Eads Fence helped us come up with a beautiful design using two types of cedar fencing that really suits our house and neighborhood. The fence is solidly constructed and built to last. The crew was responsive to our requests. We are very pleased with the results.

I have used Eads Fence for years and have been a very happy customer. They most recently completed some repairs to a chain link fence that was damaged by a tractor trailer at a very large commercial property I manage in Blue Ash, Ohio. This fence was installed by Eads about 12 years ago. The crew repaired the chain link and rails on the fence and was able to blend it to look like nothing had ever happened. OUTSTANDING!I received a call from them letting me know the time they would be to the site prior to the arrival. Roger and Jonny showed up on time, were very professional and completed the job in a timely manor for my client. Larry communicated with me every step of the way from quoting the job to following up after completion to ensure 100% satisfaction. Emily was prompt in getting invoice in to me so I could process the PO. We needed an 8 privacy fence at Kennedys Landing to separate us from the new Clepper Lane Extension. We called Terry Amburgey at Eads Fence Company, he came out and we went over all the details. The wood fence was about 900 ft. long and 8 ft. high. Josh T. did a great job installing it. We were so happy with Eads Fence Company we had a second fence installed on my parents property. Then this year in 2021 we had Eads Fence Company install a third wood fence at our personal home. We are very happy with the installation of our wood fence by Cody and Steve. We also love the girls in the office. I would highly recommend Eads Fence Company.

Eads was a very mixed experience. The scheduling process was frustrating but the installation of the fence was great.Justin and his team were professional and timely. They did a great job installing privacy fence in our yard. They worked with us to make the fence look as good as possible and were honest whenever any challenges came up. Brady and Cody Zadek re-installed a wood fence and used intelligent creativity in dealing with a huge tree that was right smack in the middle of where the fence was supposed to go. Absolutely garbage customer service. The guy who came out and installed the fence did nothing but complain about installing a fence the winter. Did a horrible install where he dug through the downspout drain pipe and then covered it up. This has caused thousands in roof and gutter repair and caused severe erosion issues in my yard. The corner post isnt set properly and leaning so the whole fence panel is only attached at the bottom. Poor craftsmanship on the lock/latch where the hole that was drilled is too large and not covered by the lock. After several attempts to contact eads fence to get these situations straightened out and getting passed off to an outside salesman for warranty still cant get someone from eads to come out to even look at the fence much less repair this shoddy install job. 0/10 do not recommend. Stay away from this company all they do is take your money and disregard any complaints or warranty calls.

After 20 years, it was time to replace my split rail fence. I placed an order with Eads on May 13, 2021 and the installation was completed Aug 19. The brothers Brady and Cody did the installation and Im very pleased with the result. Brady and Cody did the job over 3 days and were sure to complete the installation in the manner I had requested. They checked in with me during the day to spot check things and confirm I was satisfied with what I was seeing. They were professional throughout and definitely worked hard. I would use Eads again and recommend them.

I am very pleased with with Eads Fence company. I worked with Terry to come up with a design and quote that worked for me. I had to wait 4 months for the install, but it was a rainy spring and early summer. The wait was worth it. The quality is excellent. The work crew was amazing. And I Love my new fence. Title: Rude, Subpar Experience, and Long DelaysBottom line: Eads Fence delayed installing the fence for over 6 months, broke two underground pipes costing over $500 in damage, and on top of all of that, was extremely rude.We contacted Eads Fence in October 2020 and a salesperson named Brian L. schmoozed us into putting half the payment down for a fence. At first Brian was nice, helpful, and responsive. And we were fully aware that the Eads was busy and would not be able to install the fence until December. However, we did not hear back from Eads until February 2021. Brian’s responsiveness was spotty and abrupt whenever he communicated with us. When Eads finally sent fence installers, the two men broke two underground pipes while digging. They were rude, unapologetic, and unsympathetic, saying, “you’ll have to fix the pipes we broke.” And then they just left. They left all the expensive fencing material on the ground, broke our pipes, spit chewing tobacco all over our the yard. Worse of all, Brian could not care less and almost made it seem that we were at fault. He said, “you should’ve told us there were pipes underground. You need to fix it, otherwise we can just cancel the whole order but we won’t refund you any of your previous payments.” But he had never asked us to mark where the pipes were (which we would have been happy to do). When I called the plumber to urgently fix the broken pipes, I was quoted about $550 to fix Eads’ damage. In what world do you blame a client after you took my deposit, delayed a job for 6 months, broke my pipes costing $550 in damage, left my backyard wrecked, and then were so rude to me over the phone? A month later, after we fixed the pipes, they came back to complete the fence and after several phone calls to Brian’s boss, we were given a $250 discount to help pay for half of the damage and to try to cover up for Brian’s rude behavior. I realize the company has been around for many years, but they need to treat their clients with some decency and empathy, and pay closer attention to detail before destroying someone’s backyard and causing hundreds of dollars in damage.

I have worked with Dale Eads on many fencing jobs. His company is the best! The last two jobs were run by Bernie Kruse…. He is fantastic to work with and he is Hot on the job to do it right…… Feel the Bern!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a privacy fence installed in my back yard and it looks great! Justin and his team did an excellent job.One thing I would suggest along with the installation might be to add care and maintenance for a wood fence. I dont recall receiving any information on the care and this being my first wood fence, it would be helpful.Also, the office team was very easy to deal with.

We just had a cedar privacy fence put up around our yard, and I was blown away with the quality of the fence. It was definitely worth the money we spent. The customer service when calling in was very friendly and helpful. The guys that installed the fence were very friendly and took a lot of pride in their work. They wanted to see that we were happy with the quality of the fence and their installation. They put up the entire fence in less than 2 days…in the extreme heat. Overall, highly satisfied with this company. I would recommend to everyone.

I wish I could give a better review as far as giving Eads a 5 star instead of 3. As far as communication from the Company my husband and I were highly disappointed. We were always left in the dark. Had to contact them for everything instead of Eads contacting us. Just be open and honest. Seems that they have too many jobs booked and not enough installers. We are beyond thankful that our installation team was on it! Josh Tipton, Lj and Zane were the hardest workers. They were open when any problem came up to insure we were happy! Our salesman Terry didn’t note the correct type of gate since it was on a hill. We chose to move the gate further over and they guys did a great job! We would only refer EADS for our great installation team.

I recently had a new aluminum fence installed by EADS Fence company and I am very pleased with the look of the fence but in addition very happy with the installation. Brady and Cody did an excellent job. Detailed in their work, each post needed to be hand dug due to location of fence and many cuts to go around a swimming pool area, they checked for level and accuracy of fence. Also checked gates for proper functionality. They provided me with an overview of the gate and lock function. The job site was cleaned up with no mess left behind and I appreciate that very much. We had a great experience with Eads. But best of all, the crew that came out to put up the fence noticed some things that didnt look right in the plans and stopped what they were doing to confirm what we wanted (BTW the issues with the plans were our fault and were things we should have noticed but missed. So they saved us from ourselves). We were able to correct the issues before they started digging and dropping any concrete. Its refreshing to see a crew that really thinks through what they were doing and stops what they are doing to make sure the customer gets what they want. Too many times I have seen cases where contractors just do whats on the paper without stopping to think it through. Finally, the crew was professional, nice, and went the extra effort to clean the area when they were through. I would strongly recommend Eads to anyone I know.

I first contacted Eads in July 2020 about a privacy fence. Barney came out the very next day and discussed my project. He was completely up front about wait time. In late October almost exactly when he estimated Justin and his crew came out to my house. They were all so nice and polite. Explained everything theyd be doing. We discussed keeping in my small dogs. Everything was built on site nothing pre-made! The fence and gate look great. I would use Eads again without a doubt.The price was extremely reasonable too!

Hired Eads to install a chain link fence around our yard. The guys who came out were great. Kept me informed the whole time and answered any questions I had. Ran into a small issue with being one post short but were able to figure out how to make it work, and the fence looks great and is very sturdy. These guys had the whole job done in around three hours and Im very happy with the result.

Tried getting a quote for 2 weeks. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and they said theyd have someone call me. They didnt so I called back a few days later and they said I was assigned to a sales rep and he would call me but he didnt. Few days later I call again and she said oh he just walked in Ill have him call you back right away. Never heard back so I called again today and they gave me his direct line and the sales rep said he was driving so hed need to pull over and call me back. That was 4 hours ago and he never called me back and now they are closed. I was ready to have a fence installed but their lack of returning calls has lead me to look elsewhere. It is very unprofessional to take that long to talk to someone who wants to buy something from you in my opinion.The customer service reps were always nice.

Over the last year, we’ve installed two fences, one at each of my daughter’s houses. We used EADS for both jobs and I will use them in the future. They were prompt in scheduling and providing an estimate. It was approx 14 weeks before we could get the installation scheduled but EADs was very upfront about that so it was expected. Both fences were installed by Juan and his crew. They are polite, very professional, completed the job quickly and most importantly, take real pride in their work, paying attention to detail.

Literally nothing but problems with them and their customer service provides excuses mainly because they have “too many jobs”.Their primary focus seems to be completing as many jobs as possible without the integrity of providing an adequate amount of people to do the job. My husband just had back surgery and shouldn’t need to help someone lift an auger into their truck because their helper didn’t show up after they had failed to show up on the day originally scheduled. This is after the job had already been once rescheduled.We also have a giant oil spill in our driveway that they drove over and carried out into the street. Its been impossible to get in contact with someone about. I was transferred to someone who is “half on vacation”.Don’t even get me started about covid because our installer did not wear a mask when speaking with us even though I put one on every time and tried to stay as far away from them as possible.

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Eads. We needed some replacement rails and posts for our split rail fence. Hamilton fence had put it up back in 2001. Lowes, Home Depot and Menards did not have them in stock. I called Hamilton Fence Co - they no longer have customer stock so they referred me to Eads and I am so happy they did. I called Eads and spoke to Amanda - she was fabulous: friendly, helpful and just great to talk to. They didnt have what I needed but there was a truck due by the end of the week. I checked back on Thursday and they had what I needed - again - she was fabulous. When I went to pick up - I had the pleasure of interacting with the three gentlemen who were at the customer service desk. They each had customers when I walked in but acknowledged that I was there and would be right with me. They were all free and all chipped in to help. I asked if I could say hello and thank you to Amanda and did so. She was again a pleasure to talk to. While I waited for my stuff to be brought to my car I was also acknowledged by someone who said my items were being pulled after asking what I was waiting for. They put my stuff in the car then helped me to tie down the trunk. One of the guys from inside had come out and had an a better idea and went to his vehicle to get a bungee cord to use rather than the rope I had. I had a perfect customer service experience with Eads from beginning to end that all started with Amanda.

We were looking for a fence to separate our pool area and the remainder of the backyard. Weve got two dogs who constantly jump in the pool and a baby on the way who we dont want wandering into the pool by himself. We got a few quotes and Eads was the most communicative and reasonably priced. Right now because of COVID-19, we expected there to be quite a wait to get the fence installed, the office staff and the sales rep made sure to keep us in communication regarding the timeline. They got here to install our fence at the beginning of our time slot and were extremely professional. They asked me questions about our preferences and got to work. Any updates as they worked, they were sure to let me know. If we need a fence in the future, we will definitely use Eads again!

Just completed installing a pool and total backyard makeover. EADS was a great group to work with to install exactly what I wanted. Several other fencing groups tried to alter what we wanted. After researching the local code requirements EADS was able to modify the original quote and complete a fantastic result. They were more than willing to install two different styles of fencing to blend together for a customized appearance.Highly recommend EADS. Be patient as their schedule is full and weather permitting they will do a great job.

I am picky when it comes to service. Either they aren’t serviced oriented, over promise and under deliver or they are way overpriced. These guys knocked it out of the park! Steve and Code installed the fence and did it exactly how they said they would and in the time frame they promised. Brian, in sales, Joy in scheduling and Vicki in accounting we’re always responsive, upfront and left no surprises at the end. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with EADS FENCING and the service they provided from beginning to end.

I mean theres some pretty good people out there or whatever. We got a few halfway decent contractors building fence still. They do have a one year warranty on their product. That is a great thing. Can never go wrong with the product that is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

We purchased our pergola from Adam and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the product. Our height requirements for the pergola were beyond what the manufacturer would build but Adam ordered additional material and had their shop fabricate the longer support post lengths to meet our requirements. James, Kerry and Donnie did an outstanding job installing the pergola. The positioning of the posts in tight spaces and the slope of the patio presented challenges but they were very careful and precise in installing the pergola so it fit perfectly and was level all around. We are very happy with the pergola. It looks fantastic and I would recommend Eads Fence Company to anyone wanting a pergola.

I called EADS to discuss the installation of fence around about one acre of my property. Brian discussed the project with my wife and I and provided a lot of fantastic advice related to available products and installation options. EADS pricing was also very competitive. We are having wood (75%) and aluminum (25%) fence installed. Codys crew just finished up our wood fence installation. I have high expectations related to product quality and workmanship. Cody and his team greatly exceeded my expectations. Even with my challenging terrain, the final product is true/straight while following the terrain and just looks spectacular. I was also impressed with the quality of the wood. The real bonus was that Cody and his team were a pleasure to work with -- enjoyed having them here. I will update the review once my aluminum fence is installed.

On the hottest day of the year, during the hottest month of the year, the team from Eades Fence Co. (Trey, Meaghan, and Ryan) removed our split rail fence and installed our beautiful new aluminum fence around our backyard and pool area. Our sales guy Brian was fantastic. Good prices and took us through some options. We had some permit issues and they worked to accommodate us. The crew that did the fence was fast and did exceptional work. Only complaint is the office staff isn’t always responsive but overall it was a great experience.

Eads installed steps from our house to our new patio. They used a composite material and the steps look wonderful. Since we have two sliding glass doors a few feet apart, we needed some design help. Adam came up with an excellent design and the steps look awesome.The men who did the installation were thorough, neat, and very professional. They made sure they did the job correctly with little mess. The last person who worked on the steps, scrubbed them clean when he was done. All of them took tremendous pride in a job well done.

The entire team was great to work with! Service was able to be done earlier than expected and the installers were awesome. We had our existing fence replace and we were worried about our dogs getting out. The crew worked extra hours to make sure the fence line was secure and they wouldnt be able to get out. I couldnt believe how fast they got it done and we have received so many compliments on how great it looks. I would highly recommend Eads Fencing!

We looked at a couple of different fence companys and were so glad that we chose Eads. They were a little more expensive, but they were very responsive and willing to work with us to get the job done to our liking. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but as far as communication goes, it was not a good experience. The quote I should have received within 7-10 business days was never completed. At 39 days I asked if they wanted to just remove themselves from quoting so as to not waste anymore of their time on it, or mine. And there has been no response to that at all. Today is day 50. It also took me several attempts to even get Eads to respond initially. I called and was told Dale would call me back within a couple days. After a week I called again and was told the same thing. I submitted through their website online and still got no response. About a month later, I called again and talked to Becky who arranged to come out and meet at our property. It was raining that day so she asked to postpone and I agreed. The next date was set and she arrived, although late. That appointment seemed really lackluster as if she was unsure of everything that they could do, or where things needed to be placed. Although Becky seemed slow with response time, I moved forward and now I wish I hadnt. This whole ordeal just wasted my time. I do not feel like Eads wasted much time on their end at all and has simply not been professional. Maybe they are just too busy, but not honest enough to turn business down and not drag things out for no reason.

Fred (Sales) and the Justin (installer) did a great job on my project. Knowledgeable, professional, and top notch quality installation. Thrilled with my new fence.

We had our old fence on either side of our home removed. Eads installed a beautiful, high quality 6 shadowbox style privacy fence with two 4 wide walk gates. All material and workmanship are of the highest quality. We love our new fence and highly recommend Eads for your fencing needs.

We installed a pool this year and received a few quotes for our fence. Eads was by far the most professional, both in their appearance when they came for the estimate and the manner in which they delivered the estimate (nicely organized, online quote, clearly indicating how the fence would be built). One of the estimates we received from another company actually had my name spelled wrong, it was hand-written and it was hard to decipher some of the details.On the installation day, Donnie and his crew showed up at the agreed upon time (8am) and they were extremely friendly. When we were talking through how I wanted the fence, I referenced my discussion with the employee who came out for my quote and Donnie simply said Dont worry about that, youre working with me now and well install it exactly how you want it. He was extremely friendly and clearly knowledgeable. His team was also very friendly. The job was completed by 12:30pm, they cleaned up everything and the fence looks amazing. I would highly recommend Eads to anyone looking for high quality installation, great pricing, and friendly employees.

After seeing the excellent job Eads did on our niece’s fence, we called for a quote. Fred measured our yard and provided us with a very detailed quote. He answered our questions and explained the timeline and process involved. Communication from Eads was superb, not to mention the fantastic job by Juan and his assistant. We were shocked at how quickly the fence was installed! They did a thorough job cleaning up, walked us through a final inspection, and told us to call if we had any questions or concerns. Its nice to know there are still businesses that value the customer and go above and beyond to provide a quality experience.

I honestly dont think they care anymore. All of my emails went unanswered by Amanda until I called to inquire - NEVER was there a time when Amanda answered them without me calling to check on the status of the emails. THEN when our material order was placed and paid for, our delivery was delayed 5 times after payment was made!!! (including an entire day) I dont know about you, but I took a day off work for the delivery. Still, after I was furious about this delay, yet again, I was told the delivery driver would call me on his way. Never Happened! Then he dropped my fencing material in the middle of my driveway??!! Instructions were to drop in front of my posts. not diagonal cross my drive way - common sense? And not even on a pallet or the cross boards? my son was there (not my husband) to count the boards after delivery and I was given broken poorly cut boards. I didnt speak out to the broken boards because they could not have been missed when loading.... i was honestly at my wits end by this time. If they didnt care to load bad boards then why would they care to replace them? They used to be a good company.

I recently replaced my EADS split rail fence/liner aftermany years of having it installed. It held up very well over the years, and was an excellent fence for my two Jack Russel dogs but finally need to be replaced. The initial install went well and the team did a great job but there were some parts of the project that were not completed. I would like to send out a huge thank you to Barney (Quality Control Team) and Brian (Sales team) for coming out to make some adjustments and finish my fence replacement project on an extremely hot day. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed with the same EADS quality I have come to know while providing professional customer service and excellent installation. Worst company to deal with. Lie to you the whole time and then the week before they scheduled to installed the fence state they dont want to do business with me and sent my money back. I now have a pool installed and no fence. Stay clear from this place. Jim Reinhart operation manager is the worst alone with Bernie. Be aware if you deal with them they will not do what they tell you.

Fence looks great. We installed when they said it would be. Installation guys (Donnies team) did a great job putting it where I wanted it even though there were a lot of utilities running near it.

I could not be happier with my new Eads Fence, it is more beautiful than I had imagined. I replaced a vinyl fence with a 6 cedar good neighbor privacy fence. Brian, my sales person, was honest, attentive, and talented in his design expertise. Donny and installation crew were hard working, and skilled. They arrived before 8 and stayed later than 5 to get the job done. Eads internal staff, Vicki, was also impressive. She kept me informed, and worked around my availability when scheduling installation. Highly recommend.

It was fine enough getting to the install. But they showed up a few days early unannounced, which led to further problems. The fence is at points a couple feet off the property line, which was not what was discussed. Not all of the fence posts were capped when they finished. After 2 attempts, they have yet to send us the correct caps that were missing, or even just caps that will fit our posts (Despite even sending pictures of exactly what we have). One post probably cant even take a cap because the top is bent and beat up. I guess they did install a fence, which is about the only positive thing I can say.

Our salesperson, Brian was great. He was honest and did not hesitate to share his opinions on what would work/not work with our fence design and layout. He was attentive and overall very easy to work with. Our installer, Daniel also did a fantastic job. He was level headed, professional, and very personable. My wife and I both appreciated his attention to detail, in addition to work performed. He did not rush the install, but instead took his time to ensure the quality and integrity of our ideas. Great work all around; I would highly recommend!

Brian Siefke was great to work with in sales. Responsive, helpful and made great suggestions. Office also great to work with. They provided periodic updates on my installation status and always polite and gracious. The installation crew was the same professional at their craft and conscientious about the final product. I am very pleased with the installation of a fence in the back yard and around the swimming pool.I have referred numerous people to Eads fence.I also had then install kentucky 4 board fencing for the horse pastures.I highly recommend this company.

Over the years we have had our fence installed in stages, and most recently had a repair from damage by a deer. Every experience has been positive. Great service, great people and we have a good looking fence which now a section that is deer proof. I will always call them for my fencing needs.

The guy who came out to survey my property was very professional and had the fence installed with quality material. The only caveat/downside of the process was the extremely long wait time for installation + the false timelines given by the scheduler at the front desk.

The entire Eads crew made the whole process (from sales to scheduling and install) very smooth. Despite dealing with the restrictions due to COVID-19, they were more than accommodating to our needs and always upfront with our schedule and pricing.Even better, they gave us solid guidance and recommendation regarding permits and HOA approvals. Upon my request for an estimate for aluminum fencing to surround my backyard, Barney was very quick to respond to me and very quick to schedule an appointment to review the scope of the work and provide an estimate. When it came time for installation, Lane and his crew arrived on time, he kept me in the loop as work progressed, and they did an excellent installation job. Overall, my experience with Eads was fantastic, with no issues at all.
