The staff was so friendly and gave great advise as well as offering visitors from out of town options for food ans things to do.. the free gifts were an added bonus!! Great experience for my first ever Kpop store

My #1 place to pre-order!!I always enjoy shopping here, the selection is vast, the prices are phenomenal and the freebies are the best Ive ever seen (they make their own and theyre fantastic).I live just under a thousand miles away, so while I am sad I cant visit in person more often (my birthday this year was a trip down specifically to shop here) I am so appreciative to have a K-pop source I can trust. I’m from Oklahoma City, and took a vacation to Vegas back on December 3rd last month. I visited this cute little shop and purchased these 3 new albums to my collection. I don’t know if she was an employee or the owner, but she was very helpful and very kind as she gave me quite a few freebies with my purchase. One of the freebie was a copy DVD of live performances in which I really enjoyed watching. I have now made a couple of orders on there online shop with a couple of preorder albums along with some older albums, so just waiting for the release of the preorders. A no-frills Kpop shop PACKED with merchandise.This shop has the standard items you see around other local stores, but they also had a large variety of new, official merch, dozens of KR magazines, home goods, light sticks, stickers, lanyards, posters - you name it!I was impressed that they had recently released Monsta X fancon items - HOT commodities for Monbebe. They actually had significantly more Monsta X items than the local competitor, which was rare but super awesome to see.My friend bought a handful of items and received cute freebies with her purchase.The pricing is comparable to other stores, but the freebies are a great bonus and would make me a regular in this store (if I lived in town!).I look forward to going back :)

This shop was amazing! The staff are so incredibly kind and sweet and the store is nicely organized and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I wont be shopping anywhere else for my kpop merchandise from now on.

Ive had a really bad experience here in terms of customer service. One of the workers has been very rude to me on multiple occasions. The first time, I asked for her to show me an item and she threw it on the counter and spoke very rudely, as if I am bothering her. The second time, I came late to pick up an item she had decided to closed early. I asked to get my item since they were supposed to still be open, and she gave me a really hard time. I wrote a review on Yelp, and the store deleted it. I also emailed the owner to let her know about the situation, and never got a response back. Will not be returning here.

This is my favorite KPop store in Las Vegas! 👏 It’s a small cute store but it has everything you would want to look for, when I go I always find what I was looking for, and for a fair price to! They have so many options to choose from, all the way from albums, lightsticks, figurines, photo cards, and so much more!💜 I always got freebies when I purchased something which is really nice of them to do😁 I really do recommend this store it’s really amazing and you won’t regret it! 🤩💜

The store was small and doesnt have a wide selection compared to the kpop usa. The prices are affordable too some merch were cheaper than kpop usa and the best thing is that they give a lot of freebies and the staff were really nice🥰💜

My favorite place to get kpop merch. :) i’ve been going here for so long and i’ve seen the store grow. the staff is super friendly and very generous with extra goodies. there are monthly giveaways which i find very cool. there’s also a huge diversity in albums from different artists. i recommend this store to anyone who’s thinking about buying their kpop albums here. you won’t regret it :)
