Does not sell office SUPPLIES. Sells office furniture. So I thought I would make the best of the stop by checking out their furniture. But I suggest you make an appt because as a walk in, they were not really or willing to help. That or they knew I wasnt buying by the dozen and they felt I was using up their time. First Lady said she doesnt do sales so would send me someone. Next gentleman asked what I needed and then said hold on he will get me someone. Next person asked what I wanted then did not respond after I expressed what I was looking for. So I explained again and with a sigh he said well I have some through out. So I said ok, what are the price ranges. He sighed again and said starting at 89 so I told him since they are busy I just look it up online.I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING ONLINE OR COMING BACK. Ridiculous the lack of customer service. Your store should not say open to the public or say wholesale only if that is only what your sales people are want. Waste of my time, regardless of the size of my business

The staff are so friendly and personable. They allow you to order by fax, phone or online. It is easy especially for our busy office. They substitute items if what we wanted was in back order. I got what I ordered within 2 days almost everytime, only exception is when things were back ordered. I compared our prices from other places and they were by far cheaper, they refuse to be undersold so if you find it cheaper let them know and they will give you a better deal.

I came in looking for an office chair and a budget. Paul helped me out keeping me well in my price range! A young man Pablo helped by completing the purchase AND took the chair out to my car! We will be back for any future purchases!
