Originally called to see if they had a new bike (they didn’t) but he had a used one that was a even better deal. Drove up from Parker and worked with him the whole time. He answered all the question, and instead of b.s.ing the answers he actually found out and called people. Never had less than a good attitude and made me feel good about the purchase and asking so many questions. The whole interaction from the phone call to the final goodbye with a bike in bed if the truck was awesome with Jake.

We’ve made a couple of purchases here and both went really well. Financing was super easy and no BS. “Steve the boat guy” was great. He took us out on the lake for about 6 hours to show us everything. Taught my wife how to dock and trailer the boat. Even offered to come back out and help us learn to surf on the weekend! Great guy.

I picked up a Yamaha Viking VI Camouflage. This was the only one in Colorado. I called ahead and done some paperwork online and it speeded up the process. I was in and loaded and on my home home in no time. Great customer service. I have had questions later after I had the machine almost 2 weeks and the service manager got me answers quickly. I was taking the motorcycle class on the Tri-City Cycle lot and found a motorcycle that I really like. I talked with Jason the sales representative, who did a great job of working with me to get the motorcycle, helmet, and jacket financed. In the parts department I work with Cole who gave me a lot of great information and helped me pick out the jacket, helmet, and gloves. When I went to take the motorcycle off of the premises, I crashed it in the parking lot. I worked with Jason who helped calm me down, along with Cole and other guys to reassure me, after the accident. Jason then worked with Cole to get the parts in. Jason worked with my insurance company to get the repairs and documentation submitted. Everyone down there is great to work with, pleasant, and wants to help in any way they can.

This was by far the BEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE my husband and I have ever had. In the last three years alone we have purchased eight vehicles. This particular purchase we were anxious about since we were not local, and driving 6 hours with a cargo trailer in hopes that the car was everything it appeared to be online. Phillip and Brady went way out of their way to give us the best possible understanding of the cars condition, and they were dead on. It was nice to put blind faith in their word and not be disappointed in the slightest. Even in finance, we were in and out. From out of town. Caught a flat.I pulled the wheel off and took it here to get a new tube.I showed them my balance markers. Not only did they not re-align the balance markers they didn’t re-balance the wheel.I hit 90 mph on the way home and the bike was shaking horribly the whole way home.I had to re-balance it myself.Don’t go here for service.

I purchased a new Yamaha 212XE out of state and was not aware that the ballasts did not come with decontamination ports (which is required for lakes in Colorado). I had to find out the hard way when I attempted to take it on a lake and was rejected. I called Tri-City Cycle on a Monday night and spoke to Mike who not only knew right away what I needed but was also able to schedule me to bring the boat in the following day to get the ports installed at a reasonable price. On top of that, when I picked the boat up they were able to swap out the stock impellers for high altitude impellers AND Steve stayed to decontaminate the ballasts and engines (while showing me how to properly perform this process)! This is far above and beyond what I expected. When I hit the lake that weekend I was all set and avoided the long boat inspection and decontamination process. Great customer service oriented team who demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and competence regarding Yamaha boats. True professionals!

I will never trust these guys with a bicycle let alone with my bike again, not sure if they weren’t paying attention or if they did it on purpose to get more $ out of me but either way I will never trust Tri-City again! Str8 unprofessional

Just bought a Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from there working with Phil. They are all a group of awesome people and very friendly. This is my first bike and they helped me so much even down to fitting me with a helmet, jacket and gloves to get me going. I purchased my first bike from Tri City and have had great service from sales, parts and finance. The service department is a different story. They wasted my time and made me feel unimportant. I have spent good money in sales and with parts but as soon as I needed warranty work I was no longer important. I was lied to by the service manager Mike. When I went to pickup the bike mike offered to deliver bike but I decided they have wasted enough of my time so when I told him no he became short and unprofessional. I’m much more patient these days and decided to walk away from manager and not engage with him. In short I would stay far away from the service department. I’m still riding with no horn so I hope I don’t get killed because I can’t warn other drivers with my horn. I will no longer do business with Tri City because of the service department.
