I went in to buy a Can Am UTV and possibly a zero turn mower. Not only did no one greet me, they were sitting at their desks reclined in their office chairs. The feeling I got walking in there was more like being somewhere I wasnt supposed to be. My wife even sat at one of their desks in an attempt to speak to one of them!! She was also completely ignored. The employees had no intrest in making a sale. They get a one star because zero stars is not an option! I took my business elsewhere and got a MUCH better deal and customer service.

Stopped by late in the afternoon to purchase battery, oil, oil filter and o-ring for my 2007 4×4. As always, customer service and support was top notch. In fact, the representative had the warehouse bring the battery and o-ring. In mere minutes the two items arrived and I was headed home as a satisfied customer.

I bought my first boat from Kirk at H&W Marine and it was an awesome experience. He very patiently answered all my questions, sent photos, and worked with my schedule so we could arrange for a time to pick up the boat between truck maintenance work that needed to be done before a 5 hour drive (I drove from Austin) and the crazy Texas Winter Storm we got.Once I got there to pick up said boat, the process was easy and took all of 10 minutes, and then Kirk showed me around the boat and gave me a demo of how it all worked. Then, he and another gentleman took care to wrap my boat with the shipping cover and helped guide me into a gas station next door for easy gas fillup before getting back on the road.He even helped me get the boat hooked up, AND he warned me that there must have been a busted fuse from my truck to the trailer (thank you, because had he not taken the time to make sure everything was good to go I wouldnt have realized immediately that the trailer wouldnt move in reverse), which, he was right! Called the truck shop, they said no way. Called a trailer shop, figured it was a mismatch of connections. Nope, busted fuse just like he said.And to top it all off, it was really nice working with Kirk. I would definitely buy from here, and from him, again!

Purchased a 2021 Can-AmFirst was told it had a roof. Nope no roof. That’s extra. Go pick up the unit on Friday, they had it on Thursday. So you would think it would’ve been checked over. Nope get it home an hour away from the dealership and it’s making the worst sound ever. Take it back on Saturday. Waste the whole day there with them saying it’s just a minor fix. Nope it’s not.They tried to say it was a bolt. No it’s the drive shaft. Brand new 1 mile on it. Not impressed with the sales, service or anything. They should’ve tried much harder to make this right. Bad business.

Maybe I was at a different H&W Marine in Marshall than where some of these folks who have left reviews. We were greeted at the door and headed back to the Parts Dept.I needed a $12 part and Johnny, the gentleman who waited on us said hold on, as he had to walk across the street to get it. Lesser places would have simply said they were out, as opposed to walking across to get the part. Thanks

They will sell bikes with many issues and never tell you about it or fix anything. As well as not work with anything with a person if something goes wrong. I recommend to NEVER buy anything from them

We still have our boat in the shop for 3 MONTHS On a 2 day repair!!! O yes 3 months wow is what I thought as well.Out of 6 trips to repair its while back i only got it fixed 1 because I drove 6 hours to another shop at my Cost.

Great honest folks. They stand behind what they sell. Im a new boat owner. Ive had major issues and the Hughs have stood behind, beside and in front of me all the way.

I bought a new zx250 from this dealership and traded my 2004 Triton in on the new boat. I feel they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and the new boat was priced as exspected. They worked late to get my boat ready and done a great job. The financial department was helpful and the maintenance shop was accommodating. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not much more could be expected from a dealership. I would recommend this dealership for those looking for a new toy. Good people!

Walked in to this store. Not one person acknowledged me. Not one. Couple of guys walking around with spit cups talking to each other, and I’m pretty sure they worked there and neither one was a customer, since my car was the only one there. They must be selling all of the boats they need or want to sell here. So I’m heading down the road and I won’t be back. Needless to say, customer service lacks in service.

Dropped boat off to be checked out to see if anything was wrong with motor, etc. Took a week just to check it and when they did they said they did a diagnostics test and according to them, I need a brand new motor. Paid over $50 just for that. Took boat to a different place, they said I don’t need a new motor and boat works fine. Also, they sell 3M brand boat restore for over $30 when you can pay $16 for same exact stuff at Academy.

The company lured me into thinking that i could layaway a motorcycle and when i became ill and couldnt finish paying it off refused too refund me $2200.00 or and part of my money. I have contacted BBB and the FTC about this matter! Dont buy here unless you are paying all upfront cost or bank loan!

Customer service/ parts are a joke. Not helpful nor friendly what so ever. I live two hours from this location. I called ahead looking for a part. The parts department told me over the phone that they had what I was looking for. I advised him that I would be at the store before closing time (6pm) that day. After I drove all that way I find out that they have NOTHING in stock.... I told him I was on my way to pick up the parts Im in desperate need of. Not only did they not have what they said they had. NOONE helped me when I got to the location. Matter of fact they told me where the service department was in the back of the property and made me walk in the rain to see if they had one laying around clearly they could have called back there or at least walked me back there. Horrible experience... I have never experienced customer service that horrible.
