Neighbor is in cahoots with management. The clothesline that were up when we moved in in 2009 long before current management took over. Current management bullied me until i was firced to take them down.Rules are frequently changed and rules now have rules..If you like lots of rules but are NEVER given a copy. This is the place for you.

Its good place to live but not maintained as it should be. Paying $369 per month. And it goes up in April. But low utility bills rent pays for water. So dont see water bill just gas and electric. Has wild cats if not cat lover. I like to live here though

I would give this no stars. Every time you try to call the office you get an answering service who cant help you at all. If you try to stop by the office the manager is never there. The maintenance guy never does his job. pot holes every where the side walks are all broken. They never fix things like they should.
