I had an awesome experience using Arizona Stone to obtain my Coronado fireplace stone. Everyone from the Brandon taking my order to Sheldon loading my stone were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Delivery time was accurate and the showroom has an excellent display and they had plentiful sample boards. Sheldon was very helpful in the yard to ensure my trailer was loaded properly. Not very often that you see this high level of service throughout the organization. Thank you

You know when you walk into a place to buy something. You look around and make an assessment. As a repeat customer I made the same positive assessment. I was greeted with a wave before I even got out of my truck. Sheldon helped me. You can tell when someone wants to help vs. has to help. Sheldon was top notch and Gave the service I would want my employees to give.

This review is currently from a customer service standpoint since I have yet to receive my product that is on order. I will update once my stone veneer is installed.The storefront has an amazing display of product. You can see most, if not all, of the products available and colors. The nice thing is you can see the stone veneer both on the walls and columns. Very cool.Brandon was very attentive and took the time to answer our questions. He is very well versed in the manufactured stone veneer products my wife and I were looking at. I asked about installers and Brandon was able to get us in touch with a great installer the very next day.A couple of days later after getting the estimate from the installer, I came in and ordered the product. The transaction was quick and seamless and he even gave me a military discount. Awesome.Im looking forward to having this beautiful stone veneer on the front of our home.

Super unprofessional and customer service is a complete joke. I ordered for pick up for Friday, paid my guy to pick up and they didnt have my order ready. Supposedly Brandon said he called and tried to leave a message which was a lie. Now he tells me my order wont be ready for a couple weeks or more. Save yourself the headache and find another business to spend your money.

Went in this morning to look at some samples of stone which we are having installed by a third-party company. Was immediately met by Brandon who was super friendly and helpful! He was sure to answer all of our questions, checked on us repeatedly and left us with three samples to bring home for 30 days. Practically everything in their catalog was on display in a beautiful outdoor show room, this is a really nice way to choose stone. Even though we weren’t here to buy anything directly at this moment we could not have been treated better, it was a fantastic experience!

My husband and I went into the Prescott Valley store and was right away greeted by the receptionist and then young man Patrick came out and helped us. Horrible experience! Was told that the stone I ordered would not be in for two weeks. They required I pay in full for the stone up front. After two weeks I heard nothing back from them so I decided to call and check on the status of the order. I was told the stone was discontinued and I would need to drive back down to their shop to re-pick a new product. Not only did they take my payment in full for a product they simply did not have (which could have been verified BEFORE selling it to me) they made me call in two weeks later to find this out instead of proactively reaching out to me. This is completely unacceptable customer service! No concession was offered for their mistake and they took on a condescending tone when addressing my concerns on how this was handled. Save yourself the headache - find a more reputable dealer that cares about their customers!
