I love the grow shop the staff is friendly as all get out. Alex and Chris are awesome. They have amazing inputs i highly recommend if youre trying to grow organically and avoid the shenanigans they have a good bit of colorado local products so you can support multiple colorado small businesses at once by buying here!!15/10 Recommend this place!!!

Yes they are not to energetic there is 2 people who are not lazy.... the way to compare prices is to call other places theres really only 2 real grow shops in Loveland but ftCollins has many a couple of stores in ft.collins r owned by the same owners as this one and they are cheaper so make a big list of what ya need to make the trip worth it and also plan ahead the internet stores can be even cheaper there prices used to be reasonable hate to use the word greed but you be the judge!!!!!!! To expensive 4 my liken........

First stop inside this place today and I’m seriously blown away. Two of the most helpful people every! I’m completely new and they totally took the time to help me out. Awesome place 100% recommended!

This is the best shop in Northern Colorado. All the employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable and willing to work with me and answer all my questions. If they dont have what you need they will get it. All prices are posted or easily asked for. This is definitely the only stop for my growing needs. I havent found a spot around that will help you out with everything you need.

Went in the Grow Shop Loveland last week and dealt with Brent. He really know his stuff. He was able to help be answer all the questions I had relating to my grow. I was surprised by the amount of inventory on hand and the amount of knowledge Brent was able to give me about each of the items I inquired about. This experience far exceeded my expectations. I was able to get pricing on all items and he even offer to sign me up for a frequent shopper program that hooked me up with a stellar discount. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend anyone with grow questions stop by The Grow Shop Loveland for the information and items you need. Great service and great pricing. (On a side note, if you love shop dogs there is the most beautiful black german shepherd down there you have got to check. It is just an added bonus to the great experience at the grow shop.) 5 Stars all the way.

I went in to the grow shop loveland today wanting to set up a small indoor garden. I have been to a couple different shops looking for information and since I didnt have cash out and know exactly what I wanted I would get the cold shoulder. The employee at the Grow Shop was willing to talk with me for over an hour and explain everything from lighting to nutrients to environment. He explained what I would need and when I would need it for for the different plants I was trying to grow. The shop was clean, organized and fully stocked with everything I came in for. I was able to get every item priced out before purchasing and was signed up for a great rewards program. If you have any grow needs in northern Colorado you have got to stop in the grow shop Loveland. Hands down the best grow shop in the area for service and price. I wont be going anywhere else.

One of the better grow shops I have been to in Colorado. The manager helped me with all my questions. They were missing a couple items I needed to complete my hydro setup and had them within a day and at a discount for having to wait. If you have a growing need in Northern Colorado The Grow Shop is the place. Great service, great selection and great people.

This store has good customer service and there prices are way lower then the other store in town. They have everything you need for your indoor or out door gardening needs. I needed 40 bags of soil they didnt have it in stock but was able to get it within a few days plus they gave me such a good deal on the soil for having to wait a few days.

Very nice shop that had excellent service. What they didnt have I was able to get ordered on Monday and they had it for me the next day and gave me a discount for having to wait a day. Definitely the place to go for growing supplies in Loveland.

I must have stepped into the Loveland Grow Shop of Loveland on the wrong day, Friday May 11th at about 3pm… I needed some rock wool and some net pots. Not having been in the store before, I asked the man sitting at his laptop behind the counter where the items were located. He described the location—don’t bother getting up to show someone—and of course I walked right by it.I eventually found the rock wool—a pretty big selection—but sadly, nothing on those massive shelves was priced. How is one to compare prices and products? So I walked back up to the counter and asked the gentleman about the prices. He said that “it all ranges from about $10–$14.” That wasn’t helpful so I asked him to come back and show me which ones were which and what the prices were. He ROLLED his eyes, let out a large sigh and proceeded to stroll back to the rock wool. I knew this wasn’t going to be fun. He spouted off the prices on all of the products, but he would say “about $8,” or “about $10.”. There were so many items and so many “about” prices that I had to ask him to run them by me one more time, using exact amounts, not “about” amounts. This time he said “I can go up to the computer if you really need the exact price down to the penny.” So I walked out.I was really bummed by this experience based on the number of stellar reviews this shop has received. Like I said, it must have been a bad day, but that’s all it takes to lose a sale. Another shop in town set me up nicely. Come on you guys, you run a retail store. Just clearly price your products. Don’t be rude about simple questions that a customer should not have to ask.Other than that, the store was clear and it looked well-stocked.
