I dont write reviews very often but I feel like I need to because this is a fantastic store. Ive been going here for years. If you want a little something sweet this is the store for you. If you want more then this is also the store for you. The variety of all things chocolate means that you never run out of options. From fudge to caramel apples to sea salt caramels to some unusual surprises (chocolate covered potato chips anyone?), there is something here for you. I will continue to come back!

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory of Loveland is amazing! Locally owned, WONDERFUL manager, excellent service, delicious chocolates! They even take custom orders & do catering for parties, events, and weddings! Just tried their new spring floral collection chocolates...WOW! But my absolute favorite is their fudge - made in-house, by hand! 👍👍

They have the most delicious chocolates & treats! I especially love how they have seasonal chocolates -- like Hot Cocoa Truffles around Christmas & Dipped Strawberries around Valentines Day! The manager, Harmony, always goes above & beyond -- she is the friendliest, most knowledgeable Chocolatier youll ever meet! They do fun events too -- like childrens workshops & pairings. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Bought milk chocolate covered pecans, they are delicious. Ask the price the young lady said she didnt know. I bought 4 pieces and noticed the price was almost 25$ a #. The candy was delicious. Might go back again.

Love this shop for two reasons. First its chocolate! That always makes my day. Second they make excellent hot chocolate, in the Rocky Mountains that makes all the difference. Lots of cocoa nibs, not too sweet, or too hot, topped with a dollop of whipped cream! Pure Bliss in a cup❤️

Love this store and the staff! Always so friendly and you can tell they work their butts off! I love when I make it in and the fudge is being made fresh or they are dipping the apples in the kettle of caramel! YUMMY! Have been going here since the mid 2000s and will continue to be a long time customer to come!

Great selection, and more than just chocolate. They have coffees, ice cream, apples w caramel and sometimes candy coated too. The manager, who is amazing, is there almost every day and really loves her job. Support this business, bring in a smile and enjoy some gourmet treats.

I love their chocolate. It is tasty and they offer a large selection. What I do not like is the staff. I have been to this location several times throughout the years and I feel like the staff is almost always, short, temperamental and rushed.

The service was bad AGAIN!.... we might go back when they hire a staff with a sense of humor.. maybe, maybe not...but this is the 2rd time we have gotten bad service, and both times it was from different sales clerks. Thank you sales girl for throwing my candy in the bag.. thank you for walking away when I was still talking. Thank you for being humorless and ruining my chocolate experience. We wont be back.

The staff was friendly enough when we came in. Offered a sample for us to try. And the chocolates were great, as usual. Not a huge store, but they had a nice selection.

Went here to treat my boyfriend today. The lady came out of back and apologized for not coming right out. Ok, thats good. When I went to tell her what we wanted, she turned sour. I was apparently taking up her time, she acted real agitated. She asked if I wanted them boxed and I said yes, she threw them in there with no care. I would think a 30 dollar sale on Wednesday at noon would be a good thing. Service was horrible. Dont act like customers are interrupting your time.

Great chocolate but expensive

My family went in today Sunday they went that busy at the time. We were deciding what we wanted the girl asked if we were ready then just walked off and helped somebody else. It started getting busy and she continued helping pal that just got there., she asked somebody else if they needed help my daughter says yes I do! And the girl just rolled her eyes very unprofessional!
