Well I never actually got to use them but I can speak to their service. I was super swamped and completely forgot I needed something embroidered until memorial day. Even though they were not open, rarely do sameday work and were using the day to get ahead on other projects, they were wiling to open their doors to me to do my very small, yet very important job.
