My appointment was pretty comprehensive and taught me a lot about my feet and how to maintain proper support. The price was a little more then expected but its an invest in my health. I would recommend this company to anyone who works on there feet 8 -10 hours a day.

My sales person Lonnie was very professional and new what he was doing. My wife has been trying to get me into good feet for the last five years she finally convinced me on my birthday which was today to go in there Lonnie sold the product very well and educated me in the process, it was definitely more expensive than I thought it would’ve cost but it was worth it. please keep hiring people that care and have the intelligence to educate the customers and the more educated we are the more we understand and agree to whatever price is necessary for our best interest. I have been having foot and back pain for about a year now. I was talking to one of my co-workers and she swears by the good feet store. I happen to be by the store off Sahara so I decided to swing by. I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Lonnie. He was very quick to assist me. I explained to him the problems I was having with my feet and back hurting. He did some Measurements of my feet, and a couple quick imprints. He explained to me, the reason behind the pain. He had me try on a couple different arch supports to find what worked for me. Lonnie was a great help.

Went to the good feet store to replace my original orthotics which I obtained from a podiatrist 4 years ago. Lonnie was my consultant and he was amazing. He was very informative and explained everything clearly re how the foot works all the way through to the orthotics system. He really showed me how my feet were performing before and after the orthotics system. What a difference. Lonnie really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Lonnie.

I was having bad leg pain from going back to work at the casino and I heard good things about the Good Feet store so I went in. Great customer service Lonnie was on the spot with his information. After being in the soles for almost a week. My legs are doing better still having a bit of a rough time with the feet. But for the most part Im doing better than I was without the insoles. Im still going through an adjustment. And it is a process because you do have to change out the insoles throughout the day. But it does help. Hopefully within a another week or so I will be fully adjusted.

Great honest knowledge about what is causing my discomfort with my feet. My inserts are worth the price and worth the homework. I already feel a significant different in my back knees and hips. OMG! I must admit I was skeptical mainly because of the price! But let me tell you, I couldnt have made a better investment into myself than to invest into these awesome orthodicsTHE GOOD FEET STORE 3 STEP SYSTEM!!!I got to try them out during my 1st week by standing on concrete for in excess of 8 hours and had to walk on gravel rocks after the shift! Testimonial: My feet did not make me scream or get irritable from standing. (Of course, from the consistent standing, my feet got tired, but not to the point of, Im never working here again as I did the 2 times before! After I got home from working, I would usually be stiff and muscles sore after Im still for a minute and my feet would normally be at the job while Im at home!! But not with these! Amazing experience! Now a huge advocate for taking care of feet/posture/stature. The three step system helped immensely with pains. Depleted pains from my ankles, knees, and shin splints.As a server on the Vegas Strip, business has been booming and I couldn’t keep up with the demand physically. Now, I’m going through my entire shift without any pain, and literally only feel pain when I’m not using the arch supports. The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time measuring, fitting and explaining the process. It was very thorough and I was very comfortable with my decision to purchase the product. Unfortunately I was next to a woman who could not afford the product and had to put the Strengthener and Maintainer on a payment plan. She also decided to forego the Relaxer for financial reason. It would be nice if the product was priced lower so everyone who is having chronic feet issues could afford these. I realize profits need to be made but it made me sad that her options were limited.

WARNING: Anecdotal review!Ive been coping with foot pain for many years. I long ago accepted it as part of my life, as something I was stuck coping with by wearing squishy athletic shoes and bribing my wife for foot rubs.A few months ago, my right foot started hurting in the arch, near the heel so badly that I couldnt walk by the end of the day. After discussing it with a friend who has been seeing a doctor for their foot pain recently, I opted to visit the Good Feet Store. I didnt feel I had reach a level of pain that required medical intervention just yet, but I knew I was on my way if I didnt do something soon.When I sat down to my consult, I explained my pain, described my job and lifestyle, foot wear choices and what I perceived to be my issues. I have high arches and Ive been told I walk hard, with a lot of heel impact. I started wearing walking/running shoes to address the impact problem, but that was no longer working.The consultant and I moved on to discuss that the problem is actually not having the proper support in my arch, rather than anything else. We measured my foot by walking over paper on an ink blot and we did a few demonstrations on how the foot works that felt like parlor tricks. It was all very intriguing.This is where the 4 stars comes into play: I went in with a certain expectation in pricing. I was emotionally and financially prepared to spend a certain amount of money that day. I had sat through the pitch on their 3 part system and I was convinced to at least give it a try. I will not disclose how much I was quoted becuase I find it embarrassing, but I will say it was triple my budget. I was not prepared for the sticker shock at all.After some consideration and discussing it with my wife, I determined that my feet are too important. I had the money. The materials are made in the U.S. and the Good Feet Store has been around for a while, so they must be doing something right. Besides, if they did me wrong, I would tell the internet!So, I made the commitment. I purchased the 3 part system. I followed the instructions through the break-in period, which is extremely important for success. Now I am 2 months in and happy to report that my foot no longer hurts. I still feel like I am adjusting to the supports, but the pain is gone and the supports feel more natural everyday. I wear whatever shoes I feel like, which made me happy because athletic shoes are not typically my style.The staff was very friendly and personable. There were repeat customers giving me testimonials while I was there, telling me I was about to change my life. I am not quite that enthusiastic and a skeptic by nature. However, I cannot argue with results. I am ultimately satisfied, though the cost still makes me blush.

Legitimately mind blown by the good feet products, I recently am recovering from a surgery and still have a limp when I walk but after visiting good feet and getting helped my James I left the store with the right shoes and insoles with also being happier then ever. Ok so I usually never give a 5 star review but this time I must. I have been having severe pain in my right foot and it continually got worse my level of pain was on a scale of 1 to 10 was absolutely a 10.. I didn’t know what was going on so I went to my G.P. and got a couple shots in my foot which made it feel good only for a day. So I went back and asked for a x-ray, the x-ray showed a big bone spur plus I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I was on the fence about having surgery due to how long I’d be off my feet and out of work. I always heard of the good feet store and all the commercials saying how great they feel. I kinda didn’t believe in miracles. I went because I needed to have some relief and I walked in and was greeted by a man named “LONNIE “ he explained what happens in your feet from standing on them all day. He took his time was very professional. The price was a little high for me but I was giving the option where I could make payments 18 months no APR . So I did it!! I was praying this worked well let me say it was the best decision of my life. In two weeks exactly I have absolutely no more pain. I am totally shocked by the results. I was told that I would receive a call in a couple weeks from Lonnie and sure enough he called me to see how I was doing. I was limping and crawling to the bathroom and now I’m walking without pain. This is my experience and it saved me from a trip to the surgery room and months off of work ... BRAVO TO THE GOOD FEET STORE IN LAS VEGAS ON SAHARA AVE. THANK YOU LONNIE !!

I have loved my arches for the last 8 years. It has made the biggest positive impact in my adult life. I feel as if my arch sizing needs to be re evaluated. I am hoping it isn’t another cost though. It is really expensive if I have to buy them again.

I was helped by Danni at the West Sahara location, she was efficient, very friendly and informative.I was able to try out several inserts that Danni had preselected with my foot problems in mind. It literally only took me walking across the room and back to see a (small) improvement! She then offered me several options or variations on which items I could purchase. I was honestly impressed. And if the tiny improvement I noticed while just in the store is the beginning of full recovery and permanent comfort for my painful feet, then every penny is worth it.

I bought the insoles a few days ago and I can feel the difference in my posture and my back feels better. There’s times that my lower back would kill me and not wearing these insoles I haven’t had this pain. I told my mom about the insoles and if in a month I notice a big difference I’m going to tell her to try them out. They’re also knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured in buying them. I was having difficulty walking, remaining balanced, and putting on any shoes after multiple foot surgeries. I then had a total knee replacement which only complicated walking more. Out of desperation, I went to The Good Feet Store. I walked in bent forward, wobbly, and totally insecure in ambulating.I was evaluated, suggestions given, a walking challenge, and I walked out a new person! Unbelievable what these insoles did for me. They centered my feet under knee ankles, my ankles centered under my knees, my hips lined up, my back went up and my shoulders back. No joke! I became stable, no wobbling, no bending over, no longer insecure in walking!I was truly Blessed. Yes, they are worth the cost, I got my life back after years of pain and walking as if I was on a wobble board, I got a new start.

I would caution you to sort the reviews to see the lowest rating so you can see the trend here. I drove about 10 miles to get to this store, ready to spend some money. I walked in the store and my child was crying so I was a little frazzled. I see the sales person who asks what brings you in, again, was a little frazzled by my kiddo and while I try to respond he says, what did you come in here for? Hmmmm... Immediate red flag... Not going to spend $1000 at a place that offers service like this. Id say this mans emotional quotient is at zero. Whoever the manager is needs to monitor theyre sales people. This is not good customer service and because of that, you e lost a sale. Maybe try your luck at a different foot care store.

Paul - who I presume is the manager - LOST what was pretty much a guaranteed sale today because apparently he was sick the day they taught customer service at Customer Service School.Im a security guard and on my feet for 8 hours at a stretch. I was complaining about my foot pain to a co-worker yesterday and he let me borrow his Good Feet inserts for part of our shift last night. The improvement was amazing - and these were someone elses inserts that werent even fitted for MY feet. Didnt matter. I was sold.So this morning I went to Good Feet with every intention of becoming a customer. I met everyone, got their spiel, participated in the demonstration, and told Paul I wanted his product. And everything and everyone was fine up until that point.Then I told him that I needed to think about it before committing to such a large purchase - because, lets face it, seven-hundred bucks is a shitload of money to spend on a few pieces of plastic - even if they are the answer to my chronic foot pain.Like hitting a switch, Paul went from caring foot product guy to high-pressure used car salesman like that (snaps fingers), and effectively showed me to the door and dismissed me. If I ever set foot in that store again, it will be to give Paul a copy of Customer Service for Dummies.

The people were very nice. However everything happened so fast and this was definitely a compulsive buy. I wish l gave this more thought before l paid the $1,000 plus dollars for the arch supports. I dont think I really need them.

I attended a seminar about healthy feet on Royal Caribbeans Navigator of the Seas Zumba Cruise last week, presented by the two male fitness employees and was given information about Good Feet. I went on the web site and noticed there was a store here in Las Vegas. I went to the store on Tuesday, April 2 and was very impressed with the sales person Carmen. I am very happy with my purchase and my feet can tell the difference! Highly recommend this store!

The service was great, but their sales tactics are bogus and if youre in construction these are not relieving in any way shape or form. I did what they instructed with the inserts and after being on the job a while i had to pull them out and go the rest of the day with nothing in my boot because the plastic is brutal while youre on a ladder or carrying heavy things. They were thorough about their warranty policy but didnt once mention the no return policy until I saw it on the bottom of the receipt. Felt like i got totally scammed when i walked out of the store.

The salesman was fantastic, I really didn’t realize how much better I would feel. I am thrilled.

My brother bought inserts and a new pair of shoes, but the factory put the wrong size in the box...but nobody caught it until three days later.. Good feet personnel exchanged shoes with no questions asked. Yes, they put SERVICE back into Customer Service - when so many companies are just after the almighty dollar!

Nase was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand fully. When I had the ‘strengtheners’ in my shoe and walked a bit, my hip stopped hurting. It was amazing. Lets get the elephant out of the room FIRST. These are expensive! Perhaps too much so.I walk/hike 15+ miles each week. I went to thet last year after suffering from foot pain for 2 months. Didnt have a good diagnosis from my doctor. Tried these and immediately got relief! Took another 2 months to get fully healed. Recently, the pain came back. I went back in and the inserts needed to be replaced, which was done at a nominal cost.The key here is patience. This injury took about 2 years of walking to manifest and took some time to heal, but the inserts did the trick!UPDATE: Ive now been using these inserts for over a year. My plantar fasciitis is 99.9% healed! What makes this amazing is that I first stumbled into the shop nearly in tears and went for months before I saw improvement. BUT, patience has paid off and I can walk pain free!

Made me a believer. At first the idea of fixing back pain with arch support on my feet seemed like a long shot...Carmen, who helped me with the structure idea of my body frame and how the root of my problem started with my feet made sense....John (store manager) really stepped up the game by making a bet (its Vegas right so lets play!) he said walk 15 minutes inside the store and if and only if your back pain does not improve Ill do 50 pushups right here.....seemed like a done deal...but what do you know it did not take 15 minutes for my posture to improve.....it was almost as if the pain was self inflicted through years of standing and walking in my missing link way.... So like I said, made me a believer, John didnt have to do any pushups and I got a lifetime deal o no more back pain......guess I won after all.

I went to the V.A. they gave me knee braces and meds.I had a friend help me get to the good feet store that day i took off the braces and started walking again normally, now im dancing and work doesnt hurt anymore. I have been using these inserts for over 15 years.They resolved my Plantar Fasciitis problem, help to eliminate knee and back pain.Best thing I did for my overall health.No more foot pain. Before here I was getting shots in my feet and has difficulty walking. I am cured. Great service just replaced inserts.

I had massive heel pain and a retired doctor told me to come to see these guys.. I went in and was immediately helped. They said my heel pain was due to my arches and that their arch supports would help. I bought a lesser priced set that they sell and although they bothered my feet a bit when I first wore them, after a reposition or 2 they are more comfortable, and way better than the heel pain that I was having before trying these inserts. The only thing that would make this place better is if they actually had a 3d printer and custom made their inserts for every foot as no 2 are alike. I only gave 4 stars because no matter how good a place is there is always room for improvement, no matter what corporate admin believes.

We have bought Good Feet products for MANY years for my son. However, unless you can give them the last date you purchased there, they cannot look up or otherwise find any of your information. So if you need replacement inserts or whatever, you better have all the information they need, because their system doesnt allow them to look up a customer by his/her name and then access all the relevant information. They can look up things only if YOU know the last date of purchase. Thats absolutely ridiculous and a lousy system for any business. You can buy Quickbooks for $400 and access customer information without you customer having to know when last they purchased something from you. Good product, but lousy information system.
