Friendly staff and great merchandise. The store was clean and well organized. I saw a lot more variety in Oakley merchandise there than any other sporting goods store that sells Oakley.

Both employees took turns providing answers to my 50 questions, all while each was adding great unknown details about Oakley products. This they we’re doing while assisting other customers. The service was top tear, as was the facility and clearly their products speak for themselves.

Got exactly the sunglasses I needed and Ryans help was great in picking the correct frames and prescription lenses at a fair price. Needed sturdy sunglasses for skiing and hiking in Colorado.

Great customer service! The guy took his time and recommended items for me, asked what we were up to for the day and I told him we were shopping for My Dad and husband! I told him my Dad was a golfer and he let me know about the 2 for$60 on golf polos, recommended hats for golfers and was extremely nice! 1 stop shopping and done!

Stopped by this shop the other day to look for a pair of sport sunglasses for running/biking. Komron (sp?) was working the store, and absolutely could not have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I felt bad walking in 10 minutes before the store closed and then floundering in indecisiveness at all of the color/lens combinations. He must have pulled out 20 different pairs of sunglasses and lenses, enthusiastically making suggestions and answering questions on each one. And then, when the particular combination of frame color & lens that I liked best wasnt in stock, he offered to take down my number and give me a call when they came back in. This guy just went above & beyond at a time when he easily could have been frustrated and wanting to close up the store instead. Absolutely some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced.

Ive been on the hunt for a great pair of sunglasses for a while. Admittedly, I came here hoping to just see some of the styles in person before buying online, but I was incredibly impressed with the employees. They knew exactly what models I was referring to based on vague descriptions, and had a ridiculous understanding of their product. Moreover, I visited twice several days apart and the guy that helped me remembered what I was looking for, the pairs I had tried on, etc. Very impressive.Finally, the store itself was always super clean and organized, and the employees always practiced social distancing, etc. You can certainly find some of their glasses cheaper online, but with the extra service/warranty that you get in person, it might be worth the difference.

This is my third time in in less than two years. Kamran Sobhian has helped me every time I come in. I’ll spend over an hour sometimes deciding on new sunglasses. The overall look, feel and design are important to me. Kamran spends the time to explain the ins and outs of each pair, what’s new, what he likes and what he doesn’t like in both the frames and lenses. Today I came in looking to buy prescription glasses, again Kamran was there to help explain the entire process. Furthermore he sold me a new pair of Radar’s. There’s a reason I keep coming back and it’s because of this young man. He works extremely hard to make sure his customers are taken care of. I’ve come back three times in less than two years. Yes the brand itself plays a big part in this but mainly it’s because of the service I receive. In today’s society hard working, dedicated professionals are far and few, Kamran is the whole package and I will continue to come in and spend my money with this store because of him and his staff.

Great place. Unfortunately lost my new Holbrook xls at the Waterpark a month after getting them. Wish they had an insurance policy you could purchase for your oakleys.

Great experience at the Oakley store in Centerra.Went in to look at some sunglasses. Found a great one and was able to get my an additional discount with my Vison Insurance. I was also able to find some additional items that were also on sale. There were 3 young men working in the store and they had great customer service.

Sales associate named Cameron cashier number 749994 refuses to give the 20% off discount that is being offered by Oakley for a purchase I would shop elsewhere.Spent over $100 to have him tell me we dont have too offer it.

My frames broke and I called in to get a replacement part. I spoke with Christine who was very helpful in explaining what she could do. I stopped in after work and she was friendly and quick to get my glasses fixed and on my way. Thank you for the great customer service. Highly recommend giving her a visit.

They had a buy one get the 2nd 1/2 off deal going on, so that is always good! The store is nice and the sales people are helpful and friendly! They have a good selection of clothing and glasses.

Oakley Loveland has some of the best customer service that I have experienced in retail. Josh and Abi go out of their way to find what you want and make sure it fits properly. The store has been a great addition to the shops at Centerra and very much needed in Northern Colorado. When you enter the store you are greeted with friendly service. Make sure you stop by and visit.

Called asking if I could purchase an Oakley Gift card. I was told that they have been out of gift cards since Christmas and have not restocked. But it was suggested that I could go to Wal-Mart and purchase a Visa card and come back and use it at their store !!! Really !!!
