John the mechanic was amazing in his customer service and his knowledge of how to fix my jeep. He just squeezed me in between what he was working and fix the problem in no time flat. I will be recommend all of my friends and family to have him work on all of our cars and trucks! John keep up the great work and I will be sending more work your way.P.S. I started getting my gas here because I noticed my car running poorly when I was filling up at other gas stations.. I get my 10¢ off reward and 15¢ on Tues threw my phone provider. The service is amazing all the employees are very sweet and helpful and I also discover they have a mechanic shop in the back witch was icing on the cake. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of me making my needs priority. I had been to 2 other mechanics for the same issue and told different things and prices, but at Johns auto repair he was able to show me what was wrong with my car and replaced the part immediately because it was a safety concern and dangerous for me and my daughter to be driving around in our car with our tie rod as bad as it was ... 😁I will definitely be coming back for all my mechanical needs !

The customer service I got from John was beyond anything I could ever expect. I just happen to be getting gas and John just started talking to me. I told him I had a problem with with my 2005 ford truck. He said bring it on in and I will take a look at it. With in a15 minutes, he figured out what was wrong with it and with in a hour it was running better then the day I bought it. THANKS JOHN for everything you did for me and will be sending anyone I know who needs work to your shop. 5 stars all the way.I just wanted to add one more thing to my review.The person who left a bad review about the gas station and the mechanic on duty are way off. I have been coming there for years and with the new owners and the new mechanic John I have not seen a drop in service at all. What I have learned in the service industry, you can not make everyone happy its impossible to do. If I was a customer and read that review, it sound like that person could never be happy. The whole team there including the mechanic are good hard working people. Keep up the good work and dont worry about the review.

I am very pleased with the customer service and prices. I will continue my business at this store. The auto repair did some extensive repairs on my truck and were extremely competitive andfast. Saved over $400 from quotes I had from other shops.

This station is always very clean. The people are friendly and helpful. And their mechanic John is the most honest and fair priced mechanic I have ever dealt with.

One of the best gas stations in Loveland! They are locally known for the cleanest restroom in Loveland as well. They have a brand new car wash and will fill any size propane tanks. Cant wait to visit again.

I had john fix my vehicle. I went to several other mechanics and they couldnt find the issue he jumped right on it and figured it out within minuets. Definitely recommend him to fix your car!! He is the reason i get gas there now.

THEIR MECHANIC RIPPED ME OFF! HE MADE UP A FAKE $3000 BILL THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZED. THE MECHANIC TRIED TO STEAL MY CAR UNTIL THE FAKE BILL WAS PAID. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET MY CAR BACK.

Amazing shop! There is usually little to no wait to get in. They do a outstanding service with nice, kind, knowledgeable staff. They do everything from oil changes to light repairs. I got my oil done and Jonah was very helpful!
