Hi, I visited Norco in Longview today, 7/28/2021, with an expensive walker I had purchased from this Norco Store in Longview. My walker had a cable that had come loose and I asked if they could repair it. The answer was not only NO but they told me, basically, I should look elsewhere on my own. They appeared not to have any feeling of responsibility to even direct me toward where I could get support but to look it up on my own. I also noted the store was just about empty of items, about ¼ full. I asked why the store looked empty and was told, we keep selling items. No comment on why they might not being able to buy new items. I called and asked them if they where going out of business due to the lack of merchandise and not wanting to take on any responsibility for the walker they had sold me.
Longview Norco was fantastic to work with very knowledgeable and great customer service.
I just want to thank the women that helped me with my sleep equipment today. I don’t really sleep. The only reason I woke up tonight is because I was compelled to thank you. Otherwise I’m sleeping soundly only because of the unwarranted compassion shown to me. Considering the circumstances, it’s truly the most helpful I’ve seen anyone be.
Everyone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!
I want to say I had a horrible experience getting my stuff sent over to norco from the hospital and then to find out norco didnt have the product in my size I needed was a huge problem for me. Then I met amber! the front desk norco clerk! Not only did she call competitive stores but also found a competitive store that had the product I needed!! Then she sent over all my pertenat info, so when I walked in walla!! I want to say this lady needs a promotion and raise!! Its because of her I will return to do my business with longview norco!!!
The worst medical supply company I have ever used. They fight with you wen ever you call. Tell you your always wrong, this company hands down is the worst!
Great customer service!
My father in law was visiting from out of town and had a piece of medical equipment fail. Called the local Norco (Longview). They coordinated a replacement machine and delivered it to us without any problems. Truly quality service by caring professionals! Thank you, Norco of Longview.
Horrible customer service. Took weeks to get a pulse/oxygen meter. I’m only allowed 4 probes per month for a year and a half baby. Constantly getting faulty probes. When calling you request more I was told “ not my problem” and was hung up on.
Norco Medical has a large supply of durable medical equipment, bed equipment, disability equipment, Scooters, wheelchairs and many other type of accessories. Norco in Longview has a good selection of Golden Buzzaround scooters in store. I prefer Golden Buzzaround XLS-HD 3 wheel scooters because they have lots more foot room, turn much sharper, and weigh less. The Golden Buzzaround 3 wheel scooters are plenty stable. Ive safely driven mine all over the place, including on hills. I upgraded my rear tires to air tires for cost of only $80. I love my 3 wheel scooter.
Great help great place
I recently have done back to back 10 day hospital stays and have needed various medical equipment. My first release I dealt with Lincare and after calling daily for 6 business days they were not only unable to figure what it was they tried to deliver even though they had left a door hanger notifying me of the attempt but did not return my call (6xs) as they said they would. I saw someone had said horrible customer service about Norco well deal with Lincare and get back to me. Now through Norco I have the following all acquired over a period of a couple of weeks. A home nebulizer, a very nice walker and a Philips Respironics EverFlo Q Oxygen Concentrator which required a home delivery as well as instructions. From that first visit to Norco to the tech that set up my O2 everyone was professional, understanding and caring. My wife had picked up my walker for me and forgot her change from the copay which Norco promptly alerted me too. One of the tings I left the hospital with was an O2 cylinder and I asked the tech who set up my home unit if he returned it to the hospital or was I responsible. Turns out it is my rescue tank, I keep it and it was at that moment I noticed NORCO stenciled on the side and understood partly why they would contract with the hospital and not Lincare. So if you need equipment and are offered one or the other Norco is the best choice.
Horrible customer service.. From calling to walking in. Had to give one star just to post this.
