Im not a picky person but after one by I spit it out.. The bacon is undercooked, the egg was runny, the bagel itself was soggy. Disgusting!

Food is always GOOD! GREAT selection of flavors (schmears)??? Bagels are fresh out of the oven....I used to rave about the service but then Covid hit 🙄🙄🙄

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!!! If your a business owner and ordering for your employees I would go elsewhere. We go to this location almost weekly and order for our office and the past couple times they have gotten things wrong and we understand we have big ordered so we never really say anything. This last time they got 6 out of our 7 sandwiches wrong, and when I called they said our meal would be comped for next time but instead they just double checked everything was right (at least they did that) and didn’t try fixing the situation. When you go there often and spend quit a bit every time you go, and they don’t even trying to mend the situation, that is just bad business. DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

I paid almost $4.00 for this... this is not okay and I wish I would have checked it before leaving the store. How can you charge $4.00 for a bagel with cream cheese and consider this an appropriate amount of cream cheese for $1.89 or whatever you charged me. Someone is being lazy and it is not okay.

Usually a big fan of Einstein bagel franchise, ordered “green chili bagel” with jalapeño cream cheese spread, they didn’t toast it and bagel was cold & tasted very dry. The place was relatively packed and I think they’re doing everything in hurry.

We are down here visiting family and this coffee and bagels puts my local one to shame. Food was made fast and the staff was very friendly.

Busy location especially during the weekend! Very friendly staff and they got our order out fairly quickly for how busy they were . They have a limited coffee menu but the cold brew was very tasty!

Too many problems. They keep putting far too much syrup or flavoring in our coffees. Sandwiches are made wrong half the time and soggy with smear the other half! And I dont like feeling rushed, especially when there is no one behind us. Dont stand there staring at people while they figure stuff out. However, the staff is always friendly and usually tries hard to be patient with us slow people.

Never had a problem with my order until I went to this location. I ended up having to order again and pay again to get what I wanted. Pretty disappointing. Staff wasnt particularly helpful. Pretty sure they throttled my order just to make me wait. At least three people who were after me got their stuff first.

You cant go wrong with an Einstein Bagel. Monday is my favorite day to go because its 13 bagels for $7.

Normally I’d give a 5-star review. I really enjoy the food and service that I receive each time I’m in. However today I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels and 3 hashbrowns; which wouldn’t be an issue normally because when busy I expect to wait, but 9 customers who arrived after me for their orders before me (not counting mobile order or door dash) and I had to ask about mine. Maybe it was just an off day, but it really kinda threw a wrench into my morning.

Generally good. Sometimes they get really busy so you might need to wait. Once in a blue moon things will be a bit sloppy because they are busy.

So I ordered the nova lox bagel. Usually I have really great experience with Einsteins. The portion of lox they put on the bagel here at best seemed like a half serving when compared to all of the other Einstein locations I have been to. These people need to take a trip to Denver airport to see how its really done. Where is the lox???? I shouldnt be able to see that much cream cheese lol.....

My boyfriend and I stopped here during our vacation. We ordered the French toast chicken sandwich and a bagelrito. They were both really good, but the French toast sandwich takes the win for us! The bagelrito had a little bit of a bite to it and was super savory. Lots of pepper, but like I said, it was still yummy. We enjoyed the French toast chicken sandwich so much that we had to go back again the next day before hitting the road to go home! We also got bluberry muffins, cookies, coffee and a Greek yogurt croissant. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. I love love love this place. So disappointed that theres not one near home. I just wanna eat here all the time!

Really cool place. I hadnt ever been to either of the two places they have merged together here before. (Caribou Coffee/Einstein Bros Bagels.) I actually just came in here to use the restroom, but ended up sticking around to charge my phone and drink a delicious mango-key lime smoothie.

Visited for bagel sandwiches(no coffee for us, Starbucks is better). The bagels were good though! The quality and price were appropriate - both being above average. I recommend if you’re looking for a good stop for a bagel sandwich. I got a chorizo sunrise (avocado, cheddar, chorizo, some sauce, and 2 eggs on a green Chile bagel. Was delishh. I’ve only had better bagel sandwiches at the Detroit institute of bagels.

Ummm... I paid almost $4 for a bagel with cream cheese and literally was given a teaspoon if that of cream cheese for the whole bagel. Extremely disappointed! Wish I could add the picture to show you how bad it was!

Manager was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful when my card got ran SIX TIMES for one order. Won’t ever be going back!

This is a Caribou coffee shop and Einstein bagel shop in one. Love both of these franchises and wish there were more of them in northern Colorado. I was in the area and enjoyed stopping, but unfortunately with it being 15+ miles from me, I wont be able to go often. Delicious coffee- we enjoyed it so much more than that other national chain bitter coffee!

I want to do lest then one, placed order in app, picked curb side, and arrived a few minutes early, parked and waited for over ten minutes. Finally went inside and got my order, and was told, oops, food cold. Not off to a good first trip here

Good food but the Loveland Einsteins is not enforcing the face mask ordinance!!!! Takes your appetite away when people are standing next to you with no regard for anyones health. I wont go back till this pandemic is over. There are other food places that enforce the rules.

Good location at busy Loveland CO main intersection of Highway 287 and 29th Street.

Some of the items from the Einsteins menu are no longer available so that is a bummer. The caribou coffee defenitly makes up for it!

This place has never failed me in food. All their food is amazing! Highly recommend the meatball sub and their noodle salad - yum! All their bagels and spreads are great. And they have huge brownies and cookies for dessert

Even when theyre busy the staff is super friendly and get orders out correctly in a timely manner. I cant give 5 stars because theres a lack of basic cleanliness and other concerns. Ive only ever seen one set of milk carafes that they refill all day long so by the time I come in during the afternoon theres hours of.old dried milk on the creamer spout. I also watched a barista pour me a cup of coffee and then proceded to steam it because it was cold. Coffee loses most of its flavor after 30 minutes so that should tell you how it tasted and how long it had to have sat in an insulated chamber to require warming up.

If you get a to go order, make sure to check it first. The bacon was completely left off the Farmhouse sandwich. I filled out a survey and was told the feedback was sent to local store management for follow-up. Im not sure what that means as nobody ever reached out to me.

Good service and a great place. BUT they took the Mint Condition off of the menu, which is my favorite. Bummer. If its advertised on the menu board, I would bet that a lot of people would order it.2016I am VERY HAPPY to see a Caribou coffee shop in Northern Colorado, as they have the BEST coffee, and I am used to the Caribou coffee shops in the Minneapolis area. Highly recommended: Mint Condition Mocha! The coffee-bagel shop was crowded about 10 oclock in the morning, but it was worth it! Employees were happy and friendly.

Agree with previous customers comments. Ordered 2 nova loxes. At best half a bagel of lox. Not a good sandwich and far far overpriced for the portions. Sorry Einstein you should do better!

Been back several times. I drive from north fort collins just for the kind staff. They work really hard and are efficient. LOVE the coffees; iced, blended and hot. All the sandwiches Ive had are pretty darn good! Wish Caribou had more options like they did when they first merged

So few places are open at 5 AM, so this place is an oasis when you cant sleep and need a hot meal with coffee. Bagels are very good and customer service is usually quite friendly and personable. Only problem is that they are often quite busy so theres not much room to sit down.

They have this new bagel called the all nighter and I recommend that you try it. Its delicious!

Coffee is beyond superb! Amazing staff with out standing attitudes! Everyone is extremely nice and patient to fix orders and get the most complicated order to perfection. The bagels are always baked to heavenly bagelness.

***UpdateThe coffee is still much better than the other known coffee shops. Its been over a year since the last review and they are still excellent in quality and service. If I had to complain it would be that they dont get enough folks coming in to help ensure their continued success.I have to say that this place has redeemed itself. From very poor to excellent. The new evening staff is extremely courteous and the food quality has amazed me. It has become my second office as I work on Web projects.

The bagels are good but they never have gotten my order right. Its fine to get bagels and spread for the office but God help you if you order a specialty sandwich.

UPDATE 10/14: After switching to Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros., the place has gone down in quality. Several popular menu items have been replaced, and the coffee bar and soda fountain have been removed. Now that they sell Caribou Coffee, they charge $2.95 for the small (with no refills, obviously) and they even charge you for flavors in the coffee. I got a hazelnut latte and could hardly taste any hazelnut, so its a good thing the coffee spoke for itself.I also got a Hot Chicken Pesto sandwich on a spinach Florentine bagel and ended up with a disappointing sandwich full of cold chicken and very little pesto. They were very kind about the situation and remade it for me, so the staff is still top-notch, but the sandwich still wasnt really hot upon remaking it.The interior looks very nice, but theyve mostly lost my business. Ill still swing by for a bagel and some shmear, but Im not interested in their food or coffee anymore.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Solid food, very tasty. Prices on the high side for the hot sandwiches, but flavors are all great. A small coffee is $1.89, which is a little ridiculous, especially when the medium is only 10¢ more.

This is a Caribou coffee shop and Einstein bagel shop in one.I drive across town at least once a week for coffee here (the coffee is just right and they use real chocolate sauce to make their mochas) but the bagels are amazing too and my teenager loves the bfast sandwiches here. The staff is outstanding and the service is quick, friendly and accurate even during the morning rush.

Great place, Im always taken care of and everyone is always exceptionally friendly. Ill continue to come, keep up the good work! Your community thanks you all!

Every single experience I have had at this coffee shop has been amazing. Their Vanilla Hazelnut never-ending cup of coffee is the best! And their bagels are top of the line!

I come here often, and have always gotten great, friendly service. Today however was a different story. I ordered my bagel and when they called my name is grabbed my food and went to work where I noticed it was wrong. So I went back and while I was telling a female worker what happened, she interrupts me and tries to tell me that I grabbed the wrong bag and screwed up everyones orders. Apparently the bag I grabbed was for D when my name is Seth. Im not deaf and have really great hearing actually, and I know what name they said. She then rolls her eyes and breathes heavily and starts making my bagel. She grabs the bag of wrong food and threw it in the garbage forcefully. I stood there awkwardly until my bagel was ready, she tossed it onto the counter, doesnt hand it to me or apologize, then turns around without a word and keeps working. I come here all the time with my wife and dog and have NEVER gotten treated that badly there or anywhere else in Colorado actually. I havent decided yet whether I will be returning, as Im pretty pissed about the situation right now. I know the owner and I really like him, but the staff this morning... needs some work. EDIT: Einsteins recently merged with caribou coffee and Ive returned a few times since this incident. It has been really great now and Im updating my review accordingly.

We pulled up at 7:15 seeing on the Google listing that they closed at 9. We were very disappointed to find that they actually closed at 7. And their open sign was still facing outside. It would have been nice if your Google listing was correct so we wouldnt have drove out of our way for nothing.

I went to Einstein Bros Bagels just now on my way to work and got to go order. not only were they completely out of both half and half and 2% for my coffee, I ordered an egg and bacon sandwich with cream cheese and to my dismay all I got was the cream cheese. driving to work I now have no meat in my bagel that I paid $8 for. I wont be going back.

A few days ago I got a bagel and it was so good I thought I would do that on a regular basis. This morning I ordered one bagel with cream cheese. 25min later I told the manager I had been waiting for 25min and wondered when I would get my bagel. He said it should only take about 5min to get an order so I must have fallen through the cracks. He said that happens some time. I asked for my money back and he gave me a cash refund. He could have kept me as a customer if he had refunded my money and offered to make my bagel for free for my inconvenience and frustration. I am 75 and walked about 1.5miles to get the bagel for breakfast and take my medication. I had to walk back home and eat cereal and take my meds. The manager at the store either is severely lacking in customer service skills or has so many customers that losing a few doesnt really matter. I had negative self talk all the way home about the experience and had to write this to try to get rid of the thoughts.

The service here was outstanding, far better than I have come to expect at the franchise in Albuquerque! And The Forest Breakfast sandwich was perfect. Way To Go Team!
