I called Napps on the Friday morning of the Labor Day weekend! I had a stopped up ac drain with water everywhere and had tried everything to fix it myself. They were so nice when I called and had a technician named JD at my house around noon the same day! Very polite, very kind and prompt. He fixed my problem quickly and told me how to avoid this issue going forward. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any air/heat issues I have in the future.

NAPPS removed and installed a stainless steal HTP water heater in my elevated closet and fixed my AC and water heater drain lines.Technicians were very knowledgeable with outstanding workmanships.

This is the third time we’ve used Napps in the last two years. As always, they let us know when they were on the way. Bobby and Justin came right in and got our old dead garbage disposal changed out efficiently. I forgot to remove everything under the sink, but they just moved it and put it all back when they were finished. Sorry guys. They never tried to upsell me something I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. They were in and out quickly. Excellent service as always. We live in an old house and we will always use them for service. Bonus points: they even marked out the credit card information on the receipt for discretion and safety/security.

Had a small water leak that occurred in my home around 5PM and had To valve in the water to the house. I called NAPPS and they were very responsive and arrived shortly. The gentlemen that showed up did an excellent job and was in and out in a hour. The problem was the price. The parts totaled $25 as stated on the receipt given to me and I was charged over $300 dollars for one hour of labor. That is truly Insane. I will not be using NAPPS in the future for that reason alone.

Evidently this company is too good to service my central heat and air system all because I live in a manufactured home. And I quote, We dont service mobile homes, our owner has requested that we move away frome mobile home servicing.Guess Im not good enough to deserve cool air? Guess I should live in a fancy brick home maybe then a disabled veteran could get some air conditioning?

If your home is in a East Texas and the unfortunate happens and you need a plumber.Call Napps ask for Jack ( Pretty sure that was his name) and your done!No Bull, No Sales Pitch, and No weirdos in your home. Wow talk about a scam. My ac stop working so napps tech came out cleaned the coil and the fan. He added 3 pounds of r22 and said is I sign the yearly service contract that it would be cheaper. What he didn’t tell me was there is a r22 replacement that is much cheaper. He also never did a leak test and my ac stopped a week later. $363 for nothing. I had them scheduled to put a new ac in until the awesome people with Ben Maine’s sold me a good train unit and what really sold me is the way Ben Maine’s when about earning my business. Not only do I get a new ac but they replace the copper lines and all but the real kicker while I was filling out the paperwork the rep with Ben Maine’s had his tech filling my unit with Freon for free to keep my family cool until the new unit arrives. He said if it gets hot call they will add Freon or put window units in for free while we wait. Napps called today and wanted to know if they could get me a estimate in the morning. I said no your tech charged $363 said nothing about the new lower cost free on and never did a leak test. In my book that’s time for a refund for bad service. All the Napps guy said was “I’m sorry”. I not only do not recommend but I will remove that tech from my property if he shows up. Ben Maine’s that’s who you want to treat you right. Can I give half a star.

I was surprised to have them out this late and they were pros at there work and they were very nice and clean. I wouldnt ask for no one else but these two guys. We still have good people that know how to work in todays mess!

I am just an employee at a convenient store my source of income is my job. My boss ask me to call a guy to fix up his gas station cooler so i called napps air conditioning they said they are sending their best man for the job when the guy arrived he start doing his work as they charge for hours, i ask the guy to diagnose the problem and tell me so i tell my boss and then its on him whether he wants it to be fixed or not, the guy took 3 hours but was unable to diagnose the problem so i said sir its ok no problem i will call someone else, but before leaving he gave me a bill of 150$ he didn’t even diagnosed what was wrong with the cooler still he charged me that amount, and my boss deducted that amount from my salary. I have trusted them and called them to help me solve the problem but ended up losing my money and am really upset for that.

Cody (dispatch, billing, scheduling), Mike (HVAC and manager), Kenny (HVAC), Alex (Plumbing) and Adrian (Plumbing manager) are awesome! I manage a 144 unit apartment complex with central air and heat. 1/1, 2/2 and 3/2 bedroom/ full bath. All appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, disposals in all units. The plumbing is constant. Ac and heat are just as important. Very large property but we keep our residents happy! Napps will always be our go to! Thank you guys!

We had a mysterious wet spot on our living room floor. We had multiple other plumbers out to look at it before contacting NAPPS. None of them were able to diagnose our problem. They had us fearing that we had a slab leak, and told us to contact another plumber. Finally we called NAPPS, and Im glad we did! They promptly came out, properly diagnosed our problem, and fixed it! NAPPS staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient! We will be using NAPPS for all of our heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs in the future!
