Tonight we got two quartz of ice cream and got charged too much. The sign in the window says that it is 10.99 for two qrtz. We got charged 13.18 plus tax which comes to 14.06 when it should have been 11.87 total. Because the 2 quartz are on sale for 10. 99.

Always tasty! Tables could be cleaned a bit more frequently, but otherwise clean & shiny. I wish the prices were a little lower. Staff is surprisingly friendly given the customer base. Pleasant experience every time!

I love the variety of ice cream they have here. Their ice cream cakes are exceptionally well and I get one every year for my birthday. I would definitely recommend the waffle cone because theyre usually fresh and when you walk in the door you smell the fresh waffle cones.

Love this place, always have anywhere i go in the U.S.A. This particular location has a very poor atmosphere though. It is on the corner in a very busy shopping plaza. I have a toddler so things like this are significant to me. When you come here your options after purchase are sit in the store, out on the corner in the heat or get in your car and leave, which makes my visits a whole lot more seldom than they would be with a young child. They have excellent ice cream and i hate to be negative but Im providing my honest opinion.

Employee was super rude. I didnt get both cookies that come with the warm cookie sundae. (1 scoop, 2 cookies, toppings) Its a pretty expensive treat so when I didnt receive both cookies I asked for the other. Just wanted what I paid for. The employee clearly didnt know the menu and was rude about it. Even after she looked back at the menu and read it with me she insisted that it didnt come with another cookie.... Even though it said it RIGHT THERE on the board. It was super uncomfortable. I did finally get that cookie and went and ate my icecream with my children. BUT it all could have been easily avoided by properly trained staff.

Dont go here when they have idiot teenagers running the place. Took forever to order, then even longer to pay. One employee was helping his friend, giving him all the fixings and ignoring all the other customers. We had to ask to pay for our ice cream because they wouldnt pay attention. Could have walked right out and they never would have known.....

Its way better than the ice cream in jail.

9:59pm, still some people in the lobby. We were told we have to start closing so the lobby is now closed we cant serve you. When I was in food service we never turned away a sale, especially when multiple parties are willing to make purchases. Those were sometimes are busiest moments.

If the yogurt shop across the street hadnt closed I would have walked out. There are no clean tables or chairs, ice cream melting in the window sills. Tubs over flowing and melting. And 3 people working, no customers to wait on, yet no one has thought to clean the store up.

Ice cream was good but.. I had to change my son that is 3 months old and there was no changing table in mens room or womens room nor was there big enough counter top to safely change him!

I have been to this location 3 times in the past month 2 of which they said they were out of chocolate ice cream. What is up with being out of one of the most favorite flavors???I wouldnt recommend any one going to this store if you are in hopes of chocolate.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the premium sundae for delivery that said it came with three scoops of Reece’s ice cream and layers of fudge and instead I got a single scoop of ice cream and a little bit of fudge. I paid 7.59 and got a kids size ice cream.

I miss the old days years ago when I got ice cream at Baskin Robbins. My wife and I just moved to Lovekand and it was great to see a Baskin fairly close to home. Good service. The staff seems very friendly. And the selection is fantastic.

I’m a creature of habit so I love their rainbow sherbet flavor, that’s the one I get almost every single time my husband and I visit Baskin Robbins. It’s been my favorite ice cream shop since the 80s!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, I do not think they want to be there. Nothing special about what they serve. Go to a local ice cream shop and enjoy better customer service, and better ice cream.

Ordered custom cake 8 days ago with 12 pm pickup today. Showed up, no cake made, nor did they have a record. Too late to get reordered for event. Offered me 2 choices from a case of 15+ @ 20% off since I had no proof that I called and ordered. Basically, called me a liar, though my cell phone showed date and time when I called. Terrible management with lame excuses. Told me to take my business elsewhere. I will and encourage you all to do the same! Grrrr!

Little disappointed said they close at 10pm but it was 8pm. They were out of cookie dough and recess ice cream. And they were cleaning it was closing time

Nope. No. Watched one of their workers pick up a pitcher theyd just used to make a shake and drink directly out of it. He then rinsed it out and proceded to make another shake in said pitcher.
