Nice shop with a huge selection of pipes. Seriously tons of glass at all price levels so there’s something for everyone. We bought a couple of really nice hand blown water bubblers and a couple of small glass pipes. The service was great as was the quality. Nice to see a local shop supporting a local glass blower. Will definitely shop here again next time we visit!

See this little guy? I made this little guy a few months back when it was ran by an amazing individual. I willingly paid an extra $1.28 per pack of American Spirits just for good conversation and great customer service. He never sold me anything I didnt want or need, but always found things I wanted or needed.Now they are under new ownership. The new kid in there has manners gained from a shampoo bottle. He is very much American, but speaks English as well as those in Idiocrocy. Rude, bad conversation and NO CARE for my needs. I wish I could go into that store and snatch this bear right off the wall. They really dont deserve to have it, but I really dont want to go jail for being an Indian giver. Do I even have that right as a partial Native American?

Impulse bought a new vape (Smok Nord 4) that was really similar to the one I already own (Smok RPM 80) because the dude told me the airflow was better, adjustable, and there was a 30 day return period. The Nord 4 leaks juice worse than my past few Smoks and fires in my pocket a lot more often so Ive been less than impressed. Went back with receipt 5 days later and got told they only do exchanges if the item is broken.edit to respond to owner: Hi Nalena. I appreciate the offer but Im over it. The whole situation made me feel as though I had been taken advantage of to sell a vape. Bear Necessities might need $40 that bad, but I dont.

I usually have a good experience here but I went and purchased 3 puff bar plus and 2 out of the 3 didn’t work and they don’t give refunds but let you buy another at 50% off not sure why an exchange can’t happen but 2 out of the 3 not working?!? I spend a decent amount of money probably won’t be buying from here again.

The puff bars taste like chemicals and dont last long, I bought a water nectar collector and I found out it was cracked in the middle filter that kept the water inside and then I went to try it anyways and it cracked after heating it up it wasnt even red hot or that hot so I go to take it back and they say they cant do anything, such a rip off after being a returning customer they cant even return something that was broken before let alone they shouldnt be selling broken pieces

I moved to the other side of town, but I still go back and buy my smokes here. The store is clean and well-organized. Theyve never been out of my brand, so whoever does the ordering is on top of things!

I live in Denver and smoke at a lot of different lounges. I like this place a great deal, fantastic selection of cigars, the humidor is kept properly (probably some of the best kept cigars I have ever smoked in Colorado) and the lounge is quiet and not full of people.

They have always taken great care of me. Above the expectations. Always friendly and ready to help. Every employee has been awesome!!!

Wow, this place is a effing joke. I was browsing around and looking for something to help me out with my probation. Saw an item and purchased it. And noticed that I had bought the wrong item and ask the gentleman to exchange, and He said all sales are final. I had not even touched the product yet. If youre looking for a bunch of d-bags that will take your money go here. If you want good service and a clean place that doesnt have ants and roaches crawling all over go somewhere else. SMH.

This is actually my favorite Vape place to go overall anywhere! Great selection with a good variety on pricing, my personal favorite juice theres only $10 which is hard to find anywhere nowadays! On top of that, management is always willing to work with you, I even bought some scratch and dent bongs for cheap one time! Overall, passionate people about what they do that think outside the box and will work with you if you have a budget in mind... Cant ask much more than that!

The customer service here is unbeatable. Every time I walk in, I feel like Im visiting friends. Theyre very welcoming and glad to see you when you stop in. They are also VERY competitively priced. I kick myself everyday for not stopping in here sooner. I bought a vaporizer at another store a few months ago only to learn I could have bought a newer better model here for a much better price. I recommend this place to everybody.

I would drive up here from Denver to buy supplies. In fact when I lived in Denver I did drive up here. I mean they are a smoke shop, sure... but they are also people who care about what they are doing, and about their customers and their prices. Dude, owners son, who took over is rude and makes one feel he is put out the moment you walk in the door. They made a huge mistake by underestimating Mikes worth running this store. Mike was the reason so many came in, greeted with a smile and treated EVERYONE as a friend. There are too many options to buy cigarettes, vapes and smoking accessories in town. Lost my business!

Rude not very helpful this woman was slamming my stuff around cause I refused to by a certain coil for my vape mod wont ever come here again she charged me 15$ for anbox of 3 smok vape coils never paid that much been buying them for 7$ a box of 3 not sure about the pricing though to be honest just the rudeness of this woman!!!

Bear Necessities is so wonderful and so are the people that work there! Such amazing people that keep me coming back for interaction with them is what really drives this business.

This place has gone downhill since Mike was forced to leave (from what I’ve heard, he was given an ultimatum to sign a binding contract to prevent him from starting his own store or leave.The man brought that shop from nothing, to what was near perfection, not the owners.) Things that were regularly bought by me before are constantly out of stock due to them failing to be ordered. (I’ve been going in after deliveries on Tuesdays so I know they aren’t sold out) The whole vibe and inner appearance of the place has vastly dimished. No more friendly charm or quirky things to make the place more comfortable. The kids working there seem nice enough, but generally fail to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience that enticed me to go back like I received before. The main manager on the weekdays always seems like he’s on something, he’s polite, but it’s very offputting to me (he’s definitely not just smoking grass.) I have given the shop multiple attempts in the past few weeks, only to leave disappointed everytime. Looks like it’s time to find a new glass shop!

This place is incredible. Im a vape smoker and its nearly impossible to find a flavor that isnt like smoking fruit loops unless I want to smoke tobacco flavor (eww). The owner was patient and took quite a while to get a good fit for me. When I needed a new vape he was willing to let me return the first one since it was too complicated for my needs. Thats something Ive never experienced. Usually its not returnable regardless of the reason. Truly I cant say enough about the owner. Hes the kind of guy that values hi customers over all else.
