I am very stoked on the job these folks did on my truck. Its not a classic model of car (just a Toyota T100), but Cody and his folks took it very serious and made my vehicle look amazing. I love this truck and thanks to these folks at Affordable Auto Body and Paint in Loveland they painted my vehicle into something Im proud to drive. I had my truck also sprayed with bed liner, and noticed they also sprayed my rear wheel wells without being charged. I dont know if there was extra left over when spraying the batch but WOW that is some service! Thanks guys, I love what you did and thank you again!

Harold and his team at Affordable Auto Body and Paint did a great job as you can see from the pictures posted with the 1984 Mustang. Harold is the owner of the place with an awesome team of body guys. He made sure that as the customer I was treated with respect and that the car was to be done correctly by everyone that was involved in the project. There was a lot of changes that needed to be done to the car and Harold worked with me to make those changes happen. The body work they had done to the car was affordable. I would recommend Harold and his body guys to work on any of my cars, to have them look as good as the Mustang.

It has been over 2 years, since my first experience with the shop. I had to return my vehicle to the shop several times within a year due to the service agreement contract not being met. In each time the vehicle was at the shop, I was told it would be in the shop for about 2.5 weeks. I believe my vehicle was dropped off at the shop about 4 times and spent a little over 10 weeks total in the shop when I add them together.During those times, I would see my vehicle parked outside in the parking lot for several days untouched. I would call the office for any updates, only to be told it was Currently being worked on in the shop. It was not what I had seen.When the deadline approached, my vehicle was rushed through so attention to details were missed. For example: The service agreement stated all rusted metal will be cut out and new metal would be welded in. Some rusted areas were cut out and new metal welded in after I had returned my vehicle several times. To this day, there are still some rusted areas that were not replaced with new metal that I had pointed out in my initial quote visit (see rust image attached).After the first I picked up my vehicle from the shop, the inside of the vehicle was very dusty from sanding and the steering wheel/stick shift had primer smeared on them (see dust image attached). It seems that no one cared to close the windows to keep the dust out of the vehicle and no one cleaned the inside before I picked up my vehicle. This is how the vehicle was returned to me. The customer service gave me a bad impression of how things were conducted by the shop.I also received the vehicle in a different color than I had originally selected. I wanted a gun metal colored paint, the color I received was more in the purple field category. My wife also confirmed the color we had selected vs the color we received. This was pointed out to the shop. I eventually decided to keep the color after I was told I had to pay addition fees to correct the mistake.The hood of my vehicle has developed cracks. I had another shop take a look at it, they reported back stating the paint was not mixed properly and did not stick. The hood also has a + 6 inch surface deformity, where you can see someone placed tape on the paint when it was fresh (see surface deformity image attached).In the last service (1/2018), the windshield wipers were not positioned correctly so when I turned on the windshield wipers, the wipers scratched the paint of the hood (see windshield wiper image attachment). In this last service, the vehicle was repainted with a different colored paint, which I did not approve. I still have the email stating that I did not wish the paint to change.After this last service, the shop office decided not to honor the 5 year warranty any more. The shop owner stated the shop had put in more than $5,000 out of their pocket into my vehicle. I believe that if things were done correctly the first time, then we would have not experienced these issues.For example: The first time the vehicle was completed, the driver and passenger side doors had the imprint of someones belly button because the paint was still fresh. The second time the vehicle was completed, the passenger side door had writing imprinted onto the paint. There was sanding markings on the panels, rust on the metal not removed, exterior body accessories not placed on correctly, red paint sprayed on the of several areas, etc. The third time the vehicle was completed, there were some scratches on the paint (see scratch image attached). The paint was running down in several locations of the vehicle which dried up. When the vehicle were repainted on several locations, the non-painted areas were not covered up so it left a mist over the finished surface. The newly installed windshield and back windows were not installed correctly so water leaked into the vehicle. There was primer smeared on the side of the truck (see primer image attached). Paint peeling off (see paint peeling image). No paint on the driver side door window section (see no paint image attached).

I brought my 1948 Chevy in for repairs and painting in July of 2020. In May of 2021 they finally completed what I paid them to do. The paint had some chips, and I still have to take it to another shop to complete what they couldnt do.

I have no idea how these guys are even still in business. Ive tried to get the rust taken care of that was over my fender wells for almost a year with these guys and it just cant seem to get done right. After multiple trips back and forth, Im finally throwing in the towel and and taking my unfinished truck somewhere else.If you like headaches, wasting your money, wasting your time and feeling outraged, go to this place and they will take care of all those things for you.If you value your vehicle, time and money, take your vehicle someplace else. Trust me. These guys wont get it right the first time, second time 3rd or 4th time. Just a plain out waste of time.

This was my first time using Affordable Auto Body, I was referred to them by the mechanic I use (john at uptown auto), and I was very pleased with the work they did and even more pleased with how much less it cost me compared to other auto body garages in town. My car was pretty damaged, my front end on both sides had been destroyed by two separate incidents and originally was only going to get the one fixed but due to Affordable getting rid of an employee my request to getting one side fixed was missed. However Affordable auto body worked with me to where I was able to pay them off and still receive my car when I needed it. I will be referring whoever I can to Affordable auto body. THANK YOU HAROLD!!!

Affordable Auto Body repaired holes in the roof of my van after Colorado Camper Vans put 5 drywall screws thru the roof of the van. Despite this being warranty work and paid for by a third party the shop was very professional. The work was completed on time and I can barely tell where the holes in my roof were! I can recommend this shop and will be back again, should I need body work.

Got ripped off by this company (but, everyone was really nice so I have no idea if it was intentional?) for about $1,000. Basically, make sure you get receipts for all cash transactions.I forget the exact details since this was about a year ago, but I paid for parts before work was done on my vehicle. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, the employee said I still owed for parts as well. I said I already did, and then the employee tried to call the owner for clarification, but couldnt get ahold of them. Since the business was a few minutes from being closed for the weekend, I paid for parts AGAIN expecting I could call the owner first thing the coming week to get the money refunded (since, everyone was really so I trusted them).Anyways, I called several times over the period of months trying to contact the owner or his wife. Never got either of them on the phone, left a message to them each time I called either on voicemail or with the staff member who answered. Never got a call back.I felt incredibly stupid for not thinking to ask for a receipt for the amount I paid in cash when picking up the vehicle (and employees who answered the phone were super suspicious when I called and explained what happened and asked to speak to the owner or his wife), so I didnt post this review until my friend convinced me its the right thing to do for other people...

Nice people to deal with. They put a piece of moulding on my wifes car at a reasonable cost. They fit me in real quick and was done in less than hour. If I ever have the need for body work, I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

They are not even worth the one star. They dont do good work. They also dont honor there own warranty.

We were referred by a more expensive shop that had told us, ...for your budget Affordable Auto Body is a great shop and a great value -- that is where I recommend you go.I had them paint my 1990 GMC suburban and the truck looks brand new. Harold and his team were professional, easy to work with, and the care and quality really shows. We went to Affordable Auto Body in Loveland based on the recommendation of two local body shops that did not quite provide the service we needed. Harold was great, very knowledgeable. He understood that we wanted a mid-level service (complete vehicle repaint) with a small amount of rust body work and quoted us a fair price. The work was completed in a very timely manner and greatly exceeded our expectations. They were able to match a difficult paint color perfectly and the body looks brand new. We highly recommend Affordable Auto Body and will definitely use them again for our vehicle needs.

Waited for staff to come into office over 5 minutes. No one was in the office. Two other people waiting for service also. The whole waiting area/ office us cluttered and dirty.Not a good impression that they can do repairs well. The person that finally came to help me took pictures and my info on his phone. Didnt ask me anything .went inside and printed my estimate.I went to a different place the day before and was treated well, and the estimator explained what could be possible with hidden damage. Everything was written out clearly.Yes, affordable auto is cheaper,but, Im not impressed

In a effort to support local businesses during a difficult time, I took my pickup to Affordable for paint. The paint quality is good. But the costumer service and follow up to address unresolved issues is horrible. Once Harold gets your money, theres no interst to satisfy the customer. Even if you have to pay a little more to get quality service from another shop, I strongly suggest doing it.

On top of never answering their phones this company is extremely negligent when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. It took them more than a week to fix a small dent and paint loss on a driver side door. Not a problem if they had communicated to me that the original estimate of 3-4 days wasnt accurate. But as I said they do not answer their phones or update customers via email like the contract says they will. On top of that they returned my vehicle with no license plates. Shame on me for not noticing but why would a business remove the license plates to fix minor body damage on the driver side door? Thankfully the officer that noticed for me was very understanding as soon as I proved my vehicle was not stolen. This business is very shady and unprofessional. Be wary and avoid.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was t-boned in my brand new car in May. I thought for sure it was going to be totaled. After my insurance agent inspected it, turns out it wasn’t totaled but the damages were over $11,000. I called affordable auto body and Shelly sent out a tow truck and had my car towed to their location in Loveland.After their staff looked it over, they found that it was going to cost more than $11,000 to make my car brand new again. Shelly was in constant contact with me every step of the way while she was conversing with my insurance company to make sure that they were paying for all the things necessary to fix my car. There were a few things they didn’t want to pay to have fixed, but Shelly being the unbridled person she is, was stern with them and got it approved and everything fixed! Affordable even gave me a lender car while my car was being repaired! Talk about service!Harold did an amazing job and you’d never know that the car was in an accident. He is truly an artist.In the future if I need any auto work done, I will definitely be returning! These guys treated me like family. They turned me old 2000 Silverado into a dream truck. Tom ran the show and was an absolute pro giving great insight and advice during the entire build. Without his design my truck would’ve never turned out right. I had good ideas but he made them great. Tom is detail oriented and bounced ideas around until a perfect plan was established. Harold the owner was a pleasure to talk to and he eased my worries and helped out big time to get my project finished on time. Very friendly staff in the office. Harold’s wife was especially patient with me. Extremely well run show. The boys in the detail shop aka Squadron One were the highlight of my experience. What a group! You could tell they loved their work and took tremendous pride. I showed up early and got to watch them work their magic. They treated my truck like it was their grandmothers. Outstanding attention to detail. They let me hangout while they were working. We ate pizza shot the breeze and had an absolute blast putting together my truck. These guys stayed late and wouldn’t leave until EVERYTHING was dialed. Tom was a true leader when things went sideways (as they tend to do on big projects like mine). He had an answer for everything. Talon went above and beyond to send me off style’d. That dude knows how to make paint pop like no one else. He showed tremendous leadership and I bet that guy will be a manger or run his own shop one day. Safe to say he needs a raise after the way he treated me. This is the best detail crew ever plain and simple. I regret to say that I forgot the other fellas name but I will never forget his face and can’t wait to thank him again in person. Seriously some of the best people I’ve met in some time. I LOVE MY TRUCK. I haven’t said that in 15 years. But what was really cool was to see this whole crew take a ownership mentality in the build. Harold and Tom know how to hire good people. My paint job would’ve cost me twice as much anywhere else and it would’ve been a boring build. Dedicated team and a attitude that you don’t find very often. I won’t take this thing anywhere unless it’s in Loveland...Affordable Autobody has a customer for life. Very good experience! My goal was to refresh the paint on my truck and they provided a great price point.Ashley was great at setting and managing expectations on payment options and accomodating my change in scheduled start date. I added some aftermarket replacement items after I realized that it would be better for them to do the work and everything was clearly explained regarding the additional cost. Thomas was awesome in addressing my questions when I dropped off the parts and again when I picked up the truck. Harold has a great team here and the finished product is a truck that looks like new and for the lowest price I was quoted in town! I recommend Affordable Auto Body.

Bait and switch in my opinion. One person quoted me one price, I had the paint work done and then they fired that guy that did my estimate and when I tried to get the work finished the price doubled. Seems like they should have stuck with or close to the original estimate.

My truck was painted here a few months ago by Affordable, after being hit by a horrible hail storm . They did an amazing job with a quick turn around time. Im very satisfied with the work that was done. They are very professional in dealing with insurance and making sure your car is done on time. I would recommend this shop to anyone as they are convenient, quick, respectful and do great work. Harold and Shelly have a great team.

I have had brought a few cars her for estimates they seamed very nice at the old location. Brought my ford in today to get key Marks looked at the owner comes by and makes poor remarks then the adjuster and owner walk away like nothing had even happened in the middle of the conversation. Looking at the truck I had come here because I wanted my truck fixed not to be talked down to and treated poorly.I will not come back here.I would advise others to do there research before dealing with this place.

These guys did an amazing job fixing our Yukon. What shouldve been a total loss that insurance decided to have us fix, looks amazing thanks to these guys. And they worked with us and helped us out SO much on pricing so we could get the best bang for our buck. I highly recommend these guys for all body work!

I was so pleased to have found affordable auto body. I have a 1970 chevelle ss numbers matching. I bought the car when I was in high school in 1972. Unfortunately it was in a hail strom, which I thought it would never be able to come back from. I researched a lot of companies to restore it including Counts Kustoms, and Gas Monkey Garage. When I was told about Harold ( affordable auto body) my wife and I went to check them out. We talked to Harold, and told him about the the car and its history. He showed us is shop, and staff. We came to a agreement. They not only restored my car to better then it was when I bought it in 1972, it was showroom as it was in 1970. I was in tears. It took me back 48 years. Harold, his family, and staff are the absolute best. They are not just a body shop. They truly understand how much people care about their cars. They have went far and above to help. They truly love people, and cars!!!! I have posted pictures of my car before, during, and after.

I had my 20 year old Toyota 4Runner painted, and I am very picky about my car. Affordable AutoBody and Paint did such a perfect job with amazing attention to detail. It looks better than new and they even did a few extra repairs to the bumpers and a small dent in the tailgate. The price was very good compared to estimates from other shops, and the quality of the work was the best - and I really checked around for price and quality. I feel like I have a new car!

I can not sing their praises high enough! My daughters car received hail damage in the July storm. Our insurance said we first had to go to Ozzies for an estimate. It took them 5 months for them to even book an appointment for an estimate, then they kept the car for a week to do the estimate. The quoted our insurance over 12K to repair the car, at which point our insurance wanted it totaled ( it is a 2015 and mechanically sound). I knew that wasnt right so I went to Affordable Auto Body. Nick had the estimate done with in 30 minutes! We chose to go there, the car was repaired in 1 1/2 weeks and for thousands less!! This is the 2nd time we have used them and will not go any where else!

I recently had Affordable Auto Body repair my vehicle. They went over and above and offered outstanding service that Ive never experienced. I ran by on my way to work and they gave me an estimate in 5 minutes. Shelly took care of all of the details from dealing with my insurance company to taking care of the rental car. I didnt do a thing. I dropped my car off on a Monday, Enterprise was there to pick me up and it was finished on a Wednesday, Enterprise was there. The work is outstanding, my car looks brand new. I was so overly impressed by their work and service, I would never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had Affordable Auto Body & Paint fix a minor accident and repaint my Lexus RX 330--the paint is outstanding, and the work flawless. As a former hot rod painter--I am blown away by how good the paint is (they have a new paint booth that is state-of-the-art). They were easy to work with, completed the work when they said they would, and made the entire process very simple. I highly recommend them.

I chose Affordable Auto body for two reasons: 1) the reviews were positive and 2) the price was consistent with their name. The owner was personable and the staff were very approachable and kind. In addition they made my 18 year old Tundra look brand new. They patched several square holes in each door left by the body molding that I removed, repaired dozens of dents and did a killer paint job on my truck. Upon picking up my brand new looking truck I noticed a couple little areas that needed touching up and they addressed them all without so much as a complaint. The extra day that it took to take care of my needs was worth it b/c in the end it looks beautiful! Thank you to everyone at Affordable for doing a great job on my truck.p.s. I have always done business with companies based on the reviews I read but I have never written a review until now. I highly recommend Affordable.

They do great work on my vehicles

Came here after a fender bender and am very impressed! Everyone was very friendly and going as fast as one can without being rude and still doing quality work. I was in and out in five minutes all three times. (Free estimate, drop off, pick up) I expected to have my car out for 3+ days. They took less than 1. The price was about $100 less than two places I looked before. Partially because I specified I didnt want cosmetic work, just functionality. They did exactly what I wanted and didnt make it perfect or repaint but its still looks pretty darn good. I got more than I paid for.

After getting my windshield fixed at another place the weatherstripping around it kept coming off. The staff at Affordable Auto Body and Paint were nice enough to fix the weatherstripping twice and not charge me for it both times !! If I ever need any more work done to my vehicle I definitely recommend these guys they are very professional and able to help you out as fast as they possibly can!! Thank you very much for attending to my vehicle right away and taking care of the problem right away!!

One whole side of my car was smashed from the front to back. I went & got estimates & every place said the doors had to be replaced and each customer placed me between $4230 to $7250 to get the car fixed. These guys fixed my doors & both fenders without replacement & painted it like new for $1335 cash. In less than a week. They deserve all respect & definitely 5 stars.

If your vehicle needs body or paint repair, theres no other place to take it. They are the best at what they do and treat you like youre family. Theyve repaired numerous vehicles and every time its been an excellent experience.

The owner greeted me personally and walked me through the work I needed on my suv. As soon as I got to shop I realize my insurance was not going to cover any of the damage and Herold said he would work with me to get down to a price I can afford. The shop did great work and even worked with me on weekly payments. Was done with work within a week too. They did great work and I would refer anyone to them that wants the work done right. They also do a lot of old classics and custom veichles.

Theyre very customer friendly very busy but usually tend to do really good work!

I went in for a quote, and didnt get friendly customer service. Based on that, I decided to spend my money at another shop here in Loveland. But Im happy because the other shop has been amazing. Some people just have good experiences at places while others dont. And my name isnt Aaron.

I agree with the other recent reviewers comments, I went here based on the reviews and price. Its definitely nice to be able to pull up during hours and Harold can give you a quote within minutes. Other places I went to took days to email me a quote, or even wanted to schedule an appointment to come back to do a quote. Affordable makes it easy to do business, and they did great work on my 2015 crimson red Chevy Tahoe, can never even tell there was work done on it, it looks like it did the day we bought it. They fixed a very large dent on the passenger side door, and their paint work was flawless. They even sent someone to my house a few days later when they ran out of time to fix a very small dent on the drivers side door. Very happy with Affordable, would definitely come back, all staff was very friendly as well.

I called this morning about having some rally armor mudflaps installed on my 95 civic. Its a simple enough job but I wanted it to look professional so I took it to the professionals. I left my car with them for 4 hours and came back to a disaster. For starters they had left the stock mudflaps on the front wheel well and just bolted the new ones right on top of those and it looks ridiculously tacky. When I mentioned it to the man up front whom is talk with earlier his exact words to me were you only asked me to install your new mudflaps, not remove the old ones...what I thought was common sense seems to have been a detail that needed walked through. None of the flaps are sitting straight and they look as though someone tool an exact knife to them and hacked them up to fit. Definately doesnt look professional at all. When I had called this morning I was told it was going to be $50.00 to install mudflaps, when I went to pick up my car my invoice stated $150.00 because some how it took 3 hours to drill holes into the mudflaps and bolt them onto my car. Lastly I got into my car to leave and not only was the outside covered in some sort of paint dust but so was my drivers seat and floor panel. My seat was leaned all the way back and my mirrors were all adjusted funny. I am 100% dissatisfied with my experience and No matter how much it costs to go elsewhere, my car will never be in the hands of Affordable Auto Body.

I was extremely heartbroken when the car I had just purchased a few months ago, was hit by a massive hail storm. I decided to go with Affordable Auto Body and Paint after visiting several of the shops in town. Harold was extremely professional and helpful, but most importantly he was honest! He bent over backwards for me to get my car repaired. Being a single Mom, I really depend on my car and my insurance company refused to pay for my rental car for the first few days of the repair. Harold dealt with the numerous headaches my insurance company caused and even covered the cost of my rental. My car was finished ahead of schedule and it looked brand new again. Harold also worked with me on my deductible since I was on such a tight budget. I really appreciate Harold and his staff at Affordable Auto body and would highly recommend them.

Hit or miss sometimes the work is good other times you got to be careful. The gentleman who owns the place needs to spend more quality time with his customers instead of rushing them out the door and treating them like a number instead of a customer with a face. That also goes for his wife the tall blonde that works there as well cuz she and does not want to take the time to give good customer service

Took my truck in after the heavy hail we had last week. They did great work and had it done faster than any other shop quoted. Im very happy with their work, and they were a pleasure to work with. Plan on getting a few more things done later with them.Its very rare to have businesses do anything other than the bare minimum for service anymore, but these guys go above and beyond. I was blown away when I dropped my truck off and before I could say anything, they were asking if I needed a ride home or was good. Had a ride, but its those small things that really leave a great impression with customers.

After being told over and over that my car was unfix-able, I am so thrilled to have a beautifully repaired and painted car. AAB made sure that my car was panted to match the original paint codes that I provided, with gorgeous results. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of customer service. The staff were very friendly. The paint job looked flawless. Unfortunately I was quoted as the job taking 1 day, maybe 2 if they were extremely busy. On the 2nd day i called and they said it would be ready by 5pm. I got dropped off and it was not ready so had to come back again the next day. Again, the staff were very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.

I have have had 3 of my work trucks painted by harold at affordable.The trucks get used hard in the mountains of colorado and the paint jobs have held up after 3 years.High recommend

Very poor communication they tell you if youre out of town and need to pickup your truck on Sunday no problem you can call and pay over the phone. So you call and the price is 400 dollars extra to pay over the phone they do pretty nice work but really 400 extra ? I ended up taking an extra day off of work

They did excellent work on my Blazer, so good my husband took his Blazer and Chevy truck which were complete paint jobs. Everyone wants to know where it was done they look SO good. They did a great job with the body work and painting on my 1966 Toyota Landcruiser pickup. No one else in northern Colorado was interested in the job for less than 10G; they did it for much less and had it back to me right away. I get compliments on the paint almost daily and have referred them many times.

I ran into a couple issues with my paint job. But Harold and Shelly went above and beyond to take care of me. It is really obvious that they care about their customers which seems rare these days. I dont think I have ever received such good customer service from a business before. I cant say enough about Harold and Shelly. If you guys are reading this, thank you so, so very much for all the hard work you put into my car. I am extremely grateful and will return if or when I need something else.

Customer service from the owner was great. Had some trouble with the work quality from an employee (from a thin guy with a limp) - I had to bring it back 3 times to get the door/window controls working correctly, and then he cross-threaded out the mounting screws so it will be a beast to ever remove again.

Dont waste your time and money, go to a real auto body shop. Its called affordable but its really not. They really dont care just want your money. Sloppy and quick work, This is just another Maaco, which is what the owner had previously where he screwed people over like he is now. I also never was a former employee, sadly I was a paying customer that will never come back and will never have anything positive to say about your business. Your description of how you run your business and how you treat customers is totally false in reality

Recently I took a 1980 Camaro project car to 4 body shops in Loveland. Each shop was given the same scenario: I want to do some of the bodywork myself, but the shop would fix a major dent, patch a rust hole, and paint it. Heres how it went:#1 Ozzies, A+. Gave me a few bodywork pointers and offered to give more as the project went along. Gave me a professional, written estimate with the three parts of the job broken out separately. The enthusiasm for my project was also nice.#2 Affordable Auto Body & Paint, B-. A guy looked at the car for less than a minute and verbally threw out a number that was higher than Ozzies. That was it.#3 ABRA, C-. When I said why I was there, the reply was estimates are by appointment only. Never mind that I had used them before (happily), or that I had trailered the car in from out of town. The only response to I dont remember making an appointment last time was Things change. Indeed. Like who gets my bodywork and paint dollars.#4 Poff Auto Repair & Body, F. The response was we dont do that kind of work (bodywork!!). The guy obviously felt I was wasting his time. I wont any more.

TERRIBLE experience!! Dont waste your time with this place.The customer service is HORRIBLE; the owner of the shop refused to help or even speak to us when we came in for the first time to see about getting our car looked for even just a quote to get work done on my mothers car.As a senior citizen new to the area and in ailing health, my mother had no idea of where to take her car or where to even start. Being new to the area myself, I did a Google search and found Affordable Auto nearby. We decided to stop in and see about getting a quote or scheduling an appointment. when we came in, the owner (very rudely) refused to even take a quick look at, let alone tell us of a better time to come back or bother try to schedule another time. We came in at 4pm (shop closes at 6) but she wouldnt even bother and told us to leave without so much as even an apology or reason why she was so short with us as first time patrons that day.TL;DR - SAVE. YOURSELF. THE. TIME. & take your hard earned money somewhere else that cares! Dont bother with this place. Theyre extremely rude, provide fake reviews and false information in their responses but more importantly - they dont care to help or to bother with any new / potential customers because they have too many other cars to work on that apparently have already been waiting weeks to have work done, so they wont have the time for any new requests.Worst. experience. ever!UPDATE: The owner (very rudely) responded and was not only 100% inaccurate in her recollection of the interaction (she made no mention of her sick child, nor was her timing of the event accurate whatsoever) but did a great job of displaying my point!She clearly has no remorse, concern, or care at all for any future business and is too strung up on her high horse to display any kind of customer service etiquette. Whats more is there ARE other shops around Loveland that ARE family companies and DO genuinely care for customers and their oppinions /business. I recommend L1 Auto HIGHLY as theyve always been AMAZING and suggest Affordable Auto Body get a good customer service agent (or start a new family business).This place is the WORST!!

Anything but affordable and as best I can tell dishonest. Earlier this year I received 3 quotes from affordable auto body. One for the roof, one for the hood along with blending into the fenders and one for a couple out of box (not mounted) bumpers. These were separate jobs to be done at separate times. I was told the bumpers could easily be sprayed at any time for $50 each. I ordered the front bumper and necessary bumper brackets. Today I went in to drop off my bumper and was told that I dont touch a bumper job for anything less than $400. and that Paint alone cost me ~$200 for a bumper. and that the person who quoted me before probably just rented space from Affordable AutoBody... Where to even start? The woman who claimed that the original quote writer must have been someone renting space was present during the previous conversation and the original quote writer I spoke with brought me back inside and sat me down at the exact same desk as I was seated today... But lets roll with it. Assume that is true despite evidence to the contrary. Lets go back to the guy saying I dont touch a bumper job for less than $400. Cant fault you there. Voluntary enforceable agreement and all. I strongly question the Affordable part of Affordable AutoBody and Paint. Hell, the Bumper cost $55 shipped to my door bran spanking new. But the obvious crock is that paint for a single pass of one side of one bumper costs ~$200? What an absolute crock. I can buy the paint and clear coat needed for that job retail from local auto-body supply stores in the area for less than half that. And thats me as a regular guy buying just what is needed vs the purchasing power of a multi bay body shop.Conclusions I draw from this:-Affordable AutoBody is possibly allowing sub-lessees to act out of turn as representatives of Affordable Auto Body-They would not honor quotes made on their letter head, discussed inside their office in the presence of the woman who is clearly an actual representative of affordable auto body-Actual cost of service may turn out to be Eight Hundred Present higher than originally quoted.-Affordable to them means $400 of paint and clear coat on a ready to paint new bumper that can be purchased for $55 shipped-They claim their bulk buy cost of consumables for a single bumper is ~$200 when any member of the public can buy it for less than half that.Affordable came recommended to me by customers of the old location. From what I hear they once offered good service and an affordable price. From where I sit it looks like the new location overhead has put pressure on them and both service and affordability have suffered as a result.

The paint on my truck was in really bad shape, when I went to pick up my truck after being painted, I was VERY happy. Far exceeded my expectations. GREAT JOB AT A GREAT PRICE!!!

Got truck back with broken headlights, trailer hitch was pulled out and not hooked up, passenger door would not open, manual mirrors had been put in in place of electric mirrors, wire running across dashboard.

They didnt complete the job and they also tried too charge way over the written estimate! The paint job is horrible!

Called to get a quote for paint job the the person that answered the phone said there to busy for the summer rude and quick to get off the phone. I dont think that I will be going here for my paint needs.

This is the second time I have used this outstanding company. They do a great job and they are very reasonable.

Took my Miata here for a respray. It was affordable($1000 for a basic paint and clearcoat), and they got the job done quickly, but there was a few instances of overspray. They left tape, paper, and some other materials and even some trash in the car. It looks decent, but two weeks in, I already see some imperfections in the paint. It comes with a 3 year warranty, so I hope they are still around. Id reccomend them, just solely on the fact they are local, but MAACO could have done the same for the same price/cheaper. Well see how the paint holds up.

They allowed me to look around with out a pushy salesperson coming out and bothering me.

Avoid at all cost. This is NOT a quality home town shop like I expected. I had to bring my Cadillac back several times. They made promises they couldnt come through on about the repairs, no warranty on the work which cracked a week after completed, added costs, didnt stick to quotes, bondo special, poor quality paint/cut/buff, over-spray all over the car, taped windows without removing trim, didnt paint inside hood area or door jambs, broke more stuff than they fixed, received car with flat tire, turn-signal disconnected, and most of the under-carriage not properly installed.

Not honest at all! Vehicle was in for repairs and when it was returned back, I found out my frame was bent and wasnt fixed let alone brought to my attention.

I had something minor wrong with my car and they took care of it for me! Made my day.

Do not go here. Beyond unprofessional and rude.
