Service is terrible. Usually one person working and he has difficulty multitasking. Internet apparently is bad in the building as their systems are down more than they are working. All i need to do is pay my bill. All other locations dont seem to have a problem with that.

We were helped by Patrick and Mark. Great guys. Patrick was great in answering our questions and being patient while I was on the phone with my old company. We felt so welcomed and we appreciated the ease of getting 2 new lines and our devices! Fantastic deals going on and we walked out with more than we needed and we are stoked about our new stuff! Mark was a sweet guy too with a great attitude, made us feel like we were definitely making the right choice! Give these guys a raise. They deserve it!

Blanca was awesome. She really knows her stuff! I decided to switch to this location for a better customer service experience, and Im glad Blanca was able to answer all my questions and help with setting up my new phone. My family and I are very satisfied with our purchases.

The girl switch my line cancelled the line first so I would have to pay the full month instead of just re activation. They lied said she did not mess up when the other store said she did !! Very mad at the lies !!! Because they should have to pay for her mistake not mine and now I cant even find a number to call and tell them I know they messed up and lied !! Not the end of this !

Love this place bc its cheap

I hate to leave negative reviews but when your experience was as bad as mine sometimes to you have to. The two girls up front are useless, they seem to watch Netflix and YouTube videos all day while theyre working they have no knowledge of phones or the system their registers are running. They would have stolen money from me had I not put my foot down and demanded a full refund. Avoid this store at all costs it is that bad.
