Terrible service and overpriced. Seems like they do not want to sell massage tables. Only open few hours a day and salesman was not even arriving at the open-hours. Go to Alta Health Supplies in San Gabriel is much better. Im a professional massage person and they have great prices.

Massage Central is a bit of an acquired taste.. but its the one place in Los Angeles with a very good selection of massage gear on the shelves ready to go, no need to wait for 5 day shipping of massage oils.You DO pay a bit more for the convenience, but you can walk out with the products you need today.

The man who answered the phone right now was rude. Very dismissive tone and can’t be bothered attitude. It was highly recommended but after speaking to him and asking questions about what I plan to buy. I’m going elsewhere. He sounded like he just woke up and didn’t care for my business. Glad you guys are doing so well that you don’t need new customers. I was asking general questions sir, before you kept interrupting.

Massage Central was exactly what I needed. I had previously went to DTLA in search for massage therapy tools and supplies, but kept coming up short. After finding Massage Central on google, I plugged in the address and decided to check it out. Samuel, the owner, is a very kind and knowledgeable man. I stumbled into his place of business asking all of the questions! Do you have this? What about that? How much for these? He was patient with me and accommodating to each request and question. I left with amazing new products, that I know I would not be able to find in LA.

Thank you for the excellent service provided by this massage shop. All therapists have been very skilled and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful in pinpointing problem areas and helped provide release. They have also suggested effective exercises to help with maintenance. They have also all been very friendly and professional, leading to a very satisfying, enjoyable massage experience.

Ill go to a massage shop at least twice a week then my friend introduce me to this massage shop. It was great because their masseuse is well experienced and the message is so good! Highly recommended!

Its a small store, but they have a good selection of massage essentials. You can find tables, oils, and all the accessories that go along with them. They also have a large selection of massagers and stretching devices.The store owner is a nice gentleman and easy to talk to.The parking lot can be tough at times, so be prepared to park in the neighborhood and read the signs for restrictions.

I am owner of massage school and spa. I have been using massage Central for over 12 years, yet still very happy with the service and the products that they are carrying. I always come back and have everything available. The price is lower or same as on the internet. Live this place.

Stopped in because we were running short on Biotone massage gel. Very friendly service and good selection. The carry only high quality products, which I appreciate. May make it my local go to place for massage supplies and see if our west coast franchisees can take advantage of the convenience. Beats shipping massage gel across the country.

As everything has gone to online shopping these days and so many stores are closing eliminating the overhead of employees and storefronts, I was so happy when I found Massage Central. Even more so when I met Samuel the owner and became friends and comrades of like minds. Samuel has great customer service and I have enjoyed both his personality and his willingness to order in whatever we might need in our massage shops including ongoing education. The selection in his shop is huge. You must see it to believe it! As far as price, it has been my experience that his prices are the lowest in the Los Angeles area.

I went it on Saturday with a friend, I think the lady that help us was VERY NICE and I would have her at a dinner party... I LOVED HER... I did not see anything poor to fair from her.. but in this life, What we put out, Come back to us... I put out Happy thought and my friend put out. This is IT, The Last Brick & Mortar Store for the Professional. I dont know how he does it but the prices here for the highest quality supplies & equipment are better than the Internet. Moreover, the products are the real article, not some chinese knockoff table sold by some freak from a basement in Fargo, North Dakota & arriving drop shipment from Shenzen with a Warranty that dissolved due to moisture during the Ships Journey ...

Sam and staff are so nice. I have had 3 spas and I bought all Earthlite cabinet tables from him. Good services. The first one was in 2006 and I still work fine.

USELESS! If i could give Massage Central a ZERO star i would. I called to inquire about a product, Samuel was busy on the phone, told me he could not give me prices,, was short, dry, even though i was trying to drive 15 miles to go to his store. I had to hang up because he had no time to help me with my order. So i tried the website..... what a joke! The website is totally outdated, you cannot order from it, it looks and seems to be still under construction and there is no page order. I decided to call the 1800 number there.. and guess who picked up? SAMUEL!!! He again refused to help me with an order because he said he had customers in front of him and could not talk to me and pick up my order. And who am i? I guess i wont ever become a customer that way. I just wonder.... how does monkey businesses like these stay in business? Because they have no competition, it seems? I tried to find a massage suply store in Los Angeles on Googe and only Massage Central comes up! How can thiis be? Is that why Samuel has such a poor customer service and atittude? Because he knows he has no competition? That ma be true for now.. but perhaps, and i hope, not for too long... because the moment someone opens a massage suply store in LA, and i hope it will be soon, and offers a proper service, Massage Central will be left for ... who knows.. out of business i hope. I believe that if you cant offer good business then you should be out of business. Guess what... i am going to just order my suplies online and forget that massage Central is 15 milesd away.... after all,,,, i will most likelly save on gas, on time, avoid agravation and poor service, and .. the best of all.... save money, since their prices are NOT the best either!
