actual rules of the community before people sign that lease.

The worst place to live a constant harassment of the managers and lived for the last ten years but with the change of owner is a real hell I recommend you not to live in this property so it seems that you are harassed to stay with your house it is not pleasant to live here !!!!
