They charged me more than $ 500 for two catalysts. One of the catalysts did not work and I went to the workshop and showed the receipt to the owner to validate the warranty. The same owner on giving us the receipt put the wrong year on purpose. We requested the transaction from the bank and a copy that the catalysts had been paid within the guarantee and the owner agreed to mark his mistake. But he really put the wrong year on purpose. Anyway, once we verified that we paid and we were claiming the guarantee, he came out with many excuses and said that the catalysts did work and blah blah blah. My car didnt pass the smog. We took it to other places so that with computers they told us exactly what the car had and three different opinions gave that one of the catalysts was not working. The owner of Muflers Lara has no word, the guarantees are not valid. And I still install a muffler that makes more noise than anything. Poor quality of work. Liar and dishonest. These businesses take advantage of the Hispanic community. If they sell something and provide a service and charge so expensive, they just comply with what they offer. I would give it zero stars but I couldnt. I never return to this place in life and apart from not fulfilling his word he goes out of business and the owner is never attending on weekends. Do not answer calls and put your child to attend the business. The son on the cell phone and does not serve customers as he should. Lets see how long your business lasts and stop taking advantage of people.
