I’ve not had a massage in over a year. Kathy was just what I was looking for. She is confident, knowledgeable about my health conditions and has strong hands. I will be back and hope my hubby will schedule with her too.

I’ve been to NoCo massage three times and have seen Lara, Ashley, and Emily. Each of them have been incredibly professional and courteous. This place is a fantastic value and if you’re someone who has any chronic issues requiring regular massages, their membership is a great deal. 100% recommend.

I have seen Salix for 2 appointments so far, and words cannot describe how great she is. She answers all my questions fully and is very knowledgeable. She shows me stretches I can do on my own time to help with the problem areas that she helps me with. She goes above and beyond. You can just tell she is an overall nice person with great energy who loves her job. I highly recommend Salix for any of your problem areas!

I was suffering with back pain when I made my appointment. The receptionist was able to schedule me that day. Tawnya asked many questions before she started. After my appointment, I was so thankful walk to my car without so much pain. The rates are very reasonable. Thank you!! Ill return. Thumbs up!

Had a really lovely massage from Katina. She was professional and kind and judging by how easily and adeptly she found my problem areas and worked muscles to release, she is very well educated. I felt like I was in very good, capable hands - literally and figuratively. If you’re like me and hate paying for a massage only to have the massage therapist use little to no pressure and feel no different afterward then Katina is a good choice for you - she was not afraid to dig in and really work my muscles. I look forward to my next visit.

I love getting massages here! The masseuses are excellent, the customer service is great. The office and massage rooms are all clean and well-maintained. Its a relaxing environment. The monthly membership plans are affordable compared to others in town. Definitely recommend this place!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful! As a nurse my muscles are always super tight. She was able to use different techniques to loosen my muscles up and keep me relaxed. I will absolutely be back!

To say Josh is a good massage therapist is understatement. He is a natural healer, with an intuition for the body. I always leave feeling lighter, knowing I have released so much with his guidance. He is an old soul with a beautiful spirit, and I recommend him to anyone who is sensitive, empathic, and in need of a release of burden. I am blessed to have found him and this place. If you have plantar fasciitis, hip pain, muscle tightness or just need to feel better get a massage from Ashley! She is the best. She has an amazing knowledge of muscle attachments and will find all the tight spots in your body and help them to relax! You will want 90 minutes instead of an hour:)) My husband and I highly recommend getting a massage here.

First let me say that I have never experience a bad massage here. The massage therapists have always been exceptional.However, I have had several bad experiences with the way this place is managed. When they were located off of Taft, they were wonderful. Since their move, not so much.My husband and I had been members for about two years. With the onset of Covid, NCM is requiring that you not come in if you are sick and that is exactly what we did. We cancelled a couples massage due to my husband not feeling well. Then I noticed a $70 cancellation fee ($35/person) on my credit card statement that NCM charged us. Where is the logic in this? You require that we do not come in when someone is ill but then you charge us for not coming in? We respected the rules that were put in place to keep everyone safe and healthy and we got penalized for it.I called and spoke with Jordan. I asked about the charge and she explained what the charge was, I didnt give them a 24 hour notice before cancelling. I explained that when I called to cancel, there was no mention of a cancellation fee. Her response was that they always tell you (not true because they didnt tell me) and it was in the contract I signed. It may very well state that in the contract (its been nearly 2 years ago since we signed it), but we are currently in a pandemic and NCM had us sign a new agreement stating that we wouldnt visit the facility if someone is ill. Besides, telling an upset client to refer to their contract and implying that they are lying about not being told, isnt exactly the best way to handle the situation. Thats just poor management skills.This is just the latest issue that we have had. Prior to this, NCM has called to inform us that the person that we were scheduled to have a massage with is no longer available at the time scheduled and we either need to go with someone else or reschedule. This has happened multiple times.On one occasion, we showed up for an appointment that they had no record of even though we received a reminder text about the appointment two days prior.Due to these issues, we have cancelled our membership. When speaking with Jordan, I asked how many prepaid appointments we had left on our membership. She told me that we didnt have any, which could be correct but it didnt sound right. Jordan told me that she would review our file and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard back from her.

From the time I made the appointment to the last minute of the massage, everything was professional and to the highest standards.We did a couples massage and I really felt like the team did a good job to make both of us comfortable, and contoured each massage to our needs. I used to have a really positive impression of Northern Colorado Massage, until this month.My wife and I had a 12 month membership (which would have been up in a couple months). We didnt get massages for a few months due to COVID. We went back for the first time in August and one of us had a really bad experience with our massage. I called to provide feedback and was told a manager would call back. Over a week later, no manager callback, so I called again.I told them, at this point, I just want to cancel my membership. I asked about getting a refund for the credits we accrued (and paid for) that we hadnt used, due to COVID, and they said they dont give refunds. I asked why and was told that they try to work with clients who want to cancel by not making them pay out the rest of their contract. Then the manager mentioned this avoids collection actions. The fact that this was even brought up, after the experience that was had with the terrible massage, is awful. We will never go here again and have become detractors.

I have had work done here and have tried Michelle, Jessica, and Stephanie. All three were amazing. They each have their own style and unique way to work out those muscle knots, but all have amazing personalities. Each one made me feel like i was the most important person in the world and that mt needs were all that mattered. Ive been searching for some type of lead on my residual pain for over 8 years. Being only 25 I knew something wasnt right, and I never found something to give me considerable relief. Everything was a band aid. Tyler found my solution, and has given me hope I can live pain free. Medical massage needs to be known.

Massage last week with Josh was remarkable. He was very skilled at establishing just the right pressure and areas of pain. Instantly made me feel comfortable and very relaxed when I left.Returned today for a facial with Dani. Very nice room, comfortable bed and she was easy to converse with and to help identify problem skin areas. She used great products and she was thorough with treatments. Lots of good advice and I came away with porcelain skin.

Josh was extremely professional and paid special attention to my problem areas. He asked me several times if the pressure he used was okay and and told me it wouldn’t hurt his feelings if I told him to use lighter or deeper pressure. I REALLY enjoyed my massage and will be back to see him !!

Full disclosure: I work here as a massage therapist. I also get massages here. Ive been a massage therapist for over 5 years, and Ive worked for several companies. The quality of the staff here is excellent and they are very helpful and friendly. The management cares about the staff, and they are flexible, and so people are happy to work here. This definitely shows in the quality of treatment that clients receive. Massage therapy is not just a job. It is about serving people and giving every single client the greatest care that you can possibly deliver.

Our dental office had Josh come in today as a treat during a long day. I called Misty (the office manager) on Monday, she was able to get us scheduled in for Friday. My experience here has been simply great. Jessica pays attention to details, works on releasing problem areas that you identify. She gets an A+Ive been to a lot of massage therapy places over the years, and NCM is by far my favorite. Its a great operation. The staff makes an effort to know who you are, and they keep meticulous records of your visits. The ambiance is perfect. The staff knowledgeable. And they really seem to pay attention to the problem areas you identify.They do sell memberships, which prove to be a really great option, but they are not pushy about it like some other places, where it seems like all they care about is getting you on the hook for a monthly payment. Prices are reasonable; you can share your membership with another family member, and . . . its WAY WORTH EVERY PENNY.

She was able to find my knots and worked them out quickly. She listened very well and applied the perfect amount of pressure, not too hard, and not too soft. Needless to say, I will be back.

FANTASTIC experience! My wife booked a couples massage, and we couldnt be happier. The reception area is warm and inviting. The massage was incredible, they were so intuitive about what we needed individually. They even recommended exercises that would strengthen our hurting areas. Ive only had a few massages before, but this was light years ahead of all of them!

I feel so much better, I have not had a massage in years! Being a fulltime dog groomer I just never take the time for myself. I will be back next week. The staff is helpful and kind. Thank you for making me comfortable.

Ashley is very intuitive and can go very deep if thats your preference. Shes also sensitive to your tolerance and will make it perfect. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

I find that its easy to get carried away with the relaxation part of a massage, but we only had a half hour and she only needed a keyword for where my pain was the most and she found spots immediately. Her pressure was amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better 30 min session. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Susan is the best!! If you need a massage, she is worth every penny! And the facility is nice, clean, and welcoming as well. They also have some nice facility upgrades like heated massage tables.

Janet was excellent. This was my first massage with her and she listened well to the areas of focus for chronic pain that I experience. She adjusted the pressure with my feedback and explained which muscle groups were being worked on. I like the active role she has the client participate in...by moving arms or legs as she isolates the tension in the muscles to release it. I highly recommend Janet.

Amazing! I brought in my 13 year old dancer to get some muscle tension worked out before competitions. She is extremely shy, so was very apprehensive. But, this experience was so calming for her! All the people that worked there were so welcoming and respectful. Even the other clients that came in were so nice as I sat there and waited for her! Her therapist, Jessica, was so patient, kind, and diligent in her work. She helped my young athlete feel comfortable and got her over some of the muscle pain and tension that will help her perform better! Also, she showed her ongoing stretches to support her muscles and gave us some tips on how to keep down inflammation. Definitely coming back!!

Very nice massage by knowledgeable therapist. My problem areas did see some improvement. I was interested in the information she provided as it was my first massage with her. However, I would prefer less conversation next time.

My entire experience was positive! I went in with a back spasm and little ability to move without pain. Tiana did a great job making me feel comfortable and knew exactly how to work on my painful areas. I almost have complete range of motion now. I will definitely see her again!

Came in for a relaxation massage, but after discussing my issues with Mark he helped me to realize a lot of my symptoms were a result of my hip injuries. Signed up for the 90min membership package and will continue to work with Mark he is great!

Jessica was great and I always feel better when I leave. In fact the entire staff are very friendly and personable. I have tried other places but this is the best. I would definitely recommend this masage place.

I like their membership pricing options and they allow you to carry over your credit if you miss a month. Their location is very convenient too.

My first time here at Northern Colorado Massage. I did ask for more pressure multiple times during the massage since I am a highly active person who prefers deep tissue to work out soreness and tension. Jessica was great and ended up giving me a card to someone who specializes in deep tissue so I will definitely be going back to try them out.

Went for a full body massage yesterday and left 100% satisfied! Just upon walking in, the greeting was kind, calm and hospitable! The room was relaxing, aroma was great and my massage therapist really listened to what I needed and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I told the massage therapist I have been having issues with my back and man did it feel great after I left! Definitely would recommend this place

My boyfriend and I went in for couples massage, and not only were the rates incredible but we were able to get what we needed individually because both therapists actually listened and heard what our issues were. Jessica was mine and I would recommend her a thousand times over!! I had so many deep hidden knots under my shoulder blades and in my neck and she hit every one! My boyfriend had Rebekah, said she was incredible and found where his spots were right away giving relief! I saw Jessica for a Swedish massage plus neuromuscular work. She was intuitive and consistent with her therapy, and it was precisely what I needed. The office staff were kind and thoughtful; Jessica made sure I was comfortable the entire time and kept me apprised of what she was working on; I left feeling so much more relaxed and stable than when I had arrived. Highly recommended!

Certainly not as professional as I would have hoped. My first massage was not good. The therapist didnt want to hear what I needed. I reached out to the management because I thought it was important to know what happened. They offered a compensation of another massage. When I thought it was booked I didnt get any confirmation and when I called to confirm it was never put in the books. Im done, and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I was seen by Joshua Collins this morning and couldnt have asked for anyone better. The level of professionalism and respect was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive to my problematic areas, and gave helpful after care advice. The staff I met today were very kind, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be going back!

Jessica was so great. Ive had many massages and she did the best by far. She communicated just enough to know what I needed without talking my ear off. She was also able to get all the pressure points and knots out and I left feeling great. The guy who welcomed me at the front was also super polite and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I cant rave about the specialists enough. Theyre all amazingly talented. This one star is not about them it is about the owner himself. He has been known to be inappropriate to massage therapists as well as front desk. He is not even allowed to continue to get massages from a few different massage therapists for pushing boundaries and making them feel uncomfortable. In my opinion he shouldnt be allowed to get massages from any specialist ever again. How can you run a business that makes people sign a disclaimer on the back of their paperwork about not being inappropriate but be completely unethical yourself ? Just some food for thought. Your money is going into a greedy mans pocket who only cares about business. Reach out to your favorite specialist. Most have their own business and you can pay them directly instead of a huge percentage going to the owner.

My wife and I went to Northern Colorado Massage for a couples massage for our 10 year anniversary. It was truly wonderful. We are both very athletic and do a lot of physical activities and having those muscles worked out and relaxed was amazing. 5 stars really doesnt do justice for what we got and the price was incredibly reasonable. Already planning our next trip back in a few weeks.UPDATE: My wife and I now are full time members and we love it. My wife has Mark as her Therapist and I have used Michelle and Shaina and they are AMAZING. If you arent sure of what you need, talk with MIsty, the manager, and she will get you with the correct therapist. This place is nothing but a class organization from the first time you walk through the door and every time you return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and my masuse did the exact pressure and areas I asked for. He was also very knowledgeable. The only thing I would say was I was really cold...but I know what’s just the buildings temperature and you probably can’t do anything but that was the only thing I would change!
