Tyler is one of the nicest people and is always willing to answer any questions. Their work is excellent, and the prices are more than fair. There are other shops and you should choose one of them instead. Was a fairly regular customer of this shop for almost 2 years. The staff never remembered my wife or me. Had my engine seize within a month of an oil change and when christian brothers diagnosed the issue, they determined that advantage was more than likely at fault. When we contacted them they said anything outside of a day or 100 miles would be hard to link to them. Awesome 👌Edit***There is a lot to unpack with the owners response, but ill give it a shot. I brought my vehicle in needing a transmission installed, and the clutch fork was backward. The vehicle oil was drained, and wasnt burning or leaking oil. Christian brothers diagnosed a siezed engine and explicitly expressed that advantage must not have put the proper amount of oil into the vehicle. Lastly, I am aware that I must bare some responsibility, thus I gave what I thought was a fair 2 stars. However, upon consideration, I feel I should update to a more accurate 1 star.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle

My check engine light was on, and when I got my airbag replaced (a day after the light came on), the dealership doing the airbag replacement tried to sell me $2,000 of repairs. I trust Advantage Automotive, so I brought my car there. They diagnosed and fixed what caused the check engine light to be on. They also performed a thorough inspection and recommended only about half of the repairs that the dealership did. Advantage Automotive earns my trust every time we work together. They tell me the truth, they do great repairs, they are fast, they are cordial, and they are professional. I will always take my car to them.

Advantage has been one of the best automotive companies I have had to deal with. Far better than the dealership that I might have dealt with. Although they are located far from where I live, a good friend has taken my vehicles there for me. If something is not right, they correct it immediately. Great place, great service, great people. In for an oil change for the first time. Had them also check my brakes. Gave me the estimate for brakes, let me know about a belt that was needed. Oil change was done timely. Loved that they washed my car. Will definitely be back.

Good location, great facility, nice lobby to wait. Prompt, courteous, and flexible. Shawn? was great. Services were reasonably priced; however, asked for tire rotation, they did not discuss with me about fees and charges me and pursued without agreement (it was higher than I would have presumed). Many facilities will proffer that free of charge with my oil change. Brought my total bill to $105 for standard maintenance service, which in my opinion is rather obnoxious, but probably quite standard. Then they dont even take the time to tell me they didnt address my imbalanced tire pressure, let me back on the road. Had to go back, they take it in again, another 20 minutes just to tell me they still didnt do anything because they dont carry nitrogen--sad day and rather disappointing given the work they do. Oh but I can make another trip somewhere else to have them carry the weight this place didnt. Poor communication, didnt attempt any service recovery. Great little place overall, but I dont live in cherry creek for a reason...wont be going back or referring, unless my car dies in their parking lot

After years of searching for mechanics and just going to the Toyota dealership for everything I found Tyler at Advantage Automotive here in Loveland. I have now been going there for over 2 years and every time I go I am always greeted by Randy who makes you feel welcomed and explains what will be going on and how long it will be. I had a prepurchase inspection done here on an older vehicle. The shop checked all fluids for leaks and condition. Reported back to me that everything was great, no leaks. I decided to purchase the vehicle. Right after buying it, I discover an oil leak. Took it to the shop and had it repaired. Not even a month after that, my motor is blown. I took it to a different shop this time. Turns out that every fluid Advantage said they checked for me was actually leaking and in bad condition. On top of that, the car had 2 oil leaks and they only found and repaired one. So in total, I had my car at Advantage THREE times and they didnt catch these leaks. I have now lost $5K. I would not have purchased this car if Advantage had been accurate in their inspections. I am disappointed because I know Advantage has a great reputation and I really trusted them.

I had taken my truck to my dealer who told me that the issue I paid $700 for was still not fixed correctly. They would not honor their work, and I was scared to go anywhere else. I found Advantage Automotive and took a chance. They not only fixed my truck correctly but also came in way under the price quoted by my (former) dealer - who never fixed it right in the first place!! I was treated fairly and respectfully, and wish I would have found Advantage Automotive 4 years ago!! Thank you so much!

I went here because of all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I figured I needed an alternator replaced, and their first diagnosis said the same thing. But once they got in there to take it out, they noticed the belt was worn. Replaced the belt, ran another test and that was all that was needed. Saved me a couple hundred bucks. They could have just replaced the alternator (and the belt) and I would have been none the wiser. I am very grateful for their honesty. I will be back.

The day before I was heading out of town for Christmas vacation, my car died! The check engine light was on and it went into Reduced Power Mode. UGH! Thankfully, Advantage Automotive was able to squeeze us in right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts ordered. First thing in the morning, they got it repaired and I was on my way! They overall cost was way under what they estimated.

I have brought in two vehicles for service here. The fees are very fair and the customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Our van needed several repairs and Penny broke out the repairs according to cost and urgency so we could make an informed decision about what we wanted to fix. They were honest about one repair that was not a safety issue and could wait until finances permitted the work. They are my new go-to auto shop.
