I wanted to share my experience working with Henriksen Butler. Everything from design, scheduling, customer service and installation were excellent. The products you assisted us with for our project are beautiful and fit the space perfectly. I know there are many sitto stand desks available on the market. The way Heather Bressler & her team identified the manufacture that could conceal the complete lift mechanism inside our desks really created the esthetic we had wanted to achieve. So many firms said it could not be done but you found the way. I could not be any happier & I couldnt ask anything more in a company.I will continue to recommend you & your products to everyone I know!Thank you so much!

Im the Director of Facilities for a large company here in Vegas. HB is a lifesaver when it comes to our furniture needs. They designed and fit out our new Corp HQ a few years ago and continue to support us with moves and reconfigs. After Covid, they proposed fun collaborative floorplans that made coming back to work more exciting. We also use HB for our furniture needs nationwide. Working with teams you are used to, makes it seamless to open new offices. I would highly recommend Heather and her team for your office furniture needs.

Wildly unimpressed. Called the Vegas store. Apparently their receptionist was absent so a receptionist in Salt Lake City fielded my call and made an appointment for SLC instead of Vegas. I was told I could compare a couple different models of Herman Miller and steelcase.Long story short. Finally got someone to let me in the Vegas show room. They didn’t have steelcase and I knew more about the German Miller Arron chair after an hour of Internet research than the sales woman.Certainly won’t be buying a $1500 chair From here.P.s. if you like mingling with super sketchy transients and being uncomfortable about the security of person or parked car, this is the place for you!

I went to the office without making an appointment, but Ms. Bailey Brandao kindly gave me a chair consultation. I bought a Hartman Miller chair. I was able to make the color of crepe that can not be selected on the official online. I appreciate it very much.I would also like to thank Ms. Heather for trying to adjust the appointment date by email.I recommend for anyone looking for a Herman Miller chair :)

Perfect ordering experience from start to finish with Henriksen Butler. I work from home and wanted a Herman Miller chair for my office, so I decided on a Sayl. The entire ordering process was done over email/phone and went smoothly. Nicole and Nayeli were both very kind and helpful. We receive the best customer service from Nicole at the HB Las Vegas office! She is has extensive knowledge about furniture and resources, plus shes always willing to go beyond to make sure we always have what we need and within the time we ask for it. The drawings they provide are clean and clear; orders are accurate.Their furniture installation staff is superior and having first-hand experience with furniture installers myself, I can tell they really know what theyre doing. Always prepared, well trained, and VERY professional! I cannot say enough good things about HB! I definitely highly recommend them!

My husband had been looking to replace his desk chair for a couple months and had been researching the X-Chair. We discovered Henriksen Butler had some so we booked an appointment to check them out in person.Parking at the building was a little odd but really, what place downtown isnt? Our appt was with Nicole M. Upon arrival she had the 3 available X-Chair options ready for us to try, as well as a a few other comparable options from different brands. She was able to answer our questions and give us some first hand experience with one of them (her daily use chair). Ultimately we went with a Herman Miller Embody chair instead of the X-Chair.The ordering process involved some back and forth over email (weird for someone like myself who has never purchased an office chair outside of a retail box store) but Nicole explained it well and there were no surprises.We are currently awaiting delivery of the chair but our experience with Nicole at Henriksen Butler was 5 star for sure.

(October 2020) I found my dream office chair at Henriksen Butler! They’re the only place in Vegas where I can “test out” a Herman Miller Office Chair before I buy it! I’m a classroom teacher and not used to working from home, but now we need to adapt as we navigate this new virtual teaching/ distance learning space. I started having a lot of pain in my body and was recommended to get a better office chair. I’ve tried Herman Miller chairs before, and thought this is the perfect time to invest in one! I know I needed a functional, yet nice looking chair. When I searched for Herman Miller chairs near me in Vegas, HB was the only place that carries it! I called on a Friday morning and was able to make an appointment the same day! I spoke with Nicole M. over the phone and met with her that afternoon. Nicole was so helpful, informative, accommodating, not pushy and really made my experience great! The location is easy to get to in Downtown LV and I parked right in front. I was blown away by the gorgeous office space, design and professionalism. I was able to try 4 different Herman Miller chair models and choose the Sayl. It was important to me to try all the different chair models since this was a big purchase. Nicole walked me through the benefits of each chair and didn’t rush me at all. Once I picked the chair, Nicole really took her time helping me find the perfect colors! I didn’t know I could even customize almost every part of the chair, which was amazing! This was a personalized experience where I felt very valued and important. I expected to pay $1,500-2,000 for the chair plus a possible design fee. To my surprise, I didn’t need to pay Nicole for her services, AND HB offered their discount to me. I ended up paying less than $1,000 which includes tax and free shipping! After the appointment I kept in touch with Nicole and her coordinator to come up with a proposal and payment process online. This process took about a week and I believe the chair will come in 4-6 weeks, depending on the customizations I made. Nicole was very helpful in revising the proposal and emailing me back in a timely manner. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and I can’t wait to receive my chair!

Heather at Henriksen Butler has literally changed my work life! I was looking to purchase a Herman Miller chair and she took the time to show me all the options and build a custom order Embody chair. Their customer service is as good as it gets and the price was lower than online stores sale prices. If youre looking for anything Herman Miller in Las Vegas this is the place to go!

Henriksen Butler has been a great partner for our furniture needs. We have remodeled and changed our office and workstation configurations numerous times to keep up with the growth of our company, Pinnacle Entertainment. Henriksen Butler maintains the original and revised drawings for each configuration making it much easier to redesign each area, identify the parts needed to make these changes so we can compare to the inventory list of what we have in storage and what we need to purchase. Their installation team is very well trained and good at coordinating with any contractor work that needs to be done in connection wtih the reconfiguration. They get in and get the job done! I highly recommend Henriksen Butler for any furniture needs you may have.
