Decent first experience. I didnt find what I was looking for, but bought some stuff that I wasnt looking for. 😀 Will visit again when I need to get home decor stuff.

Finally a good store to find the home decor and furniture at decent cost near by for Mason and love land people. A huge warehouse to find all the decor and furniture, bedding and kitchen needs. Expected to be like ikea but a completely different experience.

First of all, I. LOVE. THIS. AT HOME. STORE! The manager was extremely helpful when I called to see if a product was in stock. After calling 4 previous locations, she (without hesitation or frustration) took down the info, found the product and held the items for me. I gladly drove an hour and 5 At Home stores OUT OF MY WAY to get what I needed. Not only that, this store is HUGE like 2.5 of the one in Florence, KY. Clean and fully stocked. I will forever go out of my way to visit them again. Such good vibes. Thanks Yall!

They had a lot of mdse, but also a lot of empty shelves. Stock felt picked over. Thought some of it was over priced, yet some good values also. I would shop here again.

Have a ton of great home decor items and I love their seasonal section. They get their stuff out really early!

As expected from other At Home locations we have shopped at. Many, many items to see and buy. Pretty crowded at the checkout, but the sales associates very friendly and obviously going out of their way to be helpful to the many customers.

This brand new At Home store is well organized and very clean. It is located in a converted wholesale store (formerly Sams Club) and has plenty of what you expect from this store, including outdoor furniture, in house items like towels, faux flowers, decorative items, knick knacks, furniture, etc. Items may not be the highest quality, but for what the store offers, it appears to be doing a fine job so far.

It was OK. When I went, about 1/3 to 1/2 of the store shelves were completely bare. They did have interesting decor and the items I was looking for, but the bare shelves made it look like it was going out of business.

Today lots of items on clearance red tag 50% off good stuff no junk lol. Rugs are beautiful dont sleep these deals.

If youre interested in decorating your home, inside or outside, At Home likely has something for you. This has became a new favorite store for the wife and me. They have items that range from common to classy. We have found items that were beautiful, useful, fun, interesting, and peculiar. Its a great place to shop for unique gifts. My wife and I stopped by to look at their furniture and their Christmas selection, both of which were far more robust and with a wider selection than anything you might find at a big box retailer. Its a fun place to shop with a great selection of home decor items.

Love this location! Wish the Tri-County store wasnt closing...its closer but this one is worth the drive. We found everything we were looking for to decorate our family room for the color change!

Great values abound here! Great selection of items, and there is such a large variety there is something for anyone. If you are super trendy and like to switch to the newest things can always be found here fo far less than other places as well!

Do not I repeat DO NOT ever use their pickup option. This is the second time we went through this. We sat there waiting for 15 minutes for a small basket and a small mat. I called they say and I quote Oh they dont have the phones up there Ill be out soon. Once it hit 25 minutes I said forget it and went in. So the lady acted as if i inconvenienced her by saying i figured Id come in since it been 25 minutes. She say well I was coming they needed an override. Okay your point? If you are not adequately staffed thats fine. Just acknowledge you had a customer waiting that long. Normally I am a chill person but because she seemed annoyed with me and didnt even apologize I am letting you all know. Their pick up option is USELESS!!!!

The prices are too high for a place like this.

It’s a nice store, large and spacious, but they don’t seem to have the staff to support it. We needed help with a heavy item on a shelf too high for me to help with and they had to pull a cashier to help because no one else was available—on a Saturday, with sales, the weekend before Thanksgiving.

A great selection, a lot of different items. Service is awful. They had more people putting up Christmas displays than helping at the register. There was quite a line. No one opened an additional register. The customer at the register needed additional assistance with an item and I totally get that. So something should have been done about helping the other customers by opening another register. I put my stuff back and left

Prices are average at best. Gotta wait for the clearance to get good deals, but by then selection is usually poor. Sign up for emails to get some coupons which will help some. For the type of items they stock the selection is good if you are willing to pay the prices. Can be difficult to find someone to help you in the store.

I am not very impressed with this new store. I went here to try and find a couple of Christmas gifts, and most of the items that they had for sale were way overpriced, and many of them were cheaply made. There were a couple of things that were unique and I initially liked, but when I saw what the ridiculously high price points I ended up leaving and will not ever go back to this store again. It reminds me of a couple of other home decor stores that have popped up in different locations, but ended up closing down within the first 1-2 years. I dont think this store will be in business very long either.

I tried to return a fake plant that still had their tag on it but I didnt have the receipt. They wouldnt take it back without the receipt. This place is mass-produced junk. Never going back.

Extremely slow service. Only one cashier. This isn’t the first time it has happened at this location. Very frustrating.

This was our first visit here. Have not been to this chain since they were Garden Ridge. Prices were fair, but steeper than they used to be. We needed help finding an object, and they were helpful in finding it. They have a wide variety of objects, some hard to find. Our first visit the fire alarm went off. The sales staff did a great job safely evacuating the building.

Great place to find deals, they have so much different stuff, it is hard to leave without spending money.

They have everything and anything you could possibly want. Its like an adult version of Toys R Us. Its amazing

The store is very clean and bright. While they have a lot of selection just not my taste. I went in looking for pictures for my home, but all they have is modern. Im looking for more pictures like home interior seems to be are hard to find these days. Walked out of the store without buying anything

Very nice store lots of inventory. Staff was very helpful especially the guy in the warehouse who’s name I can’t remember maybe Nate but he held a desk for 24hrs and when I came back to pick up he remembered me and immediately went back and brought it out. Great customer service.

Great place for home decor, similar to Hobby Lobby but 5 times bigger and 10 times more selections of great stuff. Prices are reasonable.

I went there looking for decor for a new marble top coffee table that I bought. No help to assist you. Ran into the manager whom was not very friendly. Was there forever and I finally found a few items. Also bought 2 throw pillows for my sectional. Paid for my items and left.

Obsessed with this place. Love the seasonal and traditional decor. They legit have everything you can think of and their price point is way below Target. If you sign up for their perks program youll get emails notifying you of weekly door busters. This isnt just a black friday thing...it happens every week. I also get coupons from time to time. Everyone is very helpful and nice too!

This is better than the one in Oakley, but I always get really bad customer service at all At Home locations, rude, short and not helpful with questions. You spend a reasonable amount too, this trip I spent $300 and the cashier had an attitude when I asked if the card reader was ready.

Not a bad selection of merchandise, but overpriced for what it is. Furniture is cardboard/particle board. Only about 10% of the store has any really useful home items and those are completely overpriced.
