This liquor use to be a good one to go to. But lately there stock is low. A liquor this big should have huge variety of stuff to choose from.

Inventory is low in depth… If you want a case of the same wine for example you’re not going to find it in too many of the selections they keep here. I also find the prices here to be a bit inflated.

Seemed like a liquor store LOL went in and the gentleman was a little pushy about one I wanted because I wasnt sure I was looking at the drinks behind the counter and it came off like he was impatient or I was taking too long and he kept saying do you know what you want now do you know what you want now. I will not be back thankfully I dont live in Loveland anymore so I dont have to that often

Came in for a keg for my birthday and was treated rudely buy the staff who didn’t seem to have any idea what was going on. We called ahead and they said they would have it ready and when we got there they told us they didn’t have it. Then proceeded to tell us they didn’t know if they had it, then of course they ended up saying they had it. But before we could get it the guy at the counter asked us to leave for simply standing there and waiting for our order. Never coming back here again.

Pretty good selection for everything. For a medium size liquor store, they have a lot of unused space! I would love to see more. They are missing some of my favorites, such as trader vics liqueurs, Irish mist, 360 flavored vodkas, some ciders I really like. I will come here for the basics because its close, but will have to find somewhere else to get the unique stuff. Excellent service!! They went above and beyond for me.

I’ve been buying Maker’s Mark here since we moved here 4 years ago. Something has changed lately with this store. Shelves are bare. They have been out of Maker’s for 2 weeks and out of our Jose Cuervo margarita mix for over a month. My wife works next door to Liquor Max so we will just go there from now on. Sorry.

I really like how they run discounts and deals there. I also find one worker very helpful. He has like longer black hair and is tall. He is the bomb. I love going there on my lunch at work to stock up.

On multiple occasions, they were very rude to both me and my partner. The last time I was in, I bought a 6 pack of imported beer and one of the bottles was broken. The cashier blamed it on me and got very rude.

Morgan upon your request here is some detail for not being 5 stars. I did up from previous 3 star rating to 4.First for a big floor print of your store there is not a large selection of product. Compare your space to say Brix across which smaller. Your cooler section not very big. It is pretty dark in the store. There is not much decor.Also the times I have been in there the staff has not been super friendly or helpful. The service was the main reason for the 3 stars to start.I will stop back in when I a shopping at King Soopers and give your place another chance and update to 5 stars if things have changed.

They have a person to help you. Want to find a new favorite beverage? They have free tastings twice a week! And their selection is massive.

For months now--MONTHS--Thompson Valley Liquor have barely had any cheap champagne. (Over the last few months though --it seems they have added a lot of expensive champagne. $10 and up.) The Cooks they sometimes have, but it runs out quick. If you wait til Friday and Saturday--they are out. The Andre Spumante is never in --even in the middle of the week--and their story is that their distributor wont bring them any. However every other liquor store around has it. And some have it cheaper. I wish I knew the real story. They seem strangely attached to a distributor that is against cheap champagne. ** Now sometimes they have the champagne. Its gotten better. So I changed my review from 1 star to 3.

This was my boyfriends and is favorite liquor store, we would come in at least once a week. Last time we were there they charged him twice for a bottle of jim beam, he went back in with the recepit and a bank statement and the manager refused to give him a refund or even help (He had been waiting 20 minutes at least for the manager to even show up.) The woman he talked to on the phone before coming into the store even said that they had been having probelms with the machine and to come in and theyll refund him, But they refused. Hope that extra $20 bucks was worth losing regular costumers!
