Both associates that I have worked with seem clueless. My husband explained our situation and she seemed to not care, absolutely no interaction. No greeting when we walked in, and no other customers in store to say that she was busy. Our experience all around has been ridiculous. We can’t make calls or send messages when need be. The one customer service person over phone has been great but still no service but was committed to call us back in a few days for update on our horrible phone service. Prior to that we called customer service about a month ago, and supposedly was going to get new SIM card in mail which we never received and was asked to go to store to pick up, which we did and girl at store was going to charge us when notes were made that they were free. My husband told her to look at last notes and she didn’t even read them until we started calling at&t. Wish we never left Sprint!!!!!!

No one knows what there doing. You call customer service they tell you to go to a corporate store the store calls customer service..its a joke. Hour long wait times. Bills messed up. Never received the first responder discount. Called 5 months and still never received it. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Worked with The New Manager Randy on getting new phones set up. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had his staff finish setting up and Brenda was incredible as well. Will definitely be using this store more in the future.

This store has amazing customer service. The Manager treated mw with respect and wasnt pushy with up-sales that you get at a big box store. I got a great screen protector to keep my phone from breaking. I will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade!Thanks

Enjoyed working with this store and Randy is very knowledgeable and friendly, was very helpful seting up my device. I had ordered online and needed help setting up. But with the service I was given in this store I will be doing all my shopping for AT&T at this store going forward. Still considering seting up TV service as he showed me a new home system that was truly amazing.

Not a fan of AT&T in general. With that said we are full time rv’ers and in search of better hot spot options. Which is what brought us in to this store. The three gentlemen working there that day did try to give us the options they knew about and did try to help us. Did not walk out with anything better than we already had or knew.

We came to the store not knowing exactly what we wanted to replace an old Windows based phone. Ended up purchasing a new IPhone after significant discussion. The transfer of information was complicated due to the different operating platforms and other technical reasons. The young woman that was helping us was knowledgeable, patient, persistent and fun to interact with and did a great job. It was a good experience!

The young lady who helped me make my purchase was knowledgeable and very personable. I was about to jump ship after dealing with customer service several times on the phone, but after being with AT&T for over 15 years I am glad I went in to a store to get some answers. If I can keep from dealing w/anyone over the phone I will do it!

They didn’t have my phones in stock, there was no signal in the store and I had to go outside to make a phone call, the person helping me seemed new and was kind, but instead of checking to see if they had the phones in stock before doing anything, she changed my plan and screwed up my bill with a bunch of fees and stuff. Nice people, not the best service both customer service and phone service

Terrible experience beginning to end. System went down in store while purchasing my phones, took hours to complete my purchase after gathering my personal info. AT&T did not honor any of their specials which were the reasons I signed up with them (after not sharing any of the supposed small print of things that would disqualify me from their specials.) Estimate of costs were way off from what actual bill showed when it showed up 2 months later. (too late to cancel!) I signed up for a personal cell phone plan but a business account was created for me instead and theres nothing any of the robotic customer service people can do about it. The store associate who initially set up my phone accidentlly downloaded their hundreds of personal contacts in my phone when creating it which I later had to remove one by one. Then you lose an arm & leg getting out of their services. Customer support in store, online & by phone is so awful. Run away from this company if you still can! And in the end, my Apple phone 7 doesnt even work right. Clarity is terrible on calls and I dont receive all my text messages sent from others.

Absolutely worst experience at AT&T. When we asked what the differences between phones we were told there were none and handed a piece of paper to read for ourselves. When we asked if there were any phones without glass backs we were had to look for ourselves. We purchased one phone and ordered another because they didnt have in stock. We were told it would be overnighted to our home. When we arrived home we got an email saying we would get our phone in Feb or March 2020. When we called customer service we were notified it was on back order. They should have noticed this when placing the order at the store. Seemed to only know how to run my card for money rather than about phones they are there to sale.

Absolutely the worst cell phone shopping experience we have had to date. We went in for a pretty simple request. Upgrade (4) cell phones all on the same account. When we arrived there was one other customer in the store, no big deal they got to us quickly. From that exact moment they called us up, we were in the store just shy of 3 hours!!!!!There was an obvious new employee who was training at the time, again no big deal. However Brenda (store manager) decided it would be a good idea to dump the entire order on the poor employees lap and headed to the back to “send some emails”. Our sales representative was trying her best but obviously needed support. She went back to the back no less than 10 times to ask questions while the store manager did who knows why back there. After 45 minutes or so of this, the store manager emerged to my excitement only to say she’s only coming up front to get her lunch order and she’s on a mandatory lunch break so she can’t help.The circus continues as our sales rep continues to go back and forth to the back to the obvious dismay of Brenda who was very short and irritated with her “bothering” her. During the time of the new employee trying her best, she somehow deactivated one of the phones that was to be a Christmas present, and is unable to reverse the mistake so our daughter now doesn’t have cell phone service from the 12-13-19 until Christmas Day because the new phone under the tree has been activated while her existing phone is no longer working. When it came to the 4th phone, she informed us they didn’t have it but would be happy to order it for us and have it shipped to the house. We said great no problem, once again Brenda refused to come off of her mandatory lunch break and help this process. After the last 45 minutes of this on the last phone we said forget it, cancel it we are leaving and walked out. Not so much as an I’m sorry guys I appreciate your patience etc. absolutely no remorse, and no willingness to try to help the horrible situation. I don’t so much have an issue with the new employee as I do the supposed store manager who fed her to the wolves for what she called much needed training. Not only to she set this poor young lady up, we were the ones to suffer the effects of mis-management.Now that Christmas has come and gone we got the one phone issue resolved with our daughters phone now she has a working cell phone again. We ended up going to a different store and ordering the 4th phone which was a 10 minute process that was painless. I have since called the store 3 times to speak with a manager whom I found out is.. surprise Brenda! She is always busy, can’t get to the phone so I’ve left 3 messages with other sales associates, allOf which have gone unreturned.For a AT&T business account owner this process has totally ruined it for me, and am in the process of looking for a new business provider for us. Pretty pathetic display of effort, customer service, and care especially from the manager. I WOULD AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself the headache and go the Centerra store.

Wait was too long in the morning so I went back on my lunch break only to see a We Will Return At sign with no employees to be found. I went to the new AT&T store at the Thompson Valley shopping center instead. 1/10 dont recommend unless youve got all day to sit around and wait.

Ordered new phone 8/15 and was told Id get same day delivery between 2-4pm. No one ever showed up. 8/16 I call att customer care and they say it is lost in transit and cancelled order and refunded my money. Never once did anyone try to make it right. They just cancelled and said goodbye. I will now be cancelling all my att phone accounts and will be switching to Verizon. Do not go with att or waste time going to the 29th st store in Loveland.

We have never been treated so badly at any of the stores ever!! We walked in and the manger took our name and we sat down. We waited for 15-20 mintues. In those last 5 mintues we were the only people in the store. The manger plus 3 other people were sitting at a table talking and watching sports!!! They kept looking at us over and over again. So I stood up and yelled are you serious... there is 5 people not doing anything, are you not going to help us? and the only girl in the store apologized and said Im sorry I didnt know you needed help when she said that it made us even more mad so we just left. We will never go back to this store location ever againAt least Garret at the loveland location was more than nice enough to help us as soon as we stepped through the door and he was helping someone else.

Spring Mobile made a mistake signing me up. Since they did not list my billing address as the same as my business address I did not receive 900 dollars in promotional credits. I called corporate ATT and they said spring mobile is responsible. Several attempts to get it corrected by spring mobile led nowhere. They were unresponsive

This is the worst experience with cell companies that I have had in the 20 + years using mobile phones!! Whatever you do, do not become a customer with AT&T. They will flat out lie to you to get you to buy thier phones and service. I bought 4 phones from the Fort Collins store and the sales rep, Jamie lied to me about several things. Unfortunately I di not figure it out until after the 14 day return policy.
