Drove all the way from greeley to do lettering on 2 brand new hats.When picked up the embroidery was horribleStitching coming out, not even straight letteringOnly wanted to refund me for the embroidery when they were brand new hats.I was able to get refunded for one of the hats but, this was a horrible experience. Great friendly staff went in there on a Sunday afternoon and they were extremely packed wanted to get a hat and embroidered it with the hashtag #FreeEmilyandLilly for my daughter she was kidnapped. They were very helpful and did a great job
Drove 30 minutes only to find the store had closed 3 hours early “because of the heat.” Great customer service.

Why can’t I rate a zero last Friday went here at 11 not open came back at 1215 still not open then today called at 1115 to see if there open yes but about to close tell manager gets in at 1 this is ridiculous if you can’t find people that like to work then shut it down
They say they are open till 7pm have gone 2x now well before 6pm and both times lights are on and doors are locked...
They are an amazing company and are very well with keeping up with their customers. Wonderful environment. Went in looking for a cap and got helped immediately by a young girl. 10/10 would recommend.

Went into Lids to buy a baseball cap. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. The young lady that greeted us asked if we were looking for anything specific. We told her what we were looking for and she walked us right to it. Within 5 min we found the cap we were looking for and the young gentleman that was also working immediately asked if we were ready, and cashed us out. We were literally in and out within 10 min with exactly what we were looking for. Great customer service!

This place has great hats and always has, but man was it boring! My husband and I went looking for youth hats and the only guy working pointed us to the very minimal selection, and that was all the help we got. It was obvious that guy didnt want to be there. We had to initiate the help, so it was a bit sad and we walked out pretty quickly. I wouldnt be surprised if the store shuts down at that location.
Excellent products, sports and skate hats. Would’ve gotten a fifth star but the employee made me feel like I was bothering him with my 2 questions. If it had been super busy that’s pretty forgivable, but I was the only one in the store.
Victor helped me customize a hat for a wedding, which received a LOT of compliments. The first hat that came out had some stitching issues so he took the time, running the stitching machine slower than normal, to make ensure every stitch was perfect on the next hat. Thanks guys!
Would have loved to give a good review but drove all the way in to Loveland to purchase two youth hats and an adult to have the store be closed at 1:30pm on a Sunday. Double checked hours and they should have been open. No sign that says went to lunch??
On 05/12/2019 I came into this location to purchase a new hat. Ive purchased many hats from Lids, including this location, for many years now. When I made the purchase this time I was in a bit of a hurry and I bought a hat that doesnt fit. Its a bit too large. On the receipt it states If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original sales receipt, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days from the purchase. Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged at the LIDS division of the original purchase. It goes in to say All products must be unworn and in new condition.Okay, Ive only tried the hat on for a minute, and I have the receipt. Exchanging (Not a refund, just want something I can wear.) This hat should be no problem, right? WRONG.The small round sticker in the bill of the hat had been removed. So because of a 1 cent sticker I was told I couldnt exchange the hat. Im stuck with a hat I cant wear and out $27.Let me say something to Management and the owner of this location. Money spent on customer service is never wasted. Your 1 cent sticker just cost you a life long customer that buys hats all the time. Hope that penny in your pocket was worth years of future sales, because Ill never buy another thing from you or the company again. Well done.

WOW, POOR SERVICE; please check out the review before buying anything from this company. They do not stand by what they say in print on their website. I purchased 3 Adidas college tops for my sons for Christmas; I ordered 2 L and 1 M; they sent 3 large; when I went to return the large that should have been a M, they wanted to refund me $12 less than what I paid; This was their error, not mine. They called their own customer service and wanted to know if I had tried to exchange it (their website states they do not do exchanges) then put them on hold. BAD service, will not use this online or store again! Left the store smelling like smoke...if that is any indication of the environment.
Very poor customer service from Victor! Had a custom embroidered hat done, lettering was very crooked and unacceptable. Victor was very defensive in that he thought the lettering lined up correctly. It did not very poor job. Do Not have any embroidering done at this sore they do a horrible job and he doesnt guarantee any embroidering and refused to reimburse me for his mistake. I did receive better customer support after contacting the corporate office about the issue.
Closed on a Wednesday at 10:30am. Drove 45 minutes to come buy a hat. Dont rely on them keeping the hours that they claim to be open...
Guy was sort of helpful, didnt accommodate to what I was looking for didnt try to help at all. Didnt show or tell me of any sales, another customer was talking to a different employee and was telling them about deals on hats and apparel. Went to pay for the hat that I wanted and he was very rude . I told him I had a lids card and said he had already ran the transaction couldnt help me any more ..

Great selection
My experience here was very bad, honestly. A young man was very rude to me and my partner. It took him forever to be able to help us find the right hat size and he was very rude while trying to help. When we went to buy the hat, he tried to tell us it costed a higher price than what it was. I am very disappointed and I plan on never coming back here.
Got a custom hat made, looked sloppy and embroidery was messed up.
10:30am on Friday morning store is randomly closed. There was a poorly written note hastily taped to the door. Be back soon. Last experience here, when they were open during the business hours on the door, was terrible. Lazy inattentive staff, of one.
When in to buy a hat and bought one but the guy got all snippy when I wouldnt have Embroiderwork done 4 more $.
Worst customer service I have ever had at a store!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This particular store is over seen by a man who dislikes veterans and mistreats his employees. The company as a whole is unorganized. Furthermore, the experience at this particular store was terrible. In all, dont give your money to this store. Wish I could give it zero stars.
