Product was as advertised, just wish the shipping and arrival could’ve been a little quicker after ordering, otherwise all was well.

I needed longer support brackets for the bunks on my boat lift. I went to the website and looked at the online catalog and found exactly what I needed. I called the store and they shipped my order within 3 days. My bunks are back on the lift. The brackets came with all of the needed bolts, flat washers, nuts and lock washers. I only live an hour away but it was less expensive to have them ship than it was for me to make a round trip. Easy, efficient and pleasant process.

Purchased a 1HP Boat Lift electric motor for our jet ski lift. Bad out of the box. Just hums and you have to spin it manually to get it to actually start working in either direction. Manual says that is a symptom of a failed capacitor. Failed components after 10min of use??? Great stuff! 🙄. And no, it’s not the power to the unit as I have an identical Leeson running off the same power supply that lifts our bass boat in the same dock just fine...going on 20 years now.Of course I can get a replacement under warranty...but I have to undo all the work I did to install it, drive 2 hours back to the store I bought it from, exchange it for a another (potentially bad) unit, and then redo the entire install and just hope this one isn’t bad out of the box. There should be reimbursement for your time of install when companies sell you inferior products.

Received quickly and in great condition. It lifts my waverunner with ease at a reasonable pace. I had to make some modifications to the lift for it to bolt on but it is sturdy now. I do wish there was a neater way to store the controller. It looks well sealed but it just lays on the dock now.

Ordered a boat lift remote setup with 2 remotes, and they took payment instantly. No tracking information sent after 5 days, and it took 3 days of phone calls and messages to find out they had taken payment on items that they wouldnt have in stock for 2-4 weeks. Items were listed in stock at time of order, but was told that they were sold to another customer, and the inventory on the e-commerce site is not accurate.

High quality parts (I purchased a 8500 lb brass gear lift, stainless steel cable / stainless wire clamps and heavy duty block pulleys), highly recommend their parts; I am expecting to have fewer issues with my boat lift after upgrading to these parts.

Very rude customer service, trying to get a motor covered under warranty after just a couple months of service and customer service will not accept the warranty request, even though I have all the documents needed, the customer service agent hung up on me twice, and refused to assist in getting the failed motor replaced under warranty. Just purchased a lake house and jet ski lift motor was missing the cover. Got online and sent picture to chat on BH-USA site. Minutes later I had placed the order and had the correct part being shipped. Fast, efficient, correct.

My experience with BH was excellentHowever, I should note that the package was left in my driveway immediately in front of my garage door and directly in line with my car tire. My car parks immediately inside the garage door, so the package is hidden from view from inside the garage unless I were to check behind the car before I back out, which I dont do. This happened once before and I backed over a package. Luckily this time I saw the package when I was outside.

These people are thieves. I paid a ton of money to buy an electric motor that was supposed to be a high quality american made piece of equipment. This is the 5th one i have purchase in a few years guess they are not that high quality cause they keep going bad. The oneni just purchase burned up in 3 minutes. The factory tells me i have to ship it to them and pay for the shipping. So now im in 285 dollars. They call and tell me there is no warrenty because they changed the way its wired and its my fault it burned up. So i ask them to help me out a little after the 280 burn and sell me one a little cheaper. The scum bags insult menon top of all the original burn and offer me a motor at full retail price. These scum bags are the manufacturer of the junk, they could have offered to repair the unit for me and only would have cost them a few little bux thencharged me for it. No they insult me and tell me i can have a nice discount of full retail price. These people are trash.
