I really love this store! I have been busy decorating for Easter and I really wanted a couple of peeps to go with my decor. They have four different colors to choose from and I bought two of them. They are super cute and totally add some Easter love to my tv stand. They weren’t that expensive either. I’m super happy!

Beware!! Recently, my husband, son andI went to this store to see grandchildren at our prearranged birthday party. There were 6 other adults in our party already there. According to the manager, 35 adults are allowed in the store at a time, but it wasnt full at all according to my count through the window. Nothing was mentioned in advance as to how many people from one party may enter. When we asked to go in, the young woman gave us a flat no. I was understanding until I saw her letting in other groups of adults. When I questioned it, she said it would be awfully selfish of us to take up the whole space. Then she called me sweetie. I asked her not to use such condescending and disrespectful words. Even as I walked away, she was yelling that I didnt know a nice word when I heard it. This young girls power trip cost us being at our grandsons birthday, and therefore, any future business from us. Her poor training, unrelentingly immature and disrespectful attitude, and poor communication is inexcusble. The company should know better in their training and employee selection.

Not a place I visit often. But when I do Im always very happy with their friendliness and cleanliness. Great place for people of all ages to find a gift or a new friend for their child.

I was so impressed with how they were able to get us seen so quickly and I felt they handled my little ferrets extremely well! I look forward to the dogs appt. later next week!

Favorite toy store ever, but Just So Expensive! High quality plush toys and the most adorable outfits with a wide selection. I’m too old for it but I frequent it all the time. staff are very friendly and non judgmental. never had a bad time. I brought in an old plush that was Not even a build a bear to get an outfit for it and a staff member helped me select one and she even let me try it on the plush before purchase to see if it fit it. I even bought a plush or two from the store that day as well. But I did not do the ‘heart ceremony’ a bit too old to be amused by that part. great store for kids as well as adults who still entertain their inner child. all tho the ‘empty carcasses’ before being stuffed are a bit creepy lol

So fun. My kid had a blast, reminded me of when I was little.

Went here for my birthday and got the perfect 10/10 birthday build a bear experience. Lots of fun animals and outfits to pick from!

Some of the activities were broken, and it wasnt much of an experience. Staff was nice though, and selection of different bears was decent

My Husband placed an order 3 weeks ago still has not received a tracking number was on hold with them for over 2 hours to be told it was packaged but still not sent out and they did not want to issue a refund .

Employees were really personable and good with children. My kids had a blast. A bit pricey but I expected that.

Very helpful staff and social distancing guidelines were in place. We got a birthday bear and it was a fun experience.

Brought my kiddos stuffed animal back here when he wore out the voice box inside after a year. No questions asked, they opened him up (the animal, not my kiddo), replaced the voice speaker in no time and also cleaned off some leftover band-aid adhesive wed been unable to clean off at home. Thanks for the great service, you guys made my little one happy all over again!

It was great but there was one gal who really was very cranky

It was a fun experience going to this BAB to make a gift for my niece. The ladies working that day were really helpful and funny as we walked through the steps. It was a much nicer experience than just doing it online. The only issue is if there is a lot of people at the checkout it can make it kinda difficult to get inside.

There was an extremely adorable guy working and he was super sweet. My friends bought stuff but Im poor and couldnt, but the trip was worth it, he was precious 👉👈🥰

Staff was very rude! Saw a sign that said a bag was $5.95 but was charged $7 she would not change the price or apologize for it either. The staff was also very slow & very unhappy. They made my 2 happy kids very scared & unhappy 😭😡😠😤😲

This Build-A-Bear is fortunately/unfortunately in the middle of a fairly busy part of this outdoor mall. This makes the experience very chaotic (every time weve been there, there are a lot of people in the location) and there is a lot of dirt. This makes for not the best of experiences while going and getting a pretty expensive stuffed toy for the kid. I would be much more entitled to give this location a higher ranking if it wasnt so dirty every time Ive been in there.

We’ve been here far too many times to count and always have such positive experiences. The staff goes above and beyond and the general manager is always so sweet and helpful! They all are so wonderful with the kiddos!

Took the kids here. First experience for all of us... husband included. We all had a blast. The employees were so amazing. Cheerful and fun to be around. My daughter was enamored by the lady who assisted her in making her Elsa bear. And in my opinion not as pricey as I thought it would be. Love this place!

Always good luck here. I know this cant be an easy place to work but the employees are always joyful and friendly. Busy times you will have to wait a bit. But we come back often because we enjoy the experience.

We brought the kids here for a group birthday party and everyone had a great time making their own teddy bears. All the different kinds of teddy bears the kids walked out with afterwards turned out super cute. Friendly staff, they were very good with the kids. Great experience, we will be back again for sure. Great place for kids. Employee was very kid friendly and helpful. My 15 month old was a bit scared near the stuffing machine but otherwise loved it. The stuffies are fair priced but they get you with the accessories.

Fantastic and fun experience for my 7 year old daughters birthday. Weve gone every birthday since she was 2 . Protip, get the 100 dollar gift card from costco for 70 during the holidays.

Not kid friendly whatsoever. I took my daughter on her second birthday to make her birthday bear and the emoloyee Majesty was not helpful whatsoever. She was rude and unkind to us and made us feel so unwelcome. My daughter being a two year old grabbed a sound recorder and stuck it in her mouth of course we were going to purchase it after that but Majesty has to make it known that we were “destroying property.” If build a Bear isn’t made for these kind of things to happen then why market as a kid friendly place? We are huge build a Bear customers and take our kids quite a bit but its hard to want to visit a place that makes you feel like a criminal. Build a Bear isn’t cheap so I expect my experience to be pleasant; super unsatisfied.

I took my 2 year old here mid day on a Friday. No line or wait and only one other person in the store. They had a HUGE variety of bears and other stuffed animals for the kiddos to do. She was very patient with my little man dlet her be part of the experience. 2 is too young to really enjoy something like this in full, but she loves her poppy doll.

We love this place.

Do not ever, ever go to a pay your age event. These people have no idea how to treat hundreds of children in huge lines... Who have no idea if any bears will be left.. And a vague suggestion there might be a % off voucher... Which we waited in line two + hours without getting one. Me and my 4 grandchildren are sorely disappointed and will likely not set foot in this store due to such inconsiderate treatment.

I liked going here, but I dont know what is up lately. The last three times I have been there the employees dont even greet me or my kids, but the people who come in behind me get greeted. Last night was the last straw when they made me wait forever to check out even though they had three employees there and then didnt take my coupon. I am done.

My adult and teen daughters and enjoy every visit! Outstanding crew of workers! They are sweet and helpful.

Its always fun here. My only problem is they have been sold out for over 2 weeks of Light Furry and Toothless. We got lucky that a box came right before we got there with a Toothless but I am confused as to how they didnt anticipate the need. They have huge signs on the store, ads everywhere for a product that they have been sold out of for a few weeks. We came for my daughters birthday and she had saved her own money to get Light Fury.

Build a Bear workshop in Loveland is so much fun to visit. The people that work there are really nice and pay as much attention to adult customers as they do children customers. It is just a really great customer service oriented store with great quality products! 😃

First time experience for me and my small children. They had only one employee working while we were there though and thus required us to wait a very long time to stuff the bears and then check out.Happy with the end products, and so are my kids.

Horrible company! Horrible experience! They advertise a pay-your-age event where they do nothing but let thousands of kids down! They force these kids and parents out of line and tell them the police are making them force people out of line. It seems to me that they realized they were going to lose money and didnt want to follow through on their promotion. My kids were in line for hours and then suddenly, the company says theyll give us vouchers - you can wait in line for 4 hours to get a voucher for $15 off (not even for the original promotion). Horrible....just horrible!

This shop has everything most other Build-A-Bears have. The staff if energetic. The only down fall is that its small and a little cramped.

We have been many times and always find the bear/animal that fits what our current need is. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful.

Wife brought grand kids here for Christmas and they loved it. It can be pricey but only because its not your typical toy store, you actually go in and child picks type of teddy bear they would like along with clothing, shoes, and accessories, so bring your wallet but smaller kids will love it

Most horrible event ever I go wait in line just to tell my kids they can’t get one then there voucher isn’t even the same deal and it’s only off 1 bear when I had 3 kids looking forward to this. They totally lost my business forever especially when there are other places that do this!! So disappointing!!!

The experience was the same as always but the service was lacking. There were fewer smiles from staff members and the line to check out took about 15 minutes even though they were staffed and it wasnt busy.

My son was extatic for the black panther movie so I thought I would surprise him with the black panther bear. I was working at a retail store nearby and would attend the movie with my son after my shift. I called the store too see if they could stuff it and have it ready for me to pick up for me during my lunch, in and out and they totally did! It meant so much to me that they would help me when they didn’t have to!
