What beautiful arrangements! They have a dedicated team that works hard to make wedding visions come to life. I had a remote wedding and they arrived on time to set up the ceremony space and get the bouquets and boutineers to all the right people. The arrangements lasted the whole day and then some. The artistry exceeded my expectations and really pulled together the colors of my wedding.

I was surprised when I received confirmation of delivery from this florist, Palmer Flowers. What? I have been handed off in the world of florists?Well, SO happy I was because my dearest and best friend received the most beautiful arrangement. I had selected a medium sized arrangement - low/lush. You know how it is, you really never know what you are going to get but I must say this arrangement far exceeded my expectations and my bestie was beyond thrilled. Delivery according to her was great, they were definitely timely and did I mention how gorgeous the arrangement was?I can absolutely say I will use this florist again!

When I first spoke with Landynne I gave her a general idea of what I wanted & told her to really create whatever she felt would look best given the information I provided. She completely blew my expectations out of the water I loved my florals so much. Landynne and the Palmer Flowers crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. I came in with a few vague ideas and a few more specific requests and everything turned out absolutely perfect. I said I wanted romantic and classic flowers with some Italian Art Deco vibes and I got exactly that. They were great at sticking to my budget and letting me customize everything I wanted to. While the flowers I got are lovely, the shopping experience was not as expected. Ive been shopping at Palmer for many years. The staff was not wearing a mask when I entered but she put it on when I entered, albeit not covering her nose. The clean pen container was empty. The selection was limited but I did find some perfect flowers. I probably will try again for February birthdays but maybe not.

I went in to pick out flowers for my aunts birthday. The employees were very nice and helpful. I was able to customize a bouquet and pick up when I requested. Palmer Flowers was wonderful for our wedding. They met with me almost a year in advance to discuss options, seasonal availability, and what to expect from a budget perspective. When it came time to order this spring, they had kept our notes and we picked up right where we left off. We ended up going with a green and white neutral theme, which had beautiful texture and variety. Their customer service was top-notch, and the flowers lasted all day. I stopped by last minute after work to pick up some flowers for my mom. The woman that helped me could not have had better customer service. after having no idea what I was doing she helped me pick out the perfect piece for my price point. I ended up asking her to create a handheld bouquet right then and there. it was absolutely beautiful she even asked my moms favorite color to make it even more personal and I couldnt have been happier with the final result.

I ordered my mom some flowers, chocolate and a balloon for her birthday. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the chocolate was wrapped in a lovey bag with a hand written card. The flowers started to die after 2 days so my mom called and the shop offered to replace them. When my mom received them they were not quite what she was expecting from the first beautiful bouquet. The owner then offered to refund the flower purchase. I greatly appreciate how accommodating she was to fix the issue. I would use Palmers Flowers again despite the small issue we encountered.

Im in SC, and needed to send flowers to a friend in Loveland. I went with Palmer Flowers because their arrangements appeared to be more unique compared to the other places I looked at. Ordered early Monday morning, and I got a thank you text from the recipient just after lunch. She posted a photo on her Facebook, and they looked exactly like it did on the website. It got lots of likes. I also received a confirmation of delivery email an hour later. Very smooth and easy process. They never bothered me. Finding a florist to create the flowers for an elopement ontop of a mountain in the snow was no easy task! I called around and was met with “packages” and “minimums” this was not the case with Palmer flowers!Lanynne listened to my ideas and ran with it. There is no way they could have been more beautiful. The flowers lasted all day in a blizzard! She even made matching floral collars for my dogs. I brought her some vintage ribbon she was able to work into my bouquet and every time I called to make a change it was haste free. II cannot recommend Landynne and the team at Palmer enough! When I contacted them, they were very polite and took my order. I explained a deadline on delivery. They were more than accommodating and guaranteed that the delivery would be made prior to the deadline. They failed, miserably. They claimed that they could not print a ticket so they could not deliver them. Why in the world would you need a ticket to deliver them. If you cant print the address, google it. It is not rocket science! I highly doubt I would ever use them again. Their promise of time specific and location was a major fail.

I ordered online from Phoenix through From You Flowers, and they used Palmer as the local florist. Selected an all white spray for the funeral of a family member in Greeley. Flowers delivered were even better than the online photo - the arrangement was gorgeous, and delivery was completed on time as requested.

Sucks! My husband was out of town on mothers day and wanted to surprise me with flowers the day before mothers day. He specifically told them to leave them on the porch, I work so I wouldnt be home. Not only did they NOT leave them, they called me and leave me voicemails that I had a flower delivery coming. (So much for a sirprise). I called since they hadnt left them and they told me they would redeliver and would be there the next day. They never showed! Still waiting to get money back.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day. I told the girl who took my order that if there was any problems to call me. I got no phone call and my wife did NOT get her flowers! I will NEVER use them again!

Do not order same-day from this company unless you want the flowers to arrive at 7PM. I told them that this was delivering to a business to which they must think that they are open 24/7. I specifically chose this company for their same-day delivery service and now the use of the delivery is pointless. When I called to check on the status of the delivery they had no clue where my order was and said that they will call me back once they find the order. I had to call them back to ask again (30 minutes later) and she said that the driver will be back soon to pick up the next batch of orders...what a waste of money.

She is very hands on and only wants to make us happy. She rewrote my contract so many times! I was so happy to have a final product and loved everything about my flowers! Thank you so much landynne!

I ordered a lavender plant for my Grandma online along with some chocolates. They called the next day to say they were out and would substitute a Fuschia plant.I didnt want an outdoor plant so I called back and asked for a more expensive bouquet instead and they said they would have to change the order and to hang on one sec.I was on hold for 10 minutes, I could hear rustling around they would hit buttons on the phone. So I called back and told them what happened. They were completely unapologetic so I just asked them if they could just cancel the the order and Lisa HUNG UP ON ME. Really? Just terrible customer service.Luckily I got a lavender plant and chocolates from Earles. They were friendly and happy to take my order, unlike FF. It was cheaper too!

It was a pleasure to work with them, I was blown away.

Awesome in every way possible!

Ive been ordering flowers from there for years, but I wont be any more!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!

Consider the back log for V-day, although not cool, its a bit easier to see how the below could happen, although a bit more stressful due to the day.Tim with Forever Flowers in Loveland did reach out to me and gain my business back. I will be ordering from them again in the future and after the flower arrangement we negotiated did arrive to my girlfriend Ive had several people ask where I got them. I feel confident my previous experience was a one time issue and I referred my co workers to Forever Flowers Loveland. The arrangement that arrived was more than fair and hands down the best arrangement my lady has ever received.Tim saved a customer!---------------------------------------------------I had seen good reviews on line about this place and decided to go with a local business over shadier online services. That was a mistake in this case. I put in an order on Jan 20, 2014 for some valentines flowers to make sure I missed the last minute rush. I work at the same place my girl friend and the flowers never showed up. Panicing at about 2pm I called and was advised they would look into it and call me back. They never did. I called again 30 minutes prior to my girlfriend leaving work and they said all orders were out and they couldnt do anything for me. They at least agreed to refund the order, but realisitically I wanted the flowers delivered on v-day. I understand its a busy day for flower shops but my work isnt that far from this shop and I ordered 3+ weeks in advance. They didnt offer anything else to keep my business, a future discount or waived delivery fee, mayve a couple of extra flowers. Ill see how the refund goes, but I wont be buying from here again.

Yesterday I went in and asked to buy a funeral wreath holder. After looking to see if they any, she came out and told me they had only 1 but she would need to charge me 25 dollars for it. I told her that was more then I paid for the wreath. When Flowerama was at that location they charged me 3.50 for a holder. I will NEVER return to this florist again.

They are great to work with and have a wonderful selection. Theyve come through every time Ive ordered something!

I was really dissappointed with the selection in this store. I was pressed for time so I bought something but had I had more time I would have gone somewhere else. I wanted to put together a bouquet for my wife but the person who waited on me (who was very nice) said that most of their bouquets were pre-made...LAME.In addition it was waaaay expensive and not what I wanted. I will never go to a Flowerama again.
