Be careful when renting with them. I ordered 12 high top tables with spandex covers. They delivered ONLY the spandex covers, then charged me additional delivery fee to bring the tables. Their rep made the mistake and I was charged for it, they take no responsibility for error. Otherwise their stuff was good and on time.

Be careful around their drivers. I just got hit by a guy while I was parked that was driving a rental truck for them! The guy spoke no english. He backed up 20 feet and smashed into me while I was waiting to turn! And then almost did it AGAIN after we exchanged insurance information.NOT SAFE IDIOTS!

Terrible experience, long line to pick up no one helping the 1 kid loading a truck. My stuff wasnt even pulled or cleaned. Drop off was worse lines of trucks no help, drop the stuff and left. The tables we rented most of the bolts and hardware didnt line up. Terrible place will never do business with them again.

Delivered clean equipment and picked up on time when it was over! Made my life super easy. Great prices too.

We had 2 rental companies on our wedding day and this one went above and beyond I wish I would have used them for everything. They work hard to make sure your event looks how you want it they are accommodating and very nice. I would highly recommend them.

I used rsvp for my wedding and loved their products. Their tables and chairs and linens were beautiful. The reason I am giving them three stars is because there customer service wasn’t the best. I called them to confirm everything before my wedding and they said they would deliver everything the day before and pick the day after my wedding. As I did not have a place to put the rentals and would actually be getting married in California the day before (we just had reception in Vegas) that clearly wouldn’t work so they said there would be an ADDED delivery fee to deliver ON THE DATE I reserved them for. OR I didn’t have to pay if I didn’t care what time they delivered them on that day..... but... I kinda needed to have them there at a certain time to get things set up. There was also another delivery fee to pick them up after hours at a specific time. Found this out a week before and told them I never heard about this. (There is already a “delivery fee” included in the invoice). Was very frustrating to pay an extra $200 a week before my wedding for something they should have just told me about beforehand I feel like in my opinion.

Pricing was reasonable products were as defined on website timely delivery and pickup I would recommend them and use them again.

I am planning my very first (and last) wedding and after looking at RSVP Rentals’ website I knew without a doubt that I was going to use them for ALL of my rentals (wedding AND bridal shower), and this is my only reasoning for giving them a well earned one star (their rentals are gorgeous). I set an appointment to visit RSVP Rental to see a mock up of the tables and settings plus a bunch of other big ticket items at the end of October and I was so SO EXCITED. The day of my appointment came; I ended up opening a pretty hefty ticket with RSVP since I have about 250 guests, then I wanted to stay a bit longer to ponder and let’s be honest ADMIRE over the decor I picked for my ENTIRE WEDDING (it is my very first wedding, after all) and open another ticket for my Bridal Shower but they ended cutting the appt short (I felt like I was being pushed out), and unfortunately, I left the appointment so upset I started to cry, but I was so torn because their rentals pretty much made my entire wedding aesthetic and I did not feel good about my first visit at all. I called two weeks later (after waiting for a follow up email) to put down our down payment (and again, TRY and open a ticket for my Bridal Shower) and spoke with Abbi, andAGAIN, received horrible customer service from Abbi so I halted on giving them any money (I am SO SO GLAD I did this, BTW). After four days, I finally received a response and ended up having a conversation with Grace (who stated she was the owner-I met her at my appt-the one where I left crying...) and once again left our conversation over the phone crying. I felt like Grace was not at all taking responsibility (she ended up showing up towards the end of my appt.) for my experience the day of my appointment and my call with Abby; and not only that, I felt like she was berating me for saying that her company did not provide me with the experience (I will spare those details), I felt like I (or anyone) should have received. Unfortunately, even though they have the most gorgeous rentals, I did not feel comfortable paying a company that amount of money who (I feel) can not provide me with genuine customer service. Not to mention, if they have already made me cry twice I feel like they would no doubt make me cry on my big day. Wedding planning is already a pretty stressful event (and a pretty long one at that) and I can not chance having a company like RSVP Rentals adding to that stress I don’t care how beautiful the decor is. I’m sure I can find beautiful rentals at other places. Bloomingbelles and Jovanni Linens seem to understand and sympathize with brides so I will be utilizing both. This review is so disheartening to write, but I feel like this is also something future brides should consider while planning a wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful and that is a given, however, having a company make you cry not only once but twice and not even apologize is unacceptable. And with the way my conversations went with Grace, I can expect some lash back from posting this review instead of any empathy or understanding.

Ive been working as a designer in town for almost ten years and RSVP is my go-to rental company. If they dont have it they are always so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Whenever there is a mix up they are quick to resolve the problem. Their staff knows what they are doing, and are good to make suggestions if they think you might be leaving something out. I usually work with Lorraine, or Audrey when I go. Theyve both been there for quite awhile and are the rental ninjas. they are also really great for weekend rentals because they are closed Sundays, I often get rentals for longer than a day, which can be nice during hectic wrap-ups on events. When they dont have something I need they are also really creative about making things work in ways I may have never thought of. Its good to go in prepared knowing what you want, as there are so many items they carry it can be overwhelming, but if youve never rented before and tell them that, they are good to get you up to speed. Thanks RSVP for keeping my life that much less of a headache.

Two complaints: Why is the item dirty? Why arent they cleaned as soon as they are returned? Dont you think its at all slightly inconvenient to make a customer wait while you clean up another customers mess?My other complaint with this company is their business hours. It makes it quite difficult to return something when they close at 5pm. That is typically what time most people get off work.But, thats the point, right? The longer we keep the item, struggling to find the time away from work to return it, the more we have to pay.Next time Ill use someone with hours convenient to customers.

Great place to get all of ur party essentials and needs

We never could get a delivery time but it was the Friday after Thanksgiving so we made sure we were at home. All of the tables and chairs were filthy and they didnt set anything up for us. The day before my fathers funeral we were cleaning off all the chairs and tables for the service.The Monday following the event we called to make sure wed be home and the receptionist was extremely rude and couldnt even find our receipt to tell us when they would be by to pick up the rental.The linens were clean. Thats all I got.It was an unpleasant experience to have to deal with this at the same time we were dealing with my fathers death.

I tried to rent chairs from this company today and I was not told about the hours for return until AFTER my card had been charged. I will not be in town on Monday to return them. When I ask for a manager, he was not at willing to see my the EMPLOYEES oversight or help me out. Seems they only cater to large orders!! Poor Poor customer Service!!!
