My boyfriend and I stopped in for Sunday breakfast today to try them! Overall they were pretty good but not like blow your mind pastries. I had the apple fritter and maple pretzel donuts. My boyfriend had a cinnamon roll and some other glazed donut with berry frosting on top. They were good and we felt okay about the price as well. Might be our go to spot if we cant find something better in the area.

The maple glazed cake donuts are scrumptious. Yummy! I would’ve given a better review if more attention had been taken with aesthetics and table cleanliness. I got the impression that they were just short staffed. So, I will definitely go back but just for takeout.

Would be a five star, but there is a lady in here that is always so rude and pushy. Hey lady! I am still looking! Also, you didnt tell me X was that flavor donut. Calm down, you need a chill pill please.

Donut Haus employees will tell you on Sundays and Tuesdays there will be Blueberry Fritters for sale. When you arrive on Sunday to purchase a Blueberry Fritter, you will be told they have never had Blueberry Fritters. As such, I purchased Apple Fritters. We found (2) pcs. of Apple in our Fritters. Buying dough with glaze and no flavor isnt what I was looking for. So, apparently it doesnt bother anyone affiliated with Donut Haus to lose customers. I suppose Peace Love and Little Donuts, Voodoo Doughnuts or someone other chain will be getting business from us. At least there when weve gone there they told the truth. In todays world it appears telling the truth is getting rare. Sad.

As I write this review, I am devouring my second donut. I just couldn’t wait to chime in on my opinion of this tasty bakery and donut shop. This was our first time at Donut Haus and WOW. We have tried several donut shops in 28 states since October of last year and this place has reached our number 2 spot out of the numerous ones we have tried. The number one shop is located in Louisiana and the only reason Donut Haus didn’t make our number one spot was due to the temperature of the donut. We tried glazed, chocolate covered and an enormous cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. For those of you who don’t care for cream cheese icing, they will custom make your cinnamon roll if you call ahead! That’s an added bonus! Even though they weren’t hot-the taste made up for it and they were definitely fresh. If I had a serious issue with the temp, popping it in the microwave for 3-4 seconds would’ve solved this but it wasn’t a biggie. The donuts melted in your mouth with their fluffy texture and the glaze was the perfect mixture of a hint of vanilla and sugar. The chocolate covered donut was delicious and didn’t have that “generic” chocolate taste that some have. The cinnamon roll...is HUGE. I am not able to finish this masterpiece because I am stuffed. But from what I did try, I am going back for more when my tummy allows this. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The employee working the front register greeted us the second we walked in. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my obnoxious questions with a great amount of patience. I am one of those who has to ask, “ What is this? What’s in that? Have you ever ate it? What does it taste like? Do you like it?” I do not know her name but she iced my cinnamon roll in front of me which I enjoyed (and made me flashback to childhood while watching my Mimi ice hers). Don’t pass this place up! You won’t be disappointed and if you are...something is probably wrong with your palate. 😉 Any negative review this place has received is probably from a rival donut shop/bakery.

Thank you for the reminder to be kinder. I went in this morning to get some donuts for my wifes birthday. I asked if the fried cinnamon rolls were available with cream cheese frosting, and if they offered a custard filled bismark with white icing, the lady behind the counter acted put out, was curt and upset by my questions. I was spoken to like I should have known better, and I was putting her out even asking. What was going to be a 2 dozen order quickly turned into a 2 doughnut order, and I walked right to the major grocery store and purchased the rest there. If your selling doughnuts at a premium price, your customer service should at least be on par with your image. Great doughnuts, but customer service that makes you feel scolded.

I went in there to ask if they use peanut oil and she couldn’t give me an answer at all and was all weird about it. Saying something about it’s not peanut oil but there’s also peanuts in the oil. Totally not understandable and didn’t offer any other options. Pretty unfriendly from that side so not a good place for people with allergies because they have no idea what they are using. My husband tried the donuts and really liked them. I was pretty sad I didn’t get to try because the donuts definitely looked very delicious.

Its my 1st time visiting to kill time for a fingerprint appointment at office Depot. Im not a sweet tooth person & the employee helped me to find what I like. I usually order raspberry jam donuts, but since I dislike the glaze, im opting for the raspberry mixed donut (idk the actual name). I also got plains, a PB button (unfortunately the PB is too sweet) & a chocolate as a freebie (when I reconfirm if Im a 1st timer, I could have a freebie). To my surprise, the freebie steals my heart, its not too sweet & I taste cocoa, almost like a dark chocolate frosting.

Opens at 5 am. Get there early for deliciously fresh donuts. Theyre all good but the peanutbutter buttons and crunch cake donuts are amazing! Thier jalapeno cheddar bagels are great for breakfast sandwiches too.

I lived in Fort Collins since before Donut Haus arrived in Loveland, but never visited. I did today and kinda fell in love with it. The best Apple Fritter ever and super nice staff! They were very busy and there was a little wait, but everyone was so friendly. If you’re close, don’t miss this place!

Really like this locally owned business. The Apple fritters, raspberry fritters, and cinnamon rolls are really good. The prices are so much better than all the gourmet doughnut shops. This is your no frills old school shop. Great product at a great price. I wish Fort Collins had one.

Delightfully Delicious authentic Red Velvet! We bought this for our son’s birthday. Would make a great Christmas cake too. The cake is yummy. The icing is magical.

Donut Haus should be your donut place of choice. Best one between Loveland and FoCo in my opinion because it hits a soft, sweet, flaky, and yet freshness that often beats other donut places (I know I know, I like donuts). It’s not a super heavy dense donut with apple pie, it’s the donut you grab with your beverage of choice to start a most excellent day. I think I’m grabbing donut haus tomorrow morning now.

Donuts are great, service was not. My daughter and I walked in on a slow morning on our first visit. We had zero customers behind us until we began our order at the counter. The girl helping me seemed to be off in la la land and acted as though my brief browsing was an inconvenience for her. Each time I would point to a donut and ask for one she would turn around and grab one from the back, and by the third donut, she just assumed I was done and set my bag next to the register. I then had to explain that I was still ordering more which got the cashier all upset too. The male employee then walked up and asked if he could help the customer behind me, basically to step aside. Seriously, I was there less than a minute trying to pick out donuts. I’ve spent close to a decade working in the food industry and this was a joke. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the donuts tasted great. I won’t, however, be making a return visit.

We sat inside, social distancing. Hardly anyone in there. Delicious overpriced donuts and pastries. Brought me a second cup of coffee, nice and hot!!!

We stopped here before going up to Estes.. They had a power failure so didnt get to making things until late in the day. What we did get to try was good and Im sure from what Ive heard the selection is much greater on as normal day.

Had a cake made for my daughters birthday. Just gave them basic ideas of rainbows and unicorns which they ran with. The cake design hit it out of the park. Amazing decorating and delicious.

Most of their baked goods are tasty. My daughter LOVES the donut holes. The fancy cinnamon rolls and fritters are really good. We dont recommend the pecan roll--the roll has nothing going on but dough (its not the pecan/caramel-topped cinnamon roll that most places call a pecan roll or sticky bun). Staff are friendly, the place is clean and homey. They even have a microwave to warm up your treat.

Basic but nice selection of donuts. The cake donuts are a heavier dough than I am used too. Not 5 stars because the lady at the register was rude to me and I had the distinct impression that the lady who helped me is subjected to a very poor attitude of the lady working the register and this is only ever allowed if management ignores it.

I’ve never had more tasty donuts! They are fresh and their bread is great, too. We will be coming weekly!

Awesome donuts. I had both an apple and blueberry fritter, a gourmet cinnamon roll, and an old fashioned. They were all great. Plan to take a bunch home, but be warned, they are huge! Oh, and the staff is very friendly, and Jo told us to come back for birthdays for the kids for a special treat!

Their donuts are great, some of the best around. I want to give a shout out to their bakery though. I have ordered cupcakes for 2 birthday parties now and both times they were fantastic and the talk of the party. Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had including specialty cupcake shops in the area. They also dont seem to need as much notice to make them as other places. Both orders were called in 2 days in advance and they had no problem accommodating.

Donut Haus has the most sublime donuts you will ever find. They are pillowy and perfectly chewy. The toppings are tasty homemade and not artificial in the slightest. Buy a dozen, you wont regret it . . . until you eat all of them in one sitting.So why the four star review? The coffee is not good. If this ever changes, its an easy 5 stars.

I absolutely love to do nights at this place. The cakes and all the other pastries are really good as well. Its located in a shopping center that I go to a lot so its quite convenient. So I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes Donuts and is picky about their donuts

It was our first time here, so I figure a simple breakdown is the best.Best thing: the donuts themselves. Deliciously well done pastries packed full of sweet goodness.Worst: customer service. We didnt get the donuts we ordered. Every single employee looked like an anxious mess. We were rushed through the process of ordering and barely explained the pricing.We wont be back. The atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized. I feel completely mislead by the reviews.

We had a few issues with this place. We came in and bought a dozen donuts. Per the sign it was supposed to be $10.50 we left paying over $25. Got nothing but a dozen round donuts. The cashier was rude and didnt want to be there. There was only one register open so that backed up the line of people. While most of the donuts were good the prices and service by the cashier absolutely doomed it for us. Never again will we go there or send anything here for that matter.

The staff is always so friendly. The donuts are big, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The maple frosted anything is our favorite. THe cakes are all moist and tasty. When another donut shop moved into town we went there... no comparison. Kind staff with a fantastic product beats em every time. My only complaint is that the blueberry isnt made every day :)

We go regularly to this place, and have done so because an employee approached us and asked my sons when their birthday was, and that if they came in on their birthday they would receive a free birthday cupcake... well they mentioned it almost every time we even spoke of donuts and especially if we drove by or ate at the donut hause and to my surprise when we went in this morning for the birthday cupcake the manager responded with “no”... and caused a bit of a scene in front of a busy line.. had I known this was going to be an empty promise of their own free will I would have saved myself the embarrassment of even coming in to claim the birthday item that was promised... shame on you all for the actions you took this morning

Craving a cinnamon roll while I was in the town of Loveland, I desperately searched for one. I was pleased to see a bakery on my maps, and decided to try this place out.It was exactly the kind of atmosphere I want and expect from a place that calls itself a bakery: Cozy atmosphere with lots of small, comfortable tables, coffee readily available and a general feeling of being at-home. Fresh-baked cinnamon or pumpernickel bread was available on the shelves as soon as I walked in, alongside delicious-looking brownies and cookies.Unfortunately, their cinnamon rolls were not to my taste – – I don’t like cream cheese frosting – – so I had to try something else. I guess I could have gone with a fried cinnamon roll, which admittedly, sounds amazing, but the appetizing array of donuts was just too tempting. They had such a great variety, but I went with a simple chocolate frosted cake donut—and it put Dunkin to shame! The service was quick and efficient, but friendly and pleasant. Again, exactly what I look for as a customer. Donut Haus didn’t have the cinnamon roll that I was craving, but I walked away more than satisfied, and I would happily visit this place again!

Sadly the donuts and the majority of the employees here are nothing short of five stars, but some of the upper management and most importantly the owner herself are NOT good people in my experience and quite frankly Ill sleep better never contributing another Penny to this persons success then having one of their donuts again. Wish it werent so, but Im not talking about little things, Im talking about major character defects that make it impossible for me to help them learn another dollar to spend on most likely themselves.

Poor customer service. Asked for three donuts, was sold four, which I didnt realize until my card was charged. Was reluctantly offered a refund but wasnt going to wait for my bank to refund said amount. Called to complain and met with same dismissive attitude from the manager. Told her I wouldnt be coming back and that Id rather drive 30 minutes to the Daylight Donuts of Dacono. Their donuts are better tasting, have more variety and the staff is friendly.
