The staff at Lima Harley Davidson are the absolute best!!! They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and feel like they are family. I was looking for a Road Glide with a specific color scheme and they made it happen quickly. I also wanted a few things added to the motorcycle before I picked it up and they made that happen as well. This is the first motorcycle I bought from Lima HD but it will not be the last! Chad was very friendly and listened to what I wanted in a bike. Very knowledgeable on the 2021 Street Glide Special. The dealer actually ordered the color I wanted from the factory instead of a dealer trade. I liked the idea that no one else would have sat on the bike I got at a dealer. Took my 2021 Street Glide Special in to have the Hidden Antenna and LED Taillights installed. They did it while I waited and it only took about an hour. All the staff at Lima HD is very friendly and courteous.

Small selection of clothes and forget boots and other things. Covid changed their inventory because people started buying on line. Well i travel and i like hands on still. Harley shirts run different so I need to see them. I dont want to wait on the delivery and have to ship it back or just keep it if I dont like it. I get it do what you have to stay open. Be glad for this to be over.... The staff was very friendly and helpful.

These people are so nice and I love the clearance rack!!! I was looking for a specific shirt and the lady that was helping me did not give up until she found it. She went through 2 big racks piece by piece!!! Then, as I was leaving, the manager gave me his card with his personal cell phone number and said, if we ever come through and need help or fix a flat to call him and he would be there to help!!! No one has ever done that for me before!!! Great place and people!!!

Very rude motor clothes staff. Acted like their 15% clearance rack was such a huge discount. Cheapest t shirt was still $24... 2 stars because parts desk was friendly. But motor clothes ladies were upity snobbs

The employees were really nice and ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. Everything was really neat and clean too. They have a lot of bikes but I liked the three wheel the best.

No issues, my parts came in picked them up, talked to the sales rep, it was nice he even remembered me from the summer coming in on my bike a couple different times. Ill be a continued customer!

Bought my first Harley here and several accessories and clothing items since. Sales staff was very helpful and willing to work with me to keep things within my budget. Ladies on the clothing side have always been friendly and helpful. Parts department has been equally helpful. I love how willing they are to let you try things before you buy. Not only do they help you find the right size in clothes and test ride the bikes before you buy, the parts department even let me take a backrest out for a test ride to see how I liked it on my bike.

Kyle and the rest of the service department are top notch, very courteous, and almost get the feeling like your family here. The girls that work in motor clothes are just as helpful, had a pair of chaps that they helped me fit to my bike. Cant say anything about the sales team, but if they are anything like service and the girls in Motor clothes they will be amazing too.

We use to shop here a lot. Service counter guys at Lima Harley are great. Sticks use to steer me right on parts and always had answer for what I was looking for. With that said the sales department hard to get a deal done with on a bike.So now we drive between 30- 60 miles to other bike shops for our needs.
