I called and was given A quote over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to had wonderful customer service. When I got there they did all the work, pricing was good, and they also had wonderful customer service. I recommend with two thumbs up.

Ive contacted Olympic Pallets numerous times via cell and emails. I spoke with Liz on the phone several times to get quotes so I can place a big order. Liz replied to send her an email which I did and never responded to my email til this day. I would call and speak with Liz and its the same answer where shell look at the emails or shell call me back regarding my request. None of that has happened. I understand theres a high volume on orders due to shortage of lumbers or with the prices of lumber has sky rocketed. Liz, couldve just been straight forward and say they dont have any pallets and keep customers waiting. For that reason I rate no stars and 2 thumbs down but apparently youd have to rate them or your post /view wont be seen.
