This location was beautiful! I would also like to mention a worker there named Hayley! She was literally phenomenal! I came in looking for a new scent that smelled fresh and beautiful and she handed me (Lakeside Morning) and I literally screamed it was exactly what I was looking for! The candle was a match made in heaven! It was literally like Edward meeting Bella for the first time 🥺💞 anyway! This location was great I highly recommended! Ask for Hayley!

Hayley. Wow.Blown away here.I went in and just straight up asked “you guys pretty good at picking scents?”And WOW!I let her know I wanted something subtle, that smelled clean. Something on the masculine side, but with a hint of sweet (just like me) lolAnd I got paired with the PERFECT match.It was like when they handed Harry Potter his wand.Just magical! 😂Thank you, girl!I hope reviews count for something in y’all’s book.She’s an AMAZING asset to that company.(Talk about going above and beyond. I felt so VIP the way she handled my experience there)Everyone in that store was so knowledgeable and had great customers service, but Hayley helped me out with choosing what I was really looking for.I appreciate your time and patience, we didn’t have to go through but a few scents.You’re terrific at what you do!

Nick at the Loveland location was very helpful with my selections. I come here often, and recently needed to stock up on soaps. Nick had the right recommendations for me, and made me laugh along the way. What normally takes me a long timeTrying to decide on soaps, I was in and out within 5 minutes (minus the lady at check out..not as nice and ruined the experience) but thanks to Nick I walked out with 4 out of 6 new scents. Way to go, Nick.

Love this store! But....too many people in the store at one time. Thats the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars.

My only complaint is that a lot of my favorite items are stocked seasonally with no off season items available for purchase on their website. Other than that every store I have been to has been clean, the shelves well stocked, and the staff willing to help.

ALL THE YES! Great promotions and deals. Prefer the body butter to the lotion though. Feel like some of the household items (candles and accessories) can be a little overpriced. Still......Im a huge fan!

Returned two bottles of shower gel, one opened, one sealed, which I had purchased on line, having taken a chance on the fragrance. Bad choice on that particular fragrance. Oh well..... The local store was more than happy to exchange with my online receipt. A very nice and informative sales gentleman took care of me. He even took time to sample candle scents. I purchased two, three wick candles. Great experience!

I am addicted to bath and body works, so when I go anywhere near one, I go in and I usually buy. This place holds significant good memories for me, but thats beside the point: the customer service here is on point and I absolutely love the staff-theyre all so pleasant.

Really good experience there today! And usually every time I go! I was able to return some soaps for a different scent that I had gotten for Christmas at no charge. I wish their checkout was in a different place its a little crammed because its in the back of the store and can get hot if its busy. But have had really good luck with the staff there.

I am so disappointed in the manager, Dre, at this store. Every time I go in I am sarcastically greeted and treated like I shouldn’t be able to shop there. If I come in to return something I am ridiculed by her and made to feel like I shouldn’t be able to make legitimate returns or purchases. All the other girls are sweet, and I don’t know if it’s because I used to work at this store, but I still don’t think I should be treated how I am. I’ll shorten the story so I don’t bore you. I placed an online order and received a free body cream and fragrance mist, and found out I didn’t like the scents when I received it. I came in to exchange it for a different scent and the manager asked me “well why did you get the freebies if you didn’t like the scent?” What kind of question is that? I didn’t know that I wouldn’t like the scents during purchase, and they were free... it’s not like I came in to return them and get money back when I didn’t even pay for them in the first place. It’s a shame because I love shopping in the store, I just wish I didn’t get constantly disrespected whenever I go into the store.

I always wk out with at least 50 dollars of products. It is pure aroma therapy just walking into the place. So much to choose from. I can only afford to shop there on their sales as the prices are somewhat higher than I can e er afford. The staff is always very helpful. Check out is very expeditious. They definitely will have my business for a very long time. My favorite thing to buy there is the big 3 wick candles. They sit longer than any you buy from anywhere else. Well with the exception of party lite candles. But then Party lite is way more expensive. So for now as anyway I will stick with ath and body works for my aroma therapy needs....

Wife loves this place

Typical got my coupons in the mail need to use them before they expire stop stop. Always helpful employees willing to make coupons work so you get the best prices and deals. Love their twice a year Yellow Duck sales...great product, dirt cheap prices, almost like stealing since you can use coupons on top of 75% off!

I typically go to this one and I like it mostly. The only thing is the last two times I’ve been in, a woman named Dre is really rude to me and my family. I’m not sure if she’s a manager since I see her frequently but she is just really sarcastic and won’t look at you when you ask a question. The girls who check me out are always sweet and I’ve never had anyone else be rude to me there. Just an issue that needs to be pointed out since she shouldn’t treat people in this way.

Favorite place ever!

Not as good selection or prices as in days gone by. Too many candles and wall scents, which are not good for your health. Clerks are very helpful.

It was real hard to smell all the senses with the face masks on.

I went in to buy shea lotion for my wife, I asked4 people to help me. Each person would point towards one part of the store and say its over there. Finally a lady came up and I told her I wanted the shea butter cream or lotion.I guess I should have read before buying. She gave me shra body wash. There were so many employees, but No one seemed to want to help me.I will be returning this and taking my business somewhere else.Thanks for nothing!
