My switch to Apria from another company has been great, from my first call to them everything has went smoothly. They coordinated with my Dr and I received my equipment in a very timely manner, which was the biggest problem with my last provider. And since then they have followed up to ensure that everything is working well. Ive needed 2 call twice with questions and every time they are friendly and very helpful! Every part of my experience with Apria has been top notch!!

We had to have them replace the oxygen concentrator 4 times because it either quit working or would not fill the portable bottles. Now my father is having to use the larger bottles that he has to drag around on a cart behind him.Called to order more bottles and they cant give me any kind of time window. He will just have to wait all day in case they show up.Ridiculous how unprofessional this company is.I work in the service business and if we did what this company has done to my father, we would be put out of business. They dont care because the think they have a monopoly on this.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in over 40 years!!! Every time I call them, I get a different answer. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. My HMO only uses them for DME. I am seriously considering changing insurance due to my experience with Apria. I gave them one star but if I could it would be negative 10 stars !!!!!!!!!.

I called to reorder my pap supplies back in FEBRUARY! Since that time I have followed up every two weeks asking where my supplies are. I have been given the run around by your company for over 2 months. Initially you needed information from my doctor. You received that information. Then I was told you needed more information from my doctor, you were given that. Every time you need something from my doctor I end up having to call them. I was then told you had what you needed and I should expect my supplies in 10-14 days and they may come in multiple packages. I can literally recite what your operators tell me. I called again, they said they never got what they needed from my doctor, after I was told they had. I asked for a supervisor, no call back. I then called my doctor who at this point is extremely frustrated since they have sent you all what you need multiple times. I called again and was told that you 100% without a doubt have everything you need. Another 2 weeks and no supplies, which at this point Im using expired supplies. I called again and asked for a supervisor, no response. Ive called my doctor and theyve called you and have also been told that you have everything you need. I still dont have supplies.Apria is now putting my health at risk and I can NOT find anyone who is willing to get this taken care of. I feel like a hostage to your company and figure that other people need to know about the HORRIBLE service that your company provides before they put their lives in your hands.

Highly dont reccomend. They billed us and keep making up issues about our insurance when we called the insurance company and they said there should be no issues. Our oxygen tanks should have been picked up months ago as we no longer need them. This company is a giant headache. Now I understand why the reviews are so terrible.

Said it will take 5-7 business days to “process” my order for a CPAP machine for my CPAP that is no longer working. I find this amazing when I can order on line and have it here the next day. Now I can’t sleep at night and when I called, the lady could not have been less helpful if she tried. Zero amount of concern for their patients. Stay away at all costs!!

After spending 17+ years working in direct and indirect patient care, Apria represents and exhibits the most unprofessional, incompetence, behavior as well as inability to perform basis communication and problem solving skills. Any patient being referred to Apria should be extremely concerned about Aprias inability to provide quality patient care as well as Aprias inability to follow billing requirements.

The worst company ever. I am beyond frustrated with my experience. My one week old son was showing signs of hypoxia. We took him to the pediatrician where an O2 monitor was placed on him for an hour and a half. His levels were low there. Being that we couldn’t stay in their office for 24 hours straight, our pediatrician called Apria and put in an order for a pulse ox monitor for my son to be on for 24 hours. Apria promised to have the monitor delivered the next day (11-01). That day came and went. I called the next day (11-02) and the person on the phone didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. So I then called on 11-03. Since it was a weekend, the representative said nothing could be delivered until Monday, but he assured me someone would call right away on Monday to get it to us that day. He put a note on our account and emailed the local company who was to deliver it. At lunchtime on Monday (11-05), I called Apria again since I hadn’t heard anything from them. I was on the phone/hold for 20 minutes and then was disconnected. No call back. I again called. This time I was on the phone for 25 minutes. The representative said they couldn’t deliver the device. I asked why and she couldn’t really explain. Eventually she said Apria wouldn’t rent out the pulse ox machine since my son wasn’t on oxygen. It was very difficult to understand her and the reason didn’t make sense to me. I had the prescription in my hand for the monitor and had been told insurance had approved it. I then asked to speak with the local representative that was supposed to deliver it to us. Once she came on the phone, she was not helpful. She said Apria will not rent out the monitor unless our son was on oxygen. I explained that we needed the monitor for 24 hours to see if his levels were dipping low enough to warrant oxygen. Without the monitor we won’t know if he needs it. She didn’t care and said it was the company’s policy to not rent them out unless we were using oxygen from them. I again stated that he wasn’t on oxygen yet and we needed the monitor to confirm that he needed it. Again she didn’t care, said it was a company policy and wasn’t willing to help. This is the dumbest thing ever. Our 12 day old son now is without his needed monitor and I have to look for another company to rent one from. The communication from Apria is beyond ridiculous. Why did it take nearly a week for this to be communicated? Each day without a monitor puts his health at risk and forces us to find another company. We need these results before his ECHO later this week and now don’t have them. For a healthcare company, this is beyond disappointing. I can’t believe they are in business.

My father is a new customer with Apria, I am at a loss because when you call 1st- it is hard to understand the representative on the line. She repeated everything I said 3 times which made the call even longer. And then redirected my call to another department that didnt even open for an other 30 min. I felt it was rude to make me wait on hold, she could have told me when they opened when she gave me the number instead of transferring the call. How do I switch companies at this point. We have only been with them for 3 weeks.

Wow... These reviews Speak volumes about what kind of company Apria is. This is so disheartening. I also had a horrible experience with them! There are a more choices in Loveland and Northern Colorado-I of course went with someone else after what has been happening. This company is trying to save a buck...you will not be in business long with how you are conducting business. You fail on MANY levels. Every time I call to have a refill delivered, I am sent to the Philippines! YOUR solution to save money is to OUTSOURCE people to a different country where they speak very broken English if any...?? This is HEALTHCARE! This is peoples lives at stake! HORRIFIC decision by the CEO! Communication is terrible. I order 5 large tanks... I get 3 tanks that are all the wrong size. The tanks and supplies come at different times than when they say. My son is now 11 months old, and we get cannulas that are Premie, infant and adult.. REALLY? We had Michael (the driver-who is awesome and actually cared about my son), show up to service equipment WE DIDNT HAVE! So.. of course I have been getting charged for that.. I call the Loveland office to ask about billing-and off to the Philippines I get sent. No-one could answer me about how I am billed-OF COURSE! They are SCAMMING you out of money! It breaks my heart this company is involved with healthcare-they can not communicate effectively, and they are incredibly incompetent. There are other choices in Loveland where they are local, empathetic, caring, educated, and competent. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! Now, with a sick and challenged child, I will go through each and every bill to see how much I was scammed-because obviously no-one at the company cared to look anything over. :( SHUT THEM DOWN!

I cannot say enough about the folks that work at this Apria location and about the wonderful service we have received for my Grandmother who recently relocated to Northern Colorado! From the wonderful delivery driver, who is so kind, friendly, patient and helpful to her (she actually looks forward to his deliveries because he sincerely chats with her while he is efficiently working!) to the folks at the front desk who greet you kindly-even when I dont always call ahead- sorry guys!- to the folks in the warehouse who so sweetly & quickly helped us with an urgent issue one morning. Everyone is very willing to help, listens fully & patiently to the situation/scenario to help figure out the most helpful & cost effective solution to the problem at hand, to being beyond knowledgeable about their products and the services they provide. I worked in private physician offices for almost 20 years & had used their serves for patients frequently-always pleased with their staff, help, but! until *I* was on the receiving end of their help, I didnt realize how truly wonderful they are! Oxygen & DME businesses are dime a dozen in this area, but Apria truly takes the cake in my book for their amazing qualities that I have detailed above. A sincere & heartfelt THANK YOU to all at this branch location from myself & my family for your kindness to my Grandmother...shes been through a lot recently & your help is one of the bright spots of it all.

What a joke. If your insurance is you go anywhere else do it. I call a number for Loveland and it sends me to who knows where. Cant understand what they are saying. Instead of being able to bring my script to the Loveland store they told me to have to fax it. And wait up to 10 days before I could even possible hear from them. Just called back to see if I can go pick it up and they said they have to call to let me know of how it will be handled. What a freaking joke of a place.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Cannot speak to anyone in actual office who ever you talk cannot understand them. Waited over a month for appt for CPAP machine. Appointment was finally scheduled 45 wait time before finally being called back to meet with therapist. Since they close from 1200 to 100 for lunch had 25 minutes to go over CPAP instructions. Basically felt that I was interrupting her lunch hour and I couldnt be pushed out fast enough. So have requested my records ve faxed to another Medical supply facility which I have been assured that they have been twice but surprizingly enough they have not been received. It is obvious they are not out to help the public. I worked in the medical profession for 46 years and Im surprized APRIA is still in business with how they treat patients. I had a DS1060S for at least a year before my doctor recommended I switch to a new machine because the DS1060S was noisy. She made an inquiry to Apria and was told that my machine was under warranty, and to switch machines wouldnt cost me anything. So, I made the switch to an Aircurve 10.Less than a week later, I received a bill for $500+ and I made a call to Apria about it, and was told they would look into it. I got no response, made another call a few days later and was told they would get back to me that day. Nothing. Then a week goes by and I get another bill for now over $1100.I called this morning at 9:00 and it is now 10:15 and I have been transferred 4 times, put on hold 6 times, disconnected twice and am currently on hold.Someone, at some point was either wrong about warranty information, or lied to me about it. Neither answer is better than the other, but ultimately what this means is this company is filled with incompetent, apathetic call center employees who dont know what theyre talking about.I would rather suffer from apnea than deal with this company, and judging from how my morning has gone, I imagine thats exactly whats going to happen. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

My wife has been dealing with this horrible company now since June. We have never received one statement from them showing what they are billing our insurance company for. We keep getting charged on our flex spending account but no receipts. My wife has to battle with them for weeks to get a copy of the receipt to submit when flex spending requests it. Now our flex spending is suspended because for over two weeks now we have been trying to get a copy without any success. When we call they send a stupid test email so they can send a receipt but the receipt never comes. We are now filing a complaint through our insurance company and looking into filing a complaint with the state insurance commission. Avoid this company at all costs,I wish we had read the reviews before we went to this JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!
